Ron and Barbara were very sweet and made sure a lot of things were taken care of. However, there were some things that we asked them to do (like icing down the champagne in the ice...
chafer) and they did not do that. A guest told me that when forks were low at the food tables, the older gentleman working for them picked up the box of forks and gave them to her to fill them up, which I thought was odd. They did not have a lot of our beer iced down before people started coming in for the reception and some of our groomsmen had to go behind the bar to throw some in the ice chests. It also seemed like it took them a long time to get our cakes cut, as many people came up to us asking when they were doing that. Then, I find out that one of their workers was doing a TikTok live during our reception while she was serving, which did not seem professional at all. When we had our consultation over the phone, we were impressed that so much detail was taken into account. But when the night came and we found out all of these things the day after, we were not as impressed.
