NICOLE. IS. EVERYTHING. Stop overthinking, stop worrying, stop stress, and just book her. If she doesn’t have your date... no joke… change your date because she’s seriously THAT worth it. From the beginning to the end to days after – she has been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I hired Rabbit Rabbit crew for my Day of Coordinator. YOU NEED THIS. I’ve been in about 50 thousand weddings & been too about 1000 million weddings – everyone’s always nonstop stressing - now looking my own wedding – having her made my life. Everyone complains the day goes too quick or they didn’t get to enjoy their time.. NOT when you have Rabbit Rabbit crew. I literally had not one worry in the world, not one moment of stress, not one bride breakdown.. I literally enjoyed EVERY single second, EVERY single moment, and remember EVERY single memory. I never realized day of doesn’t really mean day of – Nicole worked with me for months!!! Tons of great emails, quick to respond, tons of advice/help/etc, lots of meeting. I cant say enough about how much her help meant to me. Day before rehearsal flowed sooo smooth - she was so great with all my family and friends even my mom who can be extra (extra in a good way lol) – EVERYONE knew her name – my bridesmaids loved her and were so jealous I had her - everyone knew who to go to for questions /problems. I was a pinterest princess with all my do it yourself things and signs and centerpieces – she put everything out, together, decorated – better then I could of ever dreamed – she broke everything down after we all left and boxed it all up for me to get next morning – it just took the stress out of everything. God knows all the other incredible things she did for me that I didn’t no or I’m not mentioning. She had made us timelines, helped organize hair and makeup schedules. Dealt with all my vendors. She came to the hotel while we were getting ready – constantly asked if we needed anything … like she was a fairy godmother!!!! Every wish everything anything you needed poof done. She organized the entire ceremony, helped with telling when to walk.. what to do – I mean it was just a huge weight off my shoulders which let me just enjoy the entire weekend. Needed help with my bustle – Nicole literally ran to me .. rannnnn… like really I heard and saw her running lol - then eventually my bustle kinda wasn’t cutting it.. no lie – I asked Nicole for a safety pin.. She just popped one of her shirt.. like real life.. she was prepared for EVERYTHING. She’s MAGICAL. I hope this isn’t like the creepiest review in the world … but Nicole’s just a beautiful person inside and out. We were soooo lucky to have you & your associates on 11.25.17 – I hope people really read my review and realize you’re the way to go… I know its a novel but I just feel like you were worth every cent you made our day soooo great and it wouldn’t of been such an incredible weekend without you. We cannot recommend Nicole of Rabbit Rabbit Crew more highly. My husband and I had a very “DIY” yet formal wedding held outdoors at private family location, us being an artist and musician we had very specific ideas of what we wanted to do as far as decor, food etc. and Nicole provided us a wealth of insight, information and resources to make it all happen. She’s a real pro who’s experience helped us to navigate through the planning stages to the day-of. Additionally, she helped us take the invites we created from 80 to 110 percent and with other details like our favor/escort cards. We really appreciated Nicole’s attention to detail and ability to magically juggle a million things at once! Nicole is an extremely creative and talented lady who can just as easily plan any type of wedding from a traditional to more “alternative” one and make you feel comfortable and good through it all. She was always there to listen and help us work through our ideas and totally on top of resolving any spur of the moment issues that arose (because they always do!, in our case some day-of staff not showing up last minute and the threat of rain!) We felt very lucky to work with Nicole, no matter how laid back you plan to be through the process weddings can get stressful but she always made us feel at ease and most importantly always made us laugh too!

I CANNOT speak more highly of my experience with Nicole of Rabbit Rabbit Crew. If you're planning a wedding, you need to stop what you're doing and call her now! Not only is she an AMAZING coordinator, but she's just a fun person to be around in general. Believe me, when you're at the back of the church getting ready to walk down the aisle, you don't want to have to worry about all of the small details - Nicole can do that. She is a pro in the truest sense of the words. From invite designs and escort cards through day of planning and prep - she is as talented as she is thorough. I'm so happy I had Rabbit Rabbit Crew on my side - and believe me, you will be too!
