Courtney is hands down the only reason I did not lose my mind during the wedding planning process. She made what can feel like an overwhelming task very manageable and nothing was left undone or unaccounted for. Day of our wedding she handled everything effortlessly, she communicated effectively but did not overwhelm me with information I did not need to know. If anything did not go to plan, it was fixed and I did not know about it. She is very reasonably priced and delivers a high quality of service, my guests and family members told me on multiple occasions during my wedding how great she was and how much she cared to make sure everything went the way we had discussed. Do not hesitate to book her, she was one of the first vendors I booked and I am so very glad I did. I would book her over and over again, not one regret or misstep with her!!

We met with a couple of other coordinators before her, but the moment we spoke with Courtney we knew she was the one. Her energy is calm, confident, and so reassuring, but also so fun and positive at the same time. As someone who is extremely detail oriented, I felt such relief knowing she was just as organized and thorough. She caught things we never would have thought of and made sure every single detail was handled perfectly.
You can tell she is truly passionate about what she does, and that shows in every part of her work. She genuinely cares and puts her heart into making sure everything is done beautifully and thoughtfully.
When she stepped in during the month of, everything immediately felt lighter. She took our entire vision and elevated it in ways we could not have imagined. Communication was seamless, planning was stress free, and I never once felt like anything was slipping through the cracks.

we were on the same wavelength throughout the wedding planning process! She always knew exactly what I was thinking about and always had a solution or advice to any complications that came up along the way. Courtney also worked well with our other vendors, making sure to keep everyone in check and on schedule. Of course the thing that sets Courtney over the top is her energy. You just can’t beat it! She’s so light hearted and chill and knows how to keep you calm on one of the potentially most stressful days of your life! I never felt overwhelmed, because I knew she had my back.
As amazing as she was leading up to the wedding, she absolutely shined on the wedding day. We were hit with a completely unexpected wave of severe weather right before ceremony time—torrential rain, hail, and even tornado warnings—but you would never have known it by how calmly and gracefully she handled it all. She made quick adjustments, kept everyone safe and informed, and somehow still made the day feel magical and full of joy.
She kept me in the loop when I needed to be but shielded me from any unnecessary stress by quietly handling issues behind the scenes. I was able to actually be present and enjoy the moment because I trusted her completely—and she never let me down. Our wedding party absolutely loved her too!

inated previously, which is why we decided to hire her. She is incredibly professional and respectful and takes all of your wishes into account.
Her different tiers of service are very helpful for price conscious wedding parties. We hired her for her help about a month out from the wedding however, prior to that she sent us many checklists and guidelines to help us stay on track of various tasks.
Courtney is obviously very experienced. One month out from the wedding, she took over as the main point of contact for all of our vendors. She spent many hours discussing the final timeline with us and hashing out every detail, so that the day of was as smooth and seamless as possible.
The rehearsal went quite well the day before the wedding and Courtney was very pleasant and friendly with all of the wedding party, including our parents.
On the day of, she was punctual and always in constant communication with us. (this can be up to you, but we are very Type A who want to know what’s going on). She was able to stay on track of the schedule and make sure that all of the details of our wedding that we had envisioned were carried out the way we wanted. Our wedding went off without a hitch and we can absolutely say that we would not hesitate to hire her again. She’s definitely the person you’ve been looking for!

