very quickly (faster than her estimate) and they're absolutely gorgeous!! One of the shells broke in shipping and one name was spelled incorrectly (it's an odd spelling of a pretty common name) and she quickly replaced those. Additionally, a couple of the shells had paint slightly chipped in shipping, but not enough that I thought they needed to be replaced. I mentioned that I was going to try to find some paint to touch them up and she sent me some extra with the replacements so it would match perfectly which was a service really above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this vendor and absolutely buy from her again for other events in the future!
