Ryan was amazing! He was so easy to work with and is so so talented. He captured the day perfectly and made it fun and stress free for us. Our guests repeatedly told us how kind Ry...
an was and how wonderfully he captured the day. One year later (we're definitely not timely reviewers), we still absolutely love our video.
Booking Ryan for our Maui wedding was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. I was lucky enough to find and book Ryan several years ago via social media; however, d...
ue to the pandemic and several rescheduled wedding dates, we weren't able to get married until September 16, 2021. Thankfully, Ryan was always willing to work with us and accommodate our numerous rescheduled wedding dates.
Leading up to our wedding day, Ryan was very responsive and would even check in on us to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns.
My husband and I feel that we can be pretty awkward when it comes to taking photos or videos, especially with each other, but Ryan made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and even walked us through what to do for making special moments in our highlight video and pictures for our photographers.
Oh my goodness, we absolutely LOVE all of our videos, especially our highlight video!!! It is beyond amazing and better than we could have ever expected. He made our day so special and now we have the best highlight clip and videos, allowing us to relive that day all over again!
We cannot thank Ryan enough for everything he did for us—rescheduling with us multiple times because of COVID, being so easy to work with, capturing all of our special moments, and I think even staying later than he was supposed to so he could get all of the speeches.
We received all of our videos from Ryan via DropBox a couple of weeks ahead of schedule, which was so wonderful because we were able to watch with family and friends over the holidays! We love our videos so much and cannot be more thankful or grateful for our experience with Ryan!
Warmest Aloha,
Nicole & Brett
Ryan did an amazing job at capturing all the special moments that we can look back on. We appreciate how easy he made the process, from the wedding day to having the video on hand....
The video was amazing, I cant say this enough!! I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone who is looking for high quality videography.
As a couple who lived thousands of miles away from Maui- having vendors that we couldn't meet in person was slightly more stressful. But the day of our wedding-and just our first i...
nteraction with Ryan- we felt so at ease. He had an upbeat energy and vibe that helped our day flow. And for couples who don't necessarily feel "at home" in front of a camera, we were pleasantly surprised at how easy Ryan made it for us.
And the videos!! Oh my gosh, to have something like this that we can look back on for years to come is such a blessing. It captured the essence of our day to a tee. Ryan is so professional and so easy to communicate with. If you looking for videography services for your wedding day- we HIGHLY recommend Ryan
Words cannot even begin to describe how happy and appreciative we are of Ryan! He was forward and fun to be around while he also knew the perfect times to step away and disappear i...
nto the wedding to film candidly. He was very helpful throughout the day and paired with our photographer, Chris, they just made us feel so relaxed (which I never thought would happen!!). He even stayed an extra few minutes to make sure he got the exit sparkler shot which came out AMAZING. After the wedding day, Ryan was constantly in contact to update us on where he is with the editing and provided us with a sneak peek and some screenshots of the footage he captured. All-in-all, an A+++++ videographer and a great person to have around to keep you calm and relaxed on your wedding day!!!
Wow! I can't think of enough great things to say about Ryan! He was just so professional, made us feel really comfortable and calm and cute on our wedding day, and the video turned...
out FANTASTICALLY. There were certain poses and elements that we did not want to include in our video, and he was really understanding and worked with us (for example, we didn't want to read an intimate note out loud to put in the video or have too much PDA). He worked around our big families and photographers and made a really special memory for us. Ryan even took the trouble to go back and capture some stills of images that appear in the video that I wanted to print out-- what a gem! He is helpful, easy to work with, and he definitely knew what he was doing!

ry comfortable the whole time. Ryan did a wonderful job capturing all our special moments as well as all the little details we missed since we were so busy the day of. We can’t stop watching our highlight video!
Ryan is truly amazing!
He was able to capture the essence of our wedding perfectly. He was able to create something that embodied all aspects of our day. It was romantic, loving, ...
real, authentic & fun! We are so excited to be able to relive this day for the rest of our lives, all thanks to Ryan.
For couples planning a wedding in Maui, we HIGHLY recommend hiring Ryan. He knows all of important moments to capture, he is so fun to work with & incredibly affordable. To say we are blown away would be an understatement!

y felt like he was one of our friends doing this for us. He was there before I even knew it, getting amazing drone footage of our venue and the ocean. When meeting for the first time, he was professional, gave us a quick rundown of the day and was basically just in the background of our wedding yet everywhere he needed to be. The videos Ryan provided are perfect!! He captured so much footage and pieced them together beautifully. We smiled from ear to ear and even cried while watching our wedding highlight video. I would absolutely recommend Ryan again!