From our first meeting, we instantly clicked I knew she was the exact right person for the job. We worked together for so many months and she was always so helpful with every single aspect. I was really struggling on nailing down a cohesive vision/aesthetic, and she truly listened, and made it all happen, not to mention, sourced and coordinated with so many amazing vendors to pull everything together. Not only was she insanely helpful during the entire planning process, but day of; I literally could not have asked for anyone better. She went SO above and beyond, kept me updated on all of the details throughout the day while my girls and I were getting ready, and ensured our ceremony and reception space were absolutely everything we had been dreaming of. I am still having so many guests tell me how smoothly they felt like everything went, and that they could tell she really put so much effort into executing everything flawlessly. Aside from normal wedding-day jitters, I knew I had NOTHING to worry about, because she took care of absolutely everything. There wasn’t a single thing she was not prepared for or couldn’t handle. eadily available to answer any questions we had. Her response time was insanely fast. She was incredibly organized with lots of resources for us as a couple to make sure we remembered everything. Having her as a coordinator really eased our stress leading up to the wedding.
On the day of, she was somehow even better. She really made our vision come to life. She made sure the day ran smoothly and according to our timeline that she created with us. We know that she did even more behind the scenes that we never saw, making our wedding absolutely perfect.
After our wedding ceremony, we had an unpreventable hiccup that by all accounts should have at least thrown the timeline off a little bit. Courtney jumped into action to coordinate with the DJ and other vendors to make sure that the wedding still ran smoothly, all while reaffirming the bride and groom.
Overall, Courtney of Queenie Design is not only a great coordinator but a great person with an amazing personality. She really gets to know her couples while also making sure their wedding runs smoothly. We cannot recommend her enough.

She walked us through so many small details for the design of our wedding and brought to our attention so many details that had 100% forgotten. Any request we had, she made it happen and often gave suggestions that made it even better. We had a semi-uncommon theme to our wedding and Court found all the perfect florals, decor details to match, and made everything feel so lush and full of life and color. It is unreal what Queenie Design can accomplish. We were also so fortunate to have Court as our planner who helped us make paramount decisions, kept us extremely organized, and did an amazing job communicating with all of our vendors. She even had back up vendors ready in the event something went wrong with our initial contractors. She did an amazing job keeping our bridal party informed on timelines, she spoke with any family member we requested in order to make our day perfect. me tell you, Courtney did JUST THAT.
Being very focused and attentive to detail, Courtney executed the wedding of my dreams beyond the expectations I had. I booked her complete full planning / coordinating package and she did not disappoint in the slightest. There were a few learning moments for both her and myself, (mainly because I wanted to follow new trends) and if she didn't know, or it caused an issue she immediately provided me with alternate solutions to ensure I achieved my goals. From guiding me through all the bridal events, to the day of, she kept my sanity intact the entire time.
Not to mention, EVERY SINGLE ONE of my guests raved about the perfect execution of my wedding. She thought of every detail, researched and help me come up with affordable ways to save while preserving the utmost integrity of the look I wanted. (WHICH WAS NOT EASY FOR WANTING ELEGANT on a budget) but she made it happen. The day of, she took on every single thing so I could relax and enjoy my day, and even acted as a content creator making sure she took and handled all the images/stories I missed. I trusted her completely on my entire vision, and she nailed every single bit of it. Every single meeting with vendor, every detail, every price comparison sheet, Court was spot on. This girl thinks of it all. Serving as a coordinator but also as a therapist is not a job for the weak but this girl didn't waiver, and handled it all like a PRO. Her vendor recommendations are top notch, but the second I needed other opinions, she didn't fail to get me more, or research into any I found on my own.
She truly took on my wedding as if it were her own and made it a dream come true.
My husband and I are so thankful for every bit of work she did during our wedding process, and for making me feel like I was her top priority the entire year and half of planning.
Her work speaks for itself and I cannot be more grateful that she made my Pinterest board come to life.

I think I feel more sad because our time together has come to an end, but I am also so in love with the memory of your dreamy day and how truly magical it was when it all just perfectly came together. I stand by the statement that I knew your vision for your wedding day better than my own wedding lol. Your reaction when you walked into the venue for the first time will forever be embedded into my brain. Your face lit up immediately and you just looked so in love. Then we finished the evening with lots of tears from feeling overwhelmed with joy on how perfectly executed it was. With all that being said, that was you, girl. She helped put me in contact with vendors when I didn't have any idea where to start and reassured me and kept me grounded during the whole wedding planning process. all vibe. She gave off a centered, cool, calm and collected attitude. She was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. On our wedding day, Court was on the ball. She smoothly handled our day-of timeline and events. During our reception, she blended in perfectly and was there for us whenever we needed anything- she even scooped ice cream for our guests! There was not a point throughout the whole process that we felt stressed. Court worked so hard and we were confident she could handle any hiccup that might (but didn’t) come our way. But we weren’t Court’s only fans – many of our guests expressed how wonderful they thought she was as well. All in all, we cannot recommend Courtney enough to anyone planning on tying the knot. We both believe that no other planner could have accomplished what she did for us.

