There are not enough positive words available to list about Rachael!! I feel so blessed to have found her and would recommend her a million times over. She’s professional, punctual, intelligent, quick thinking and best part is I had problems I didn’t even know about until after that she just resolved and moved right on. I got to know her a bit personally and she is just as amazing personally! Beautiful woman with a huge heart and amazing taste in music! I really wasn’t sure I needed a planner but she ended up being my best pick out of my entire wedding. She had great ideas for me and was honest with me about some of my not so great ideas! She worked with all my vendors and every one of them had the same high reviews about working with her. I enjoyed working with her from the first call to the last one. She kept me sane and validated my feelings even when I was emotionally out of control. I really cannot recommend her enough

Rachael is the BEST!!!! She was beyond calm and helpful the entire wedding day which put me at ease and truly made my day much more enjoyable not having to stress about anything. From start of planning to the wedding day she provided the best advice and expertise with all of my questions. Rachael was an absolute pleasure to work with as our day of coordinator for our wedding in July 2022. She was extremely engaged (pun v much intended) with us from the outset, was very clear in outlining what information she needed from us, and was proactive in setting up touch points in the months and weeks leading up to our wedding. As the day approached Rachael went above and beyond in helping us tie up the final details, from putting together our welcome bags for guests to printing out our church programs, and on the day of she did an incredible job of managing the day to make sure everything stayed on schedule - She even picked up pizzas to bring to the after party! We had the best wedding day we could have asked for, and we owe much of that to Rachael and her team. Thank you!

Rachael is by far one of the most professional, amazing, genuine, and creative souls in this industry that I have met. Not only was she extremely supportive, but timely and actually excited to help out! Her energy is out of this world and I’ve never been so happy to PLAN something because of someone else’s excitement. She brought it all to the table and even though it was for one day, she mapped out everything from the start to end. She was assuring, practical, and wasn’t afraid to point out potential flaws or suggest something different because of her own experiences. We hired Rachael 2 weeks after getting engaged during COVID and it was the best decision we made in planning our fantastic wedding. She was with us every step of the way, sourcing incredible vendors, asking questions I would have never considered and walking through each step of the process. All my friends, kept asking why I wasn't stressed during our wedding planning process and it was because I knew Rachael had our backs and had thought of everything that we had not. Day of, she was an incredible point person. The family and bridal party and vendors had someone to go to with questions and we could actually really enjoy our party. I cannot recommend Rachael enough and already miss our weekly/monthly check-ins.

I can't imagine not having Rachael as our day of coordinator for my daughter's wedding!! From our first phone conversation, you can feel her energy & enthusiasm for wedding planning!! She literally coordinated everything with all of our vendors, the venue and assisted the guests along the way. Her professionalism is top notch and her effortless way of executing the day made it all so easy for me to enjoy it!! Rachael was our savior throughout our wedding planing process. The reason things went as smoothly as they did - especially with a covid wedding. We couldn’t be more grateful for her expertise and recommendations. From the start she was always positive, upbeat, organized, hard working and prepared. She loves her job and it shows. She made many wonderful recommendations for vendors, which truly gave us the dream team!! Rachael created an organized list of to-dos and a timeline for us, worked with all our vendors, was always willing to step in a resolve an issue, attended every meeting, helped with set up, take down and everything in between. Rachael was a complete delight to work with! My daughter was scheduled to be married on 7/3/20, and then her "big" wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19. We then had 8 weeks to plan a "tiny" wedding. I knew I was going to need help to pull this off and so I hired Rachael to be the creative force/decorator and provide "day of" assistance. She exceeded my expectations in every way! Rachael decorated the venue beautifully, offered her assistance in many ways, was a positive force for our family, and she even watched the weather for us! I cannot say enough good things about her and I would eagerly hire her again. Her services are reasonably priced and she goes the extra mile. All you have to do is ask, and Rachael will take care of it! She has an extremely "can do" attitude and she is enthusiastic about her job. I am so glad that Rachael was with us on our daughter's special day- she made all the difference in the world and I will be forever grateful!

Rachael was truly an incredible wedding planner, and this review is so overdue given how amazing she was! She connected us with so many other amazing vendors, including our hotel for our guests, our floral vendor, my hair and makeup, and the transportation company we used. We had our wedding in July 2019 in the middle of a heat wave, and she helped us coordinate everything so we were worry-free on the day of the wedding! The rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception were all gorgeous and memorable thanks to Rachael's hard work. She was positive, professional, and super fun to work with. Would highly, highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding.

