I worked with Alex and Kilie starting in January 2023 for my September 2023 wedding and they were PHENOMENAL! I trusted their opinions every step of the way and they were so friend...
ly and easy to work with! They have incredible relationships with so many different vendors throughout Charlotte that I felt like I got the very best for every single detail. I over analyze choices a lot so having them there and being able to trust their experience and expertise was amazing and allowed us to enjoy our engagement and whole wedding because I knew they had taken care of the big decisions. Planning our wedding and the actual wedding was truly the BEST experience we could have asked for with the QC Creative Event team. They went above and beyond helping us ,but also made sure the ceremony and reception was still a reflection of us as a couple. 1000000/10 recommend them!

nication and information with our vendors, created an in-depth timeline of our wedding day, and was there to answer any type of question we had. She was very professional, hardworking, and dedicated. We were instantly put at ease when we started working with this company. Because of Kilie, we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding (which I didn’t think was possible)!
Overall, we cannot say enough great things about Kilie and this company.

ing closer to our day, I kept wondering if I'd forgotten something (spoiler alert: I hadn't!). Everyone kept asking me if I was stressed in the weeks leading up to the big day and my answer was consistently an honest no because the QC team had taken care of everything and kept me on track with a plethora of planning tools. Our wedding day was everything we had hoped for and more and it wouldn't have been possible without their expertise.

ful I did. I was so taken back by this team and their dedication to their work. I was completely speechless on my wedding day with how helpful she was. She knew every detail about my wedding day and was always there when I needed her. She was so organized and so on-top of every small detail! I did not realize how valuable a wedding planner was, especially on the wedding day. My family mentioned that she stayed after to help clean up and they were so grateful for her and her work. e my creative, organization and execution team. Because of COVID, Alex planned and accomplished two rehearsal dinners – one that took place hours away from her – packaging up table linens, flowers, signs, favors and great advice for a rather spontaneous backyard wedding. Then, a year later, she and her team executed the second event flawlessly; producing and mailing invitations, creating gorgeous tables, signs and menus, arranging music, tents, heaters, lighting and even transportation. We held such a successful event that even people who lived nearby were impressed by how well everything came together, and I received compliment after compliment. How capable Alex, Mary and Christine made me seem! – what a fabulous event planning company!

ssentially, and we were so lucky to have her helping when we had to reschedule our original 2020 wedding. Not only did she help us get all of our deposits back and help us reschedule everything to a new location, she traveled with us out of state and our 2021 wedding was better than we could have ever imagined! She coordinated our vendors, did day of coordinating, design work with the most stunning florals ever, countless phone calls and emails back and forth , and was available every step up the way. She turned a backyard into the most stunning and perfect venue and understood our vision perfectly. Carolina Brides- you NEED Alex and her team if you want all the planning help and flawless design work. You won’t regret it!

real-deal and absolutely the sweetest people to have by your side on a very big day. Even with a rained-out pandemic wedding, they were so calm, reassuring, professional, quick, and kind. They made game-time decisions and instilled so much confidence. I thought the wedding day would be crazy but the day was SO calm and easy. I seriously can’t say enough nice things about Quill Creative. They checked the marriage license, coordinated with vendors, solved problems - all while feeling like a friend. They were discreet during the ceremony and were always in the right place at the right time. 5-Stars isn't enough! Thank you!!!!
