We interviewed 15 coordinators and out of all of them Rachael stood out to us because of how detail oriented she is and her ability to answer even the toughest of our questions. Day of, she was present when needed and "invisible" when not. I felt fully able to hand over all of the logistics of the day to her so that I could fully enjoy it. As a bit of a project manager myself, I really needed someone I felt was fully capable of executing my plan so I could relax and have fun and Rachael completely exceeded my high expectations. No matter what happened day of, Rachael was two steps ahead. I cannot recommend her enough!

Rachael hit the ground running, helping us zoom into the details and fit all of the pieces together - and filling in any gaps with awesome recommendations - to create a seamless work of art: our dream wedding. She made the space for us to take in every moment and handled any issues without us even knowing about them (still don't know if anything went awry). I wish I could give her 6 out of 5 stars. She was the key to making it the smoothest, most effortless day. As we worked through the big picture and then all the way into the finer details of our wedding, Rachael made solid recommendations, jumping in to help at every turn. We'd ask "should we reach out to [enter vendor here] to ask [enter question here]?" or any other question we all have, and her response would usually be "I'll handle it." If she didn't take it on herself, she'd provide expert recommendations of how to approach whatever decision or conversation that we were approaching. Thank you so much Rachael!!!!!

day of coordinator. We had monthly meetings with specifically organized goals and "homework" that made this overwhelming process so manageable! She was available to answer all of our questions and concerns. All of her suggestions for our vendors were perfect and spot on with my vision for the day. She helped us create the most magical day for us! My friends and family told us that it was the best and most fun wedding they have ever attended! We had issues with the venue changing the rules of the game on us 3 days before the wedding for when we could go onsite for pictures. I was not worried one bit. I KNEW Rachael and our photographer, Alexis would come up with a good plan, and they did. On the day of the wedding, Racheal made sure things went as smoothly as they could. We did have some rain, which is never ideal, but there was a indoor side room with air conditioning people were able to access. Besides that glitch, we had the most amazing experience! We would never had been able to make this whole day for us so magical and wonderful without Rachael's guidance, support, and direction. When the day cam we could just focus on us, as a couple, and being present and take in all of the special moments of the ceremony and enjoy all of the love and happiness we surrounded with from our guests!

ay of the wedding Rachael made several MAJOR mistakes. First of all she was condescending, rude and insulting to me and the guests. I was allowed to be with my sister for approx 15 minutes before the wedding for a photo op of me “helping” her get dressed. Rachael then insinuated that I was SELFISH for wanting to know my role on the day of the wedding. Would there be food? Where was I supposed to be during the first look? Although my sister said I could watch from the side lines, Rachael stated that I should “Go to my room where I belonged since the “first look” was only for the bride and groom. Since I was to be dressed two hours before the wedding to “help” get her dressed, I was alone most of the day. Her interactions towards me were disrespectful, condescending, and rude. Due to a lack of communication on Rachael’s part, family photos were taken during happy hour. They were rushed and stiff. It was like an assembly line instead of having fun with the bride and groom. Immediately after the chaotic family pictures, Rachael told me "She was kicking me outside...with love from the bride." It was HOT, HUMID and at times RAINING! Plus there were no chairs. We had been told that in case of rain there would be an air conditioned place for guests to enjoy appetizers and drinks. That was definitely NOT the case. After about 45 minutes of standing, I was dripping sweat and my back and legs were killing me. Other older guests were struggling as well. A family friend went inside to gather some chairs. She was reprimanded like a small child and told “To get out!” When she told Rachael that there were senior citizens who needed to sit, Rachael proceeded to LOCK the doors into the venue and put up room dividing screens. Ironically that meant she locked out the help who needed access to transition the room from ceremony to dining. After over an hour, we were finally allowed into the air conditioned space where guests were told to remain seated until their table was called to go to the buffet line. I again felt like we were in elementary school. After the wedding, we returned to the bridal suite close to midnight. At that time we discovered that the bridal suite, which was the first door off the elevator, had been propped open ALL day! Rachael in her haste to whisk the bride away to the “first look” never un-propped the door or locked it! Another major mistake! In summary: Rachael was an amazing help to my sister in the planning of the best wedding EVER. She was able to bring my sister's vision to life. However, on the day of the wedding there were serious issues in communication, comfort and safety of the guests and family. Furthermore, there were issues with coordination and communication between the venue and hotel. Finally, leaving the bridal suite PROPPED open almost 12 hours is inexcusable! Magically there was a double rainbow after the ceremony. We felt it was a sign from our deceased mother and father. Rachael however took credit for that as well. “What a great wedding planner I am. I even got a double rainbow” If you are a bride and do not care about anyone but yourself, Rachael is your girl. If you care about the comfort and feelings of family and friends and the security of your room, I would consider someone else.

