Rabbi Gaston is nice, happy and of strong presence Rabbi and Cantor. Very willing to participate in every aspect of the Ceremony and in the preparations that took a few months . He was very involved with the bride and groom all along the process. The ceremony was carried out in a flawless manner and people commented on how beautiful and emotional it turned out to be. It gives the families a strong bond to initiate a new chapter in the lives of the newlyweds.
It is hard to put into words how much it meant to us to have Rabbi Gastón marry us in Caracas.
Ours was an interfaith wedding, something still very uncommon in Venezuela, and from the beginning he met us with openness, kindness, and a genuine desire to understand who we were as a couple.
The days leading up to our wedding were especially emotional because Venezuela had just gone through a devastating earthquake. Everyone was shaken, but Gastón understood that our greatest wish was simply to get married. He had never been to Venezuela before, yet he was willing to make that trip for us. We will never forget that.
He is also incredibly trustworthy and easy to work with—warm, responsive, reliable, and calming throughout the entire process.
The ceremony was deeply personal. As a cantor, he brought beautiful music into it, and he incorporated the vows we had written ourselves, which made everything feel completely ours.
What moved us most was seeing how deeply the ceremony touched every guest. People came from different backgrounds and beliefs, yet everyone connected with it. Gastón created something that felt like a universal language of love, commitment, family, and hope.
We will always be grateful that he was the person who married us.