When we first got engaged, one of the first things I thought about was, I have to call Rachael so that our day is perfect! Rachael, you were and are an absolute god sent and we could not have gotten through our day without you. From our engagement party, to my shower, to the wedding, you were there for us through it all and went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. You kept us on track and stayed on top of everything, always assuring me it would be perfect. Every vision I had you made come to life and I can never thank you enough. Your positivity and knowledge are truly amazing. Rachael saved my sanity and was an absolute godsent!! From the very first conversation we had, I knew she was a perfect fit for us and what we needed. We hired Rachael for month of planning and I'm SO glad we did. She is very personable, high energy, always available and extremely talented in what she does. She was there to help with all the last minute decisions, was nice enough to let me ship EVERYTHING to her house (we lived a few hours from venue), organized us and made a timeline, contacted our vendors, set up and took down our welcome party, ran the rehearsal and helped to coordinate everything on the day of our wedding. I did not have to worry about a single thing (except for my bustle breaking but she was there with safety pins to fix it!). I cannot recommend Rachael enough as your wedding planner. Rachael was everything I could have asked for and more! It’s been a week since my wedding day and I have not stopped hearing such enthusiastic feed back from all of my guests and vendors. Her professionalism is above and beyond. She handled everything with such effortless grace. I had a 160 person wedding, at my home, on a raining day which means that she had lots of different people, personalities, and situations to tackle. Any stress that I could have possibly had was gone due to her presence. Any situation that arose she was able to handle herself and knew exactly who to go to and what to do. Everything ran beautifully on time and when we had to make tweaks, due to the rain, she was right there with a perfect plan B. She was always ahead of the game and solved problems before they surfaced. She was always there to assure me that everything was going to be okay. Like, when the rain started, unexpectedly, she was right there with the anticipated time it would stop. Or, when I was too busy to sit down and eat she asked if she could set a plate at my table so I would have something when I had a minute. She’s just constantly thinking and always on top of it. I’m 100% sure I couldn’t have done it without her. Throughout the process leading up to the wedding, I felt she was always there for me when I had little questions or needed certain confirmation. On our initial meeting we couldn’t help but love her with her joyful, positive, and confident personality. Her presence alone is a wonderful asset to the day. I couldn’t recommend her enough and am sooo happy with our decision to include her in our day!

Rachael is an absolute lifesaver! She went above and beyond for us -- she printed and dropped off itineraries at multiple hotels for our guests from out of town, she managed every detail with our vendors, she helped us find a photographer last minute when our original one bailed! She made multiple visits to our venue and even showed up early the day of the wedding to help set up. Above all this, she did this with an open heart and a genuine willingness and joy to see our day go well -- she is a beautiful spirit who can get stuff done -- the exact right mix you want around for your big day!!!

First, I have to say a huge thank you to Rachael for everything she did to help the bride and the whole wedding party!! In July, I was the maid of honor in a wedding and Rachael consistently went above and beyond to help everyone. She was able to organize and keep a large wedding party on task throughout the rehearsal. Then, on the day of she answered my, many, text messages and calmed every nerve I had. Thus, I didn’t need to bother the bride about anything!! One would think that Rachael and the bride had been life long friends because she knew so much about the bride and groom. It was evident that she took the time to get to know the couple and as a result knew what the bride needed and was always present. The wedding was flawless and I know that Rachael’s presence had a big impact. Highly recommend Rachael Mary Weddings to help any bride, or maid of honor, throughout the wedding process!

From the start, I was convinced that I could do the whole wedding shindig on my own without a planner or coordinator. Around 2 months before our wedding, I realized that there were simply too many small things that day that I didn’t want to get in the way of our big day. I hired Rachael, and from the moment she entered the picture, I felt the biggest wave of relief. All of the stressors I had dissipated, and I could finally be excited about my big day again. Rachael was AMAZING. She had the energy, organization, and thoughtfulness that I felt in our first conversation, to the minute the last box was unloaded at the hotel at the end of our wedding. Rachael was a calming presence when we needed it, a hype presence when we needed it, and supportive, flexible, and organized throughout it all. I couldn’t recommend Rachael more. I can’t believe it has taken me so long to write a review. Rachael was our day of coordinator for a backyard wedding and was an incredible help in facilitating our big day. From the very first meeting she was detail oriented, organized, asked all the right questions to have our vision, needs, and desires fulfilled on our wedding day! She has a wonderful bubbly personality, always smiling and has a very calming presence. She went above and beyond for our wedding. There were a lot of moving parts for our DIY wedding and she did an impeccable job- checking in with all our vendors, very responsive, anticipating potential problems and addressing them in advance so that our wedding flowed perfectly without a hiccup. She even offered to light all our tiki torches as she was leaving! I can not thank her enough..You will not be disappointed in hiring her for your wedding!

Rachel has become our friend. She’s got a heart of gold but also does her job impeccably. I literally love her. More than I could have even asked for. She’s amazing.

Rachael was absolutely fantastic! She was our day-of coordinator but did so much more than that. On our initial consultation call, before we had even decided to work with her, she gave us tons of great advice on how to improve the flow of the reception. In the months leading up to the wedding she was incredibly responsive and always a fun, cheerful addition to any conversation. The day of the wedding it felt like we were old friends and it was a joy to have her around. She took care of every detail and hiccup that came up, the ones we could anticipate and the ones we still don't even know happened! She was really good at knowing what we cared about and how to solve the problem the way we would like, without having to ask us. My entire family has been singing her praises since the wedding and I encourage everyone who has the chance to work with her. If I could give her more than five stars I would!

Rachael was incredibly professional, and very organized . She took into account who my husband and I were individually, and as a couple. With that she created an eloquent ceremony full of laughter and love. Throughout our entire wedding process she was easy to reach, and quickly accomedated any changes we had along the way.
