Can't even give this guy ONE Jewish star. I am the Mother of the Bride and called the office to pay the remaining balance 3 weeks prior to my daughters wedding. I received an email... stating that I should call them but if I was busy I could just wait until Monday to speak with them. This was on a Friday, so I decided to just call then. Well, thank G-D( Rabbi, take note of the -) I called because that is when the secretary informed me that "Oh, by the way the Rabbi won't be able to be there in time, something came up" Yeah, "something" ...that probably got him a better opportunity or a better donation. But wait, there is more.. She informed me that the Rabbi could come meet with my daughter/ future son in law at the rehearsal the night before and that they would find us another Rabbi to perform the ceremony the next night. ..oh, that's great. So Rabbi Frank come meet the kids, send your love (possibly stay for dinner) but won't be able to perform the ceremony on Saturday night after giving a deposit over a year ago. I have heard by numerous people that I am NOT the first person he has done this too. Please, just do yourself a favor...stay clear, cause we had to scramble to get someone a few weeks prior to my daughters wedding. Unless you happen to have an awesome venue and your loaded...