It was a very pleasant experience working with Ryan. His style was perfect for what we were looking for so we didn't contact him at all before the wedding (this is probably not rec...
ommended but I had so many other things to do). On the wedding day, he worked alongside our photographer really well. He's very professional and efficient. And again, we loved that he was documenting everything thoughtfully without any instrusion or sense of directing. Since we didn't communicate before the wedding, we didn't know when we would receive the film after the wedding. But Ryan was very accommodating and got our film ready in time for our 2nd reception at home. We received so many compliments on our highlight film after we played it at our 2nd reception. It captured the day beautifully and the editing was artistic too. Just what we wanted!
My husband and I worked with Ryan for our destination wedding in Maui and we are SO BEYOND happy and lucky that we chose him to capture our day. He was so incredibly nice and easy ...
to work with, and his positive energy was so contagious. He was one of our favorite vendors that we worked with and we 100% recommend him for your event! We haven't received our video yet since our wedding just passed but have zero doubts that it'll be perfect and we can't wait to see the final result!
If you hire Ryan, everyone you know will end up crying, in a good way, as he makes the "most amazing wedding video" you will ever see (that's a direct quote from our guests). We're...
not just saying that because its ours (trust us). Ryan is the perfect video-grapher, basically we had an amazing day and he caught it all on camera without taking over the day (you will barely notice he is there) and then stitched it together masterfully. Hire ryan, buy some tissues, you won't regret it.
5 Stars for Ryan! We had the privilege of having Ryan video our small wedding at Ironwoods beach. His professional approach and friendly attitude made it a great experience for us....
Thank you so much!
Ryan's ability to capture the emotion is truly incredible. Everyone that we have shared our video with said they felt like they were there with us in the moment. His work is truly amazing and I strongly recommend everyone check out is Vimeo page or Instagram page for proof.

Q&A
Ryan's edit of our wedding day is so beautiful. It captures everything we wanted it to and is such a special memento of the day. We are so happy with the results!
Ryan provided great service! He was thoughtful, attentive and reliable before, during and after the wedding. He was unobtrusive throughout the wedding and captured all the key mome...
nts as well as many funny and sentimental ones. He did fast turn around of the video in less than a month so we can show our family at our celebration and was also receptive to a small modification I needed for the highlights video (needed an extra shot of bride's mom). He is a true professional and we could not be happier with the outcome.
We planned our wedding in a short period of time and needed a videographer quickly. Ryan was very responsive and professional when telling him our needs for the wedding. He quickly...
customized a package that fit our budget and now we couldn’t be happier with the video and what Ryan has created! We highly recommend him. Also, he is very outgoing and funny and made us feel so comfortable wherever he was videoing. Highly recommend!
So amazing! Made us feel comfortable and knew exactly what he was doing! He always made sure to get the perfect clip and I can’t thank him enough! Here’s our video https://vimeo.co...

