inten knows how to keep a party alive. He always knew exactly what to say, how to keep the energy going, and how to keep our guests entertained. The entire night flowed so naturally, and he did such an amazing job making sure there was never a dull moment. He is truly such a great time and has the personality to match the energy he brings to your day. From the very beginning of our planning process, Quinten was so easy to communicate with. He always responded ASAP and made everything feel so organized and stress free. He has an app that keeps your entire wedding timeline and music organized, and I loved that we were able to personalize every little detail of our day. It made the planning process so easy while still giving us the freedom to make the music and timeline completely our own. One of my favorite things is that Quinten is so open to ideas. We had several ideas we wanted to incorporate throughout the night, and he was always completely on board and executed every single one perfectly. I wanted to have a video of me when I was little play before my father daughter dance, and Quinten made sure that happened. It was such a special moment and made that part of our night even more meaningful. We also added the cold sparks, and they were SO much fun and added that extra wow factor to the night. We didn’t end up using all of the cold sparks during the moments they were originally intended for. Instead of just letting the extras go unused, Quinten made a point to incorporate the remaining sparks into the dance floor at the perfect moments throughout the night. It was such a fun surprise and made the dance floor even more exciting. That is just one example of how he was constantly paying attention and finding ways to make the most of everything we had planned. I really appreciated was how attentive Quinten was throughout the entire night. He was amazing with silent signals, so if I wanted to change a song, end something early, or move on to the next part of the evening, he knew exactly what I meant without ever interrupting the moment. Those little things made such a difference! Quinten was one of the first vendors we hired during our wedding planning process, and I never once questioned that decision. I constantly told our friends and family how excited I was about our DJ and how great I knew he was going to be and he truly lived up to every expectation. He made our night so much fun and played such a huge role in making our wedding feel like us. He is incredibly talented, professional, personable, creative, and genuinely knows how to read a crowd. I couldn’t recommend Quinten enough. You CANNOT go wrong having him on your wedding vendor team!!! If you want a DJ who will keep your guests on the dance floor, bring the energy, roll with your ideas, and make your wedding night unforgettable, Quinten is just that!!! JQ, you’re missing out! 

from our former wedding planner who said, “He was the best DJ she had ever worked with”. My now husband spoke with him originally and relayed his excitement - he seemed fun, confident, and experienced (exactly what we wanted for our wedding), so we signed our contract same day. We met with QJP again (at our request) mid-year/planning. It was at this time I remember questioning why our contract listed two DJs – DJ Reo and DJQ. DJQ explained that BOTH DJs would be at our event -DJ Reo as lead and Q as assist. Q made us feel like our event was important, and we had no further questions at that time. Fast forward to the week of our wedding, we felt under the gun (as most couples do) and were behind filling out their app with our music selections, but got it done. We met via Facetime just 3 days before our wedding to discuss music, timeline and important details. Additionally, we were persuaded into purchasing add-ons (lighting, fog, etc.) Again, I asked for clarity about the DJ situation. This time, Q said DJ Reo would be there for the entirety of the event and Q would be checking-in at the beginning and the end. This was different than what we were told previously, but what could we really do at this point? DJQ again reassured us we would be taken care of. Up to this point all communications had been handled by DJQ and we hadn’t yet met DJ Reo. I asked to meet DJ Reo, so Q set-up a Facetime same day which I was grateful for. I paid DJQ in-person the next day via cash to avoid a credit card processing charge. There was no proof of transaction, which now looking back felt a bit off. On the day of our wedding, DJQ did not show up until the very end of our reception. He played one last song, which was quite frankly a bit awkward. DJ Reo was the primary DJ throughout and did an okay job. It was clear he wasn’t as experienced or just wasn’t that invested in our event. We had a few family and friends mention music/dance floor lulls and that music wasn’t being mixed. I was expecting more fun, personality and excitement for what we paid. Our entrance into first dance got messed up, which was a bummer since we discussed those details a few days prior. We also found out later that they did not have the correct sound equipment for cocktail hour and had to borrow equipment from our venue. It’s tricky because none of the above was “event-breaking”. Ourselves, family and friends still had a good time, but we were disappointed in the services we received. I feel like QJP wasn’t honest by lack of transparency about their DJ assignments, exploited us when we were already under the gun by recommending/persuading us to purchase expensive add-ons, and over-hyped their services. My recommendation to future couples is to be sure you read reviews and thoroughly comb your contract before signing. If the contract lists two DJs, you might be in for a similar situation.

a night, he completely understood the assignment. He read the room PERFECTLY. He knew when to switch things up, when to keep a song going, and exactly what it took to keep everyone on the dance floor. He was interactive, fun, and brought an energy that made the entire night feel like a PARTY instead of just another wedding reception. But what impressed us most was how much he genuinely cared about US. He checked on Broc and me throughout the night, made sure we were happy, made sure things were going the way we wanted, and somehow managed to be everywhere without ever making the night feel forced or overly structured. You can hire someone to play music. You can’t hire just anyone to understand a crowd, create a vibe, and make 160 people feel like they’re part of the celebration. THAT is a talent. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had, and that says everything. He didn’t just DJ our wedding, he helped make it a night we will never forget. If you’re looking for a DJ who will sit behind a booth and press play keep looking. 😂 If you want someone who will bring the energy, read your crowd, interact with your guests, take care of you, and absolutely KILL IT from beginning to end — this is your guy. 10/10. Would get married again just to have him DJ it. 😂🤍
