hide all of the mistakes they made. When my dress arrived, it was 8 sizes too big. They lied and convinced me that the seamstress (who only knows basic hemming) could contour the dress to my body. After weeks of going back in there for fittings and my dress getting worse and worse, the sales woman admitted that the seamstress was not a good fit for the job, so she brought someone else in. The second seamstress was of higher caliber and they were unwilling to spend the money to hire her to fix my dress so they ordered me another. THE SECOND DRESS WAS STILL 8 SIZES TOO BIG. Again, they brought in seamstress one and said she can do it. Another month goes by and the seamstress had messed up so much, the dress was actually destroyed. Thankfully, the second seamstress still had the other dress and they finally, after I balled my eyes out and threatened legal action, agreed to hire her to fix my dress. Sadly, the damage was already done. She could only do so much with the dress because the first seamstress had destroyed so much of it. I ended up having to spend thousands of dollars and hire someone completely different, 2 weeks before my wedding, to hide all of the mistakes. I went through hell for months with them and because we had to add material to hide all their damages, I ended up with a completely different wedding dress style. A style that I didn’t want but had no choice to wear. Please keep in mind, this is a very short version of my experience. They literally dragged me through hell and lied every week. I was in misery. They robbed me of my happiness. I’m telling you, I’m promising you, it’s not worth going here. If you find a dress you like there, shop it somewhere else. IT’S NOT WORTH IT.

My auntie made a joke and stated At this point she was going to just put me in a purple dress while my other auntie who was driving, found a review on the knot to this place. They were closing soon but Nora and her colleagues were sweet and allowed us to come in to take a look. Ironically there was a purple dress in the corner lol. It was an amazing experience and I was able to find my beautiful dress! Through the entire process of picking veils and potential jewelry to champagne with my family, this group of people were personable but professional. The gown selection is absolutely phenomenal and not to mention, you have the ability to fully customize your dress! They are very accommodating and very talented too! The girls who work there make their own dresses in addition to selling designer dresses. What I loved most, is that they weren’t pushy like the other bridal stores. They really value you and your personal opinion and they allow you to guide your search with their assistance. Thank you for my dress Rachel and Rose and all the wonderful support you have given me. of my bridesmaids, mother, etc) and that was the very day I found "the one"! It was an R&R exclusive design and therefore, I knew I would not have seen any other bride in my dress choice! Unfortunately, 2020 caused us to postpone our wedding a total of 3 times and R&R held onto my dress for almost two years! I chose the dress in 2019 and did not get married until August of 2021, they never once asked me to come pick it up or told me they could not be liable for holding on to it; they only reassured me that it would be safe with them! When the day finally came to start my fittings, Suzy made me feel comfortable and beautiful from the first time we met. After 3 fittings, I took my dress home and there was still something I was not happy with, but I needed to take it home and try it on in my own time (again, with no input from any other parties) in order to place my finger on what it was I wanted adjusted. Once I realized that the bust area made me wayyyy bustier than I am (some brides may want this, but i wanted to look like me), I called Mania and she booked me to come in for a last minute final, final fitting less than two weeks before my wedding! Suzy was more than happy to adjust to whatever I wanted, she reminded me it was my wedding and she would do whatever was needed to make sure I was nothing but happy on the big day. I gave her quite the task to remove layers of padding, underwire, corset, and lowering my dress straps with a little over a week to complete. All she said, was "no problem." Suzy always had a smile on her face and never made me feel pressured, uneasy, or guilty for asking for what I wanted. She had the alterations done in a week and I could not have been happier with the outcome! I am so happy I walked into R&R on a whim one day because they had the product and more importantly, the people I needed to make my wedding dress experience unforgettable! Thank you Mania and Suzy!!

hter had a very clear vision of what she was looking for. Our consultant informed us that there would only be time to try on four dresses so I didn't feel hopeful that we would find a dress. I was wrong!!! Mania listened to my daughter and helped her choose some dresses to try on. The first dress was the ONE!! She tried on three more but couldn't wait to try on the 'Pretty Dress' again! My daughter started to cry with happy tears as did her sisters and me! The dress was right in our price point and alterations were discussed. The whole experience was lovely and easy with only one other appointment happening while we were there. Please put Rachel & Rose on your list!! My daughter will be comfortable and beautiful on her wedding day and we will all love sharing this very special occasion while she is in the perfect wedding dress!!

store, I knew I would find the one. The sparkle, lace, and gem selections are amazing. The first dress I tried on I was in love with and then I tried on a second dress and was in love with that one too! This had not been the case at any other store! When I expressed my love for both, the designers were so eager to share that they could customize it for me to make my dream dress by meshing both dresses together! I was in shock when I found out how reasonable the price would be for a custom made dress! There is nothing that they can’t do! I would highly recommend coming here! You won’t regret it!

t I think I made the right choice! Rachel and Rose Bridal is the first bridal shop I visited and it ended up being the best. I opted to buy instead of rent my dress so I could customize fit and length. I Will post pictures after the wedding in September ;)

They offered many designers but I decided on an exquisite Rachel and Rose original design. They measured it to my body exactly and even allowed me to make a design change to fit my personality. After I said "yes to the dress," they brought over champagne for me and my guest to celebrate. Can not wait to see the final dress. So excited!!
