Rabbi Winer is so warm and thoughtful! Over the course of our meetings with him, he strove to get to know my husband and I as individuals and as a couple. We felt like we had known him for a long time. I am Jewish (Reform), my husband is atheist, and we're both Star Wars geeks. Rabbi Winer tailored a ceremony that felt true for both of us. We had traditional elements like the bride circling the groom and smashing a glass, as well as Star Wars-inspired vows. There was nothing in the ceremony that felt awkward or unnecessary - Rabbi Winer gave us a variety of options.

Rabbi Winer took time to get to know us and together, we planned a personal ceremony that represented our values (we had an interfaith ceremony). He was kind, humorous, considerate, and punctual. We highly recommend Rabbi Winer.

Rabbi Winer officiated our ceremony over Memorial Day weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better rabbi. We met with him a few times before the wedding so we could get to know him and vice versa. He made our ceremony very meaningful and personal, while also keeping it light and fun. His wife Laurie sang the blessings and it was absolutely beautiful. Rick Winer was wonderful to work with and I thank him for the beautiful wedding ceremony. His words and sincerity touched us. We will always remember the beautiful day, the scent of lilacs blooming in the park, favorite music playing, and most of all the happiness we felt sharing our vows. He is very personable and puts everyone at ease. It is without hesitation that I recommend Rabbi Richard Winer as an officiant.