We had MULTIPLE guests and even other vendors ask where we found her because of how impressed they were with her service. She responded to all our messages timely. Her recommendations were reliable and helpful.
Our big day was truly a dream and if I could do it over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. Her personality is so fun! She got along with all our family and friends. Everyone liked her. What I appreciated the most as a stressed and overwhelmed bride was Courtney’s support. She was calm and handled every issue with professionalism. Not even the smallest detail went unplanned. The wedding week which you would assume would be stressful was calm knowing every detail was covered with Court. During the actual event she flawlessly coordinated the time line from arrival to departure. We couldn't imagine having this wedding without Courtney and would now, knowing the awesome job she did, not ever want anyone else as our coordinator. Courtney was so respectful of what my daughter's wishes and visions were and helped her achieve in her words "the best day of my life." Courtney's talent is a million times beyond her pricing. We did so appreciate the reasonable deal but wish we did have a million dollars to give her because that is the quality of service we received from her.

words I swear. I get the pleasure of hanging out with the heroes behind the scenes, like the mamas of the weddings. It is one of my favorite parts about being a coordinator because I get to witness an unconditional mother's love as she watches her daughter take the next step in her life. You, mam, are one of the significant reasons her day went as smoothly as it did. You took the time to create such personalized touches that every guest raved about. You supported her in such a way, even without words, you could see the love in your eyes. I am absolutely blessed to be able to be a part of y'alls day and I would do it over and over again if I got the opportunity to meet all of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your feedback. I strive to make sure my couples and families leave the venue feeling like rockstars and I am just giddy to hear how happy the day made each and every one of you. an just "day of". We met over Facetime leading up to the wedding and she would help keep me on track month to month by sending me monthly to do lists. They were so helpful to remind me of things I hadn't thought of yet.
I felt like Courtney and I instantly became best friends. She totally saw my vision from the start and encouraged me every step of the way.
On the day of the wedding, Courtney was so helpful, she took care of things without having to bother me, and fixed issues as they came up. I totally trusted her through the whole process. At the end of the night, I even had family and bridal party coming up to me to tell me how great she was.
You should totally book her and just trust her. I am a CONTROL FREAK and I stepped back and let her handle it and she totally went above and beyond. So thankful for her and everything she did for me and my family on my big day!

Courtney with Queenie Design is everything we were looking for as we started planning our wedding. Our wedding is almost a year away so Courtney has provided us with priority check...
lists for every month leading up to the wedding to help keep us on track and organized. With so much time to plan I was stressed on when I should complete all tasks so her check list has done wonders for my sanity. Courtney also sends us weekly check in emails but is always a text or call away if we need her help with anything either big or small. I came to Courtney with some ideas and pictures through Pinterest , but she has already been working some magic to ensure my dream comes to life. She is the easiest and light hearted person but will also be the bad guy if something is not going as it should, which you NEED in a wedding planner. I cannot say enough how great Courtney is..you NEED her as your wedding planner!

Best coordinator and planner ever! Courtney took the day by storm and completely exceeded our expectations!! Leading up to the wedding, ...
she provided us with checklists, helpful tips, and friendly deadlines. We only had a 6 month engagement, so Courtney made sure to stay in close contact with us throughout the entire process. She would even hop on calls with us and the vendors to stay up to date. On the month of, she coordinated everything with every vendor! At this point, any questions that remained from the vendors went to her! This definitely helped with my stress levels 😅 Not only did she have great suggestions on vendors, but she took the time to understand my style, and make sure that it was created on the big day!
I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding day. It was the best day of our lives!! The flowers, cake, decorations,.. everything was exactly what we wanted, and we can credit most all of it to her! Thank you Queenie Designs for helping us live out the best day ever!!