achael was quick to respond and answer all of our questions, and she was amazing with easing all of my nerves. The day ran seamlessly because of Rachael, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her!

ng, I cannot express how amazing it felt to have her guidance and expertise along the way—especially navigating wedding planning during COVID. She was meticulously organized and always quick to respond to any thoughts or questions I had. Plus, she has such a fun and bubbly personality which was the exact energy I needed to help get me through two postponements due to COVID. I cannot recommend Rachael enough, she’s the best!

walk back down the aisle to" or "what order will your family walk down" were things that even my type A personality overlooked. We hired Racheal because we wanted to make sure that I (the bride) didn't have to deal with a disaster or make one of my bridal party deal with a disaster on our big day. The day before our wedding, our officiant got stuck in a snowstorm in Colorado and wasn't going to be able to make it. Before I even knew it happened, Rachael had already found a new replacement for us. For anyone that thinks they can do everything themselves, I'm here to tell you that you cannot, and you need Rachael to help you!

Planning a wedding in 10 months in the Chicago area, in a pandemic, could have been so stressful but Rachael was with us every step of the way, getting ahead of any potential issues and helping us plan a perfect day. We had a very unfortunate thing happen to our photographer less than 2 weeks out from our wedding and she handled everything and was able to get us new photographers who were amazing. The day of the wedding, everyone involved had a clear idea of what was expected, what the timeline was and still had a great time, all thanks to Rachael. She thinks of so many things that only come from her years of experience. I am a type-A planner at heart but really was able to enjoy our wedding day knowing Rachael had everything taken care of. The best of the best!

I told my wife recently how amazing it was on the wedding day to not have to worry about ANYthing because I knew Rachael had it under control. We had to re-plan our wedding three times due to COVID, and I honestly would have lost my mind without Rachael to walk us through it. Everything ran flawlessly, and the day was filled with so much joy and love thanks to her organization. rying to plan this pretty much herself, and we were in Texas, it was so welcoming that she found Rachael, trusted her from the start, and we knew we could count on her as well to keep our daughter calm, and help coordinate such an amazingly successful special weekend for them! The continual insight that Rachael provided was so much appreciated, and her Master Timeline helped tremendously. It all came together so perfectly, like the fairy tale wedding our daughter dreamt about as a child. I know this doesn’t happen as seamlessly as it looks, and it takes thorough coordination with all the Vendors, great listening skills to understand desires, and the art of outstanding execution! It also takes a ton of flexibility to overcome obstacles that don’t come up until a week before the wedding… Rachael saw the issues & quickly solved the problem, helping our daughter to remain calm and make decisions, and we sure appreciated the discounts she was able to obtain for us! Rachael went way above & beyond and we can’t thank her enough for all the great support to make this such an incredible and memorable weekend that we will treasure forever!!

s execute our non-traditional food truck reception in the heart of Chicago while putting us at ease knowing everything would be taken care of to our standards. She was there for us day and night. Also, even if she is half way across the world she will still be there for you. When multiple issues arose within a week or two of the big day, as well as on the day of, she did not stray away from facing them head on and coming up with viable solutions. I do not believe there is anyone we would have rather had there with us on wedding day. She takes care of the hard parts of wedding planning with a friendly personality and a smile on her face!

