Quintessential Dining & Nightlife

We had originally planned to have a small wedding dinner at Quintessential after our ceremony. However, we had to change the date and the type of service due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Everyone we worked with was very accommodating and understanding as we worked through all the changes. We ended up catering to the Katy Depot. Everything was fabulous - the food, the staff, and service! The staff was prompt and were able to move in and out and around everyone with ease - we didn’t even know they were in the kitchen area. They were very accommodating and easy to talk to and work with. They were very patient as things took a little longer than we expected with getting started. They were so polite to all our guests and were helpful when needed. The food was outstanding - earning compliments and accolades from all the guests. The food was fresh, warm and delicious - the meat carving station was a huge hit and everyone enjoyed our menu choices. The staff had everything packed up very nicely in foil containers before they left which allowed the guests to go back as they wanted - and they did, several times! In fact we had some left overs but not nearly what we thought we would have - which again speaks so highly of the quality of your food and the graciousness of your staff. The staff checked in with my mom and myself before leaving to make sure they weren’t needed any longer, which was appreciated and going above and beyond. The dining in experience at their restaurant was so much fun a year ago when we were planning out the weekend. I would definitely recommend them for a dinner and catering an event!!!!
