I came to Rachel Ann Bridal looking for a specific dress that I’d had in mind for years. Rachel was beyond helpful and had the dress ready for me when I got there. She did an amazi...
ng job getting it clipped to look perfectly fitted and comfortable even adjusting multiple times to make sure it felt right. It was the first wedding dress I had tried on and she was very patient to let me move around and decide if it was truly the one. She got me another similar dress to try to get the feel for to compare and then even suggested I put my first one back on just to make sure, which I was dying to do. She was more than accommodating and personable. Made the appointment very enjoyable and even called the other shops I had appointments with to cancel for me. One shop refused to wave the appointment cancellation fee and she took it off the price of the dress!! Could not recommend this place enough. Affordable, personable, and a great atmosphere. Thank you Rachel!
Perfect place to find your dream wedding dress! Rachel was so helpful and found a dress to fit my figure. I felt like a queen!!! Can't wait for the big day!

s! The team was so patient, kind, and truly dedicated to helping me find (and create!) the perfect dress. They went above and beyond by hand-drawing and customizing my dream gown, and the final result was absolutely stunning. It felt made for me in every way. ing on different styles and learning about the different parts of the dress and what looks best on me. Rachel was so personable and professional. She “jacked up” my top three dresses with a veil to really give me the bride feeling. We did discuss pricing for my top three dresses, but there was no hassle about buying a dress that day. I would highly recommend to Jacksonville and St Augustine brides to definitely book an appointment with Rachel Ann bridal!

Rachel was considerate of my budget, had great insight on traveling with the dresses I tried on, made me feel beautiful as a plus size bride, and over all was very patient with me.