We can look back on this for years to come and treasure it FOREVER❤️
We could not be happier with the service that Ryan provided as our videographer. If you are looking for an amazing videographer on Maui look no further. I was referred to Ryan from...
a friend of mine. I watched his videos on his website and after a short chat on the phone I knew Ryan was our guy. From start to finish he was incredibly professional and kind. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process very easy. Our highlight film is on another level. My friends and family were all in tears as was I. Everything from the music to the drone footage was stunning. Finding a videographer was the one thing I was stressing the most about so I am so grateful to Ryan for making this incredible memory for us that will last a lifetime.
Our hearts are so full! We received our wedding video from Ryan and WOW! So many details he captured, the smiles, the laughs, and the (very happy) tears - everything!! I was very t...
empted to have a friend video it but I am forever grateful that I chose to hire Ryan! The editing job he did was outstanding and captured the whole day and all the details perfectly. The audio & music was captured great too, even with our windy outside ceremony!
What can we say!? Ryan was absolutely KEY to have on our wedding day. Our coordinator and photographer kind of flopped but Ryan was right there to pick up the pieces and made sure ...
that both myself and my husband were calm and comfortable throughout the day. Without Ryan, our entire wedding day would have been a mess and definitely not the wedding we had always imagined. I wish we could give him more than 5 stars! After the wedding day, he was very clear and continued to update us on the progress of our final edits which came out SO AMAZING!! He was beyond great and I would truly recommend him to anyone getting married on Maui!!
Ryan delivered more than we asked for.
We got a 'ceremony only' package, yet Ryan took additional footage right before and after the ceremony. This gives the final product a reall...
y rounded touch and captured the beauty of our venue perfectly. He cooperated with the onsite photographer in a super professional manner. Looking at the final footage it is amazing how many different shots from different angles were actually taken. We didn't even notice on that day :-)
Wow!! Where to even begin? Words can not begin to describe how beyond happy my husband and I are with not only Ryan's professionalism, but also his quality of work. Originally, m...
y husband and I had a videographer that was supposed to fly with us to Hawaii from our hometown. Unfortunately, they had to cancel, which left us desperately looking for another videographer with the same skill set, but also reasonably priced. After talking with a few other companies and asking too many questions, without reservation we went with Ryan. We couldn't be happier with our decision!!
Ryan went above and beyond to make us feel at ease. He actually set up a coffee meet-up when we got to the island, so we could get to know one another a little better. He captured everything we asked for and more. He even stayed beyond the hours we hired him, so he could capture some of the dancing during the reception. We received so many compliments from our guests about his interactions with them. Everything went seamlessly and we couldn't wait to get our video.
The video was beyond our expectations!! The lighting and artistic/creative perspective he displayed was stunning. Most importantly, however, he captured real, authentic moments.
I am very picky and research everything to death. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone wanting a quality film that has amazing artistic touches, while also capturing the intimacy of the day. My husband at first questioned if we really "needed" a videographer and now he is beyond thankful. We have already watched it a hundred times!! You will not be disappointed with his work!
Ryan did an amazing job for us and worked his a** off to give us an amazing video. When Ryan first showed up at our door he was soaking wet. He was drenched from the Maui showers w...
hich frequent Kapalua, but it didn't slow him down. He was running back and forth between the bride and groom's room and the ceremony site lugging his equipment and capturing everything. He was extremely professional, easy to work with and you could tell his dedication to the craft. He worked with our photographer to make sure both of them were in sync and at times had us re-shoot to get the perfect shot. All of the audio was extremely clear and the music was well integrated into the video. He is truly an artist, our wedding video turned out to be a fairy tale that I cannot wait to share. I already know all my friends will be jealous.
Lastly, I researched every videographer (including the budget friendly ones to the premium ones) on the island of Maui and luckily we stumbled upon Ryan. My fiance is extremely detailed. At first, we were a little hesitant as he did not have a large number of reviews, but after speaking to him, we knew we needed to book him before someone else did. Ryan if he already is not, will be one of the most popular videographers on the island and I guarantee you will not regret selecting him.
Thank you Ryan for helping us capture magically our wedding day. Keep up your amazing work.
R. Flinn Media did a fantastic job of capturing the most important day in our lives! We had looked at several different videographers and Ryan was a cut above the rest. He captures...
and edits the film in a uniquely cinematic way that is just beautiful. He was extremely professional and prompt with communicating throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend him enough to capture the memories of your special day, so you can cherish them forever! Thanks a million, Ryan!!!
I wish there was a 5+++ star option to choose! My husband and I were married at the Westin Maui, and Ryan crafted a BEYOND BEAUTIFUL trailer and full account of our wedding that su...
rpassed our expectations and any wedding video we have seen! We shared our passions for nature and the outdoors with him, and he beautifully crafted in our passions into the video. On our wedding day we could tell we had picked the perfect person with his professionalism and expertise. We were relaxed and sound with our decision on our wedding day and feel beyond lucky to have such a beautiful account of our special day! Even the wedding coordinator at the Westin asked for a copy of the video because it came out so amazing - that speaks volumes in itself! Our advise - just choose R. Flinn Media - you'll be forever indebted to his beautiful work!
Ryan Flinn is an amazing videographer. We were initially hesitant to even get a videographer for our wedding in Maui, as we were already over-budget, but then we saw videos that R....
Flinn Media has produced. His videos spoke to us in a special way. There are countless videographers in Maui that can produce a quality video, but Ryan's work truly captured the feelings, essence, and bliss of our wedding in a unique and powerful way.
He's very professional and courteous to work with. The entire process was seamless thanks to his dedication. My husband and I are so glad that we didn't hesitate to choose him to capture our special day.
My husband and I searched very extensively for the perfect videographer for our wedding. We watched quite literally hundreds of wedding videos in the process, but all of them had s...
omething we didn’t love. Until we found Ryan. From the very first video we watched, we knew he was the one we had to have. The quality of the footage, the way it was edited to fit with the music, the emotion he was able to convey was all exactly what we were looking for and stood out far beyond anything else we had seen. When we initially contacted him, our date wasn’t available but I couldn’t stop comparing everyone else to him so on a whim we checked again and by some miracle our date was available! Ryan was wonderful to work with throughout the day, and we were also glad that we scheduled time in our day to have some one-on-one shooting time with him. We have been watching the highlight video he put together for us over and over again. He was able to capture our day in such a meaningful and intimate way. We have gotten so many comments from friends and family saying how beautiful the video was and how they were brought to tears watching it. If you are in the process of planning your wedding and are trying to decide whether or not to have a videographer there, ABSOLUTELY have one. As you go through the wedding day there is so much you miss and it all goes by so fast, it is invaluable to be able to relive it through video. And we cannot recommend Ryan highly enough, his work stands out so far above the rest. We are so glad that we will have this footage and beautiful highlight film to look back on for years to come.
Stop searching, book him now!
We were on the fence about a videographer, but after we saw his work, we knew it was worth the investment. You will not get a better quality video, or...
experience at such a great price. He is very reliable, and professional. He showed up early to get everything set up, and he was very good about doing meetings before the big day to ensure we were all on the same page. Since we did a destination wedding, it was really nice to share the video with friends and family who couldn't make it. Not only is his work amazing, but he keeps his word, and had completed our video very quickly! Mahalo Ryan!!
