Hey! I’m Rachel! I’m a Williamsport, PA based wedding photographer, but I’m always down to hop in the car (or on a plane!) to capture your story wherever it takes you. I’m a firm believer that the best photographs happen when you’re actually having a good time. So while I’ll absolutely make sure you have beautiful, cinematic portraits, I’m not interested in turning your wedding day into a photoshoot. I’d much rather have you laughing with your husband, crying with your mom, dancing with your friends, and soaking in the fact that you’re actually getting married. My style is intentionally relaxed, warm, and a little bit cinematic. I prioritize moments over photos (but trust me, that’s where the photos are anyways). I’m looking for the little things—the way your dad looks at you walking down the aisle, the ridiculous thing your bridesmaid whispered in your ear, the deep breath before you open the door, or the way you two look at each other when you think nobody is watching. I also see my role as a little more than just your photographer. I like to think of myself as your bonus bridesmaid, timeline helper, family-photo wrangler, and occasional voice of reason. I’ll help you think through the things you didn’t know you needed to think about, build a timeline that actually makes sense, collaborate with your other vendors, and probably remind you to eat something. My goal is for you to feel taken care of enough that you can relax and be present. And honestly? I love getting to know my couples. I want to know your quirks, your story, what makes you laugh, what you're nervous about, and what actually matters to you. Because the more I know you, the better I can photograph you. Why do I do this? Because I love helping people see themselves beautifully. I love watching people who swear they are awkward in front of a camera relax, forget I'm there, and realize that they actually look—and feel—really good together. I also really love marriage. Your wedding isn't just a pretty day; it's the beginning of a covenant and a whole life together. It would be an honor to walk alongside you through a little piece of that story. And since I have a bit of wanderlust, I’m always up for an adventure—whether that means a date-night engagement session at your favorite spot, hiking somewhere beautiful, bringing your dogs along, or traveling somewhere completely new for your wedding.
