I loved her elegant use of votives and other nuanced ways to create an otherworldly feel. I actually was not that excited about my wedding UNTIL I received Rachel's proposal with illustrative photos about a week after we met. It was obvious in the proposal photos that Rachel had paid very close attention to everything we discussed in our conversation. All this being said, due to Covid, our wedding was canceled, my husband lost his job, and we're moving from NY. With utmost understanding, professionalism, and genuine care, Rachel and her team developed a more than fair reimbursement plan for our deposit. Given that Covid has harshly impacted many industries, including the floral and events sector, Rachel's generous response to our unfortunate plight speaks volumes of her character and integrity. She is not just an incredibly talented floral designer, but a genuinely kind person.

He put together an inspiration board, and he was very thorough about getting exactly what we wanted for each part of the ceremony and reception. On the day of the wedding, I was blown away when I saw my bouquet--it was vibrant and fresh and just perfect for a summer wedding. They were also flexible about bringing the flowers to a number of locations--the reception venue (where I was getting ready), the ceremony venue, and the apartment on the other side of town where my husband was getting ready. The two large displays at the church ceremony were just magnificent, and I loved the reception flowers as well--especially a beautiful low display they put on our sweetheart table. Overall, they were a dream to work with, and I would highly recommend them!

They arrived at about 8:30am with a “no later than 9:30am” delivery date. My bouquet was also gorgeous! It looked gorgeous in person and in photos. om my first visit to their studio. The decor of the studio is chic and pretty. I met with Rachel and Anya. As we talked through my ideas and thoughts, I had a feeling that they understood the picture in my head, and they would get everything exactly they way I want. Turns out that feeling is right. Before the wedding I have been communicating with Bianca, she was so sweet and patient. She always reply my email within one or two hours. As a bride I had so many questions and concerns, and I kept making changes towards the last minute. They patiently worked with me through everything and provided professional and helpful suggestions. They do everything they can to make our wedding day flowers look as fresh and lush as possible. On our wedding day, our personal flowers were delivered on time. st had a random change of taste for no reason. Honestly, when I started the process I thought I wouldn't care so much about the flowers but I really really did and Rachel Cho did a fabulous job. They had great suggestions for how to add some more romance to the room or how to fit things into a certain budget. They were flexible through the whole process. le (modern, minimal with a twist) so I was excited to have booked her as I knew she had another wedding that day. Although I am very particular about design in general as someone who studied design in college, I didn't want to limit her artistic ability by having a set idea of what I wanted because at the end of the day, she was hired not only for the flowers but for the overall vision for our wedding. I gave her broad parameters - peonies and something that looked like butterflies sitting on top of the flowers for my bridal bouquet. For the table arrangements, I asked that it just be jewel toned. Rachel knocked it out of the park! She made a beautiful bouquet of white peonies with huge colorful orchids interspersed, that looked like butterflies sitting on the peonies. For the floral arrangements, she used a lot of different flowers that added a much needed pop to the venue. The arrangements were in different heights with low and medium sized arrangements. One had cherry blossom like branches, the lots of lush leafy looking flowers. Everyone loved the flowers and commented about them. I couldn't have been happier with my decision to hire Rachel Cho Inc. and to give Rachel free reign with the flowers. She was amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
