I had the pleasure of working with Mark for both my mini ceremony (Covid Bride) and my large celebration a year later.The photos will forever be cherished in our family! We got married on a sunny and cold day and took photos in numerous places (beach, inside, a barn) and all of them are extremely gorgeous. She knows how to place people so that their best angles shine and she is calm, kind and easy going throughout the entire process. We even had sneak peak photos back to us within three days of our wedding and they are absolutely beautiful. She is amazing at what she does and will capture all of the best moments of your wedding day!

She is also the only person to this day that my husband feels comfortable with in front of a camera! One of her greatest assets is that she is able to capture special candid moments between couples and loved ones that embody all the love and joy experienced on the actual wedding day. Her photos help us relive these special moments, especially ones we were not physically there to witness! Rachel was always professional, timely, and responsive to all of our inquiries. She paid so much attention to details and listened to all our wishes for the day of. She also is highly experienced and was able to offer crucial advise for our planning and day of coordination. She and her associate, Mark Sperry, make an incredible team and we were lucky to have had both of them to photograph our wedding. To this day, I still receive compliments not only on our photos, but how amazing our photographer was to work with. Rachel even safety pinned my dress when it broke right before our reception! about which bridesmaid dress colors/styles would photograph best and invited us to a wedding planning event in Boston that she was photographing. On the day of our wedding it rained during our scheduled pre-wedding portrait time. She found areas outside (under trees and overhangs) that we’re shielded from the rain and managed to take all of our portraits outside, without umbrellas! Throughout the night we barely noticed she was there, except when she would come up to us periodically to ask if there were any photo combinations we wanted her to take. When we got our photos back last week we were blown away! I might be biased, but I think they are the best wedding photos I’ve ever seen. We were amazed by how many angles she was able to get of our ceremony and reception. The photos are timeless and true to the day. Rachel got all of the portrait and detail shots we wanted in addition to ton of candid moments throughout the day. They really tell the story of the day and will allow us to relive the magic over and over again. Hiring Rachel was one of the best planning decisions we made and we’re so grateful to have such beautiful photos to help us reminisce on our wedding day!

From our engagement shoot, to our big day, Rachel made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. We had such a fun time taking photos and I truly have never felt so confident or comfortable with a camera on me. She made the whole process so natural and relaxed. Rachel is so kind and down to earth and EXTREMELY TALENTED at what she does. Rachel really gets to know you and what your style is almost instantly so your final product best reflects you. Definitely a professional and displays her passion for her work, she even helped demonstrate some poses! I loved that if something didn’t look natural between Josh and I, she would direct us to try something else; for example she would have us share stories that made us laugh and she would capture that moment perfectly. She also did this among the bridesmaids and myself - a hard group to crack, but she had us laughing and even crying. Rachel also initiated exploring the areas we were taking photos in, she would find the best lighting, background, spot in the woods, building in Boston, or anywhere else we adventured during our shoots. Our photos are INCREDIBLE and I can’t stop looking at them. I truly appreciate Rachel’s passion, humor, laid back personable personality, and her extremely beautiful photos. Rachel also has great relationships with multiple different vendors she shares with you which is extremely helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend her.

edding day. Extremely confident, fun-loving, and talented, Rachel put my mind at ease from the moment she arrived at our wedding. My fiancee and I met while working at a summer camp, where we also chose to have our wedding, and as soon as I learned that Rachel had grown up at summer camps as well, I was sold. She arrived to our cabin and went straight to work, but always pausing to have fun with us, tell jokes, and join in with our camp shenanigans. My fiancee and I originally decided not to do engagement photos for fear of feeling awkward, but I regret that after how fun it was to take photos with Rachel on the wedding day! I know the investment we made in the photos Rachel and Mark took will be the most cherished. I've only just seen our sneak peak photos and she's captured everything I had been dreaming about in the setting and the people attending. Rachel is the best!

If you're like me, getting photographed can bring out the awkward animal that lives inside and Rachel was such a pro at containing the discomfort of being photographed while making it SO MUCH FUN! I know that may sound strange but Rachel really made our engagement shoot and wedding day relaxed and real and captured our true personalities. She's true to her word, she's hilarious, she's a bright light to be around and you would be insane to not hire her for all things photography. I mean it.
