Hi! We're Rachel & Ty.
We have been performing over the last seven years and have established an extensive repertoire. I (Rachel) sing and play electric violin, while my husband plays guitar. We can include instrumentals, vocals or a mix! You are welcome to choose songs from our song menu, let us know the overall vibe, or we can do our thing and play a fun mix, showcasing songs that show off what we do best. We offer to perform for any portion of the day- ceremony, cocktail, dinner, dances & full reception.
As performers, we love connecting with people. We believe musix brings people together and truly sets the tone for the day of celebrating. We are taking songs that you know & love and putting our soulful little spin on it- ultimately creating a uniquely intimate experience. We are so thrilled and honored to be providing the soundtrack to some of the most important/emotional/exciting days of your life. Let us know more about how we can bring your vision to life.

Rachel and Ty are the easiest people to work with- they are so open to doing whatever you want and they will make your visions come to life! They are seriously a live music "DJ"- they will play anything you want even if they've never played it before! Rachel has a beautiful voice and can nail any note. ing around for a duo who can play acoustic love jams (specifically early 00's) to serenade my guests, we had multiple people recommend Rachel and Tyler. I immediately stalked their social media pages, fell. in. LOVE and hired them within 24 hours. They were the sweetest and easiest people to work with! They performed from 10-10:30am plus the song I walked down the aisle too, "Two is better than one" by Boys like Girls, I still get chills thinking about it. I had so many friends and family approach me during cocktail hour and told me the combination of their performance and seeing me walk down the aisle was so captivating it had them sobbing! They truly made that moment even more magical not only for me, but for everyone in the room. The 2nd BEST decision I made was also hiring them for the after party. My friends and I felt like we were at a private concert! Rachel has this beautiful, bluesy, raspy tone that is so unique, she was SO much fun to jam out with! I requested Tyler to have a lot of solo moments because he is the most talented guitarist I have ever heard- something about the sound of his guitar really touches my soul. They both are incredibly talent, and we look forward to hiring them for future parties and events!