I am someone who has a hard time letting go of things and having someone else take charge, but Rachael's organization, follow up, and professionalism made it so easy. And she is so fun! I didn't worry about a thing the day of since I knew she had it covered. And she made all of our personal items - the card table, favor table, etc look so good!! She was such an integral part of our wedding and truly allowed us to enjoy our day worry free. Would hire again and recommend to all of my friends over and over (and my bridesmaid gave her name to her engaged sister she was so impressed with her that day!).

On my wedding day, she kept EVERYTHING organized, herded the groomsmen/bridesmaids/vendors as necessary with ease and a smile; she also put out several small fires that arose unexpectedly come reception time - Don't know what I would have done without her. Her presence, smiling the entire time, put my nerves to rest and allowed me to fully soak in each moment of my wedding without trouble shooting any wedding planning issues. I will also say I received many compliments from bridesmaids on Rachael's gentle, but confident ability to command a room. Overall, if you have the means to hire a day of coordinator I would 10 out of 10 times recommend Rachael - she is the woman for your wedding.

In general we are pretty organized and like planning, however our main goal was for the day of the wedding to go as smoothly as possible and to make sure that we did not have to deal with any smaller issues throughout the day. The timeline Rachael set up was perfect, and her syncing up with all of the vendors in the few weeks before the wedding was key to ensure everything was on track & flowed perfectly. The connection you'll build with Rachel will last and we really feel like we've made a new friend -- she truly cares about making the day perfect for you and is upfront when you ask for opinions. We highly recommend and have already recommended to multiple friends!

lanner would add. Well, Rachael sure proved her value. When we needed a recommendation for a vendor hers were always the best, but she went above and beyond and helped secure the vendor after we selected them. Her calm confident manner throughout the process was reassuring and calming. She was always on time, always did what she promised to do and then some. She was never pushy and I felt like she always had our best interest at heart. At the 11th hour she stepped in and did things we needed help with like ordering and assembling the welcome bags, making the baskets to hold the bird seed and bubbles. She had someone else help out on our day of (Rachael had another wedding) and yet Rachael still stopped by during breaks with her other wedding...not once...twice. I have 2 more children. I would highly recommend her and hope to use her when our other children get married.

She made sure that everything was in order, helped us organize our ideas, and reminded us of things we forgot. Our bridal party was extremely large, our church and reception were located about 45 minutes away from each other, and we wanted to take pictures downtown prior to our ceremony....scheduling this day was truly a logistical nightmare, but Rachael made all of this possible. She coordinated so many schedules and time restraints, she made sure everything ran on time, and helped us to relax and enjoy every moment of our day. Rachael is also just an amazing person to be around. Her spirit and passion come out in everything she does; she makes you feel so important. People love being around her; she makes people that she just meets feel comfortable. Above and beyond! 2) Rachael rode in the limo with us to the venue, and had a perfect playlist all ready to go! 3)I don't want to ruin any surprises, but Rachael took videos and pictures all day of special, quiet moments. Watching those videos is my favorite way to re-live the day. :-) To sum her up, she brightens up a wedding day in ways you didn't even know you needed! Thank you, Rachael!

"your work is done, I will handle all vendor questions, or issues, that should come our way." I must say that the day of services she provided were the most impressive of all. She met with all of the vendors early in the morning, decorated the space, delivered flowers, gracefully dealt with a few dramas, made sure the ceremony and reception time-lines ran perfectly, and REALLY made me feel like I could truly enjoy every minute of my wedding day. I was a calm bride because of Rachael, and that is an incredible accomplishment!! If you are like me, you may think you can "handle it all" ... but trust me, Rachael was the most essential part of making our special day BETTER than we could have ever imagined!!
