From Rachel's quick response to our initial inquiry, to helping make sure all of the photos were uploaded, Rachel was prompt, professional, and so very kind through the whole process. Rachel is AMAZING. PLEASE READ >> From start to finish, Rachel was so personable, professional, sweet, and made us feel so comfortable to just be ourselves the entire time. We're usually not the picture-taking type (in front of the camera that is), and she was so clear with her direction. We were so confident that the pictures were amazing before even getting the chance to preview them. It unfortunately rained on our day.. we were initially bummed about this, but Rachel actually turned it into a complete blessing. Our rain photos were so romantic, I tear up every time I see it on my iPhone Lock Screen. It was SO cold, wet, and super dark outside, but she was so fast and quick with her direction, we got the most beautiful photos of our lifetime in a matter of minutes and immediately got to go back inside. Rachel is literally a ray of sunshine and an amazing photographer. From the second I met her just through a zoom call I could instantly tell she was such a genuinely nice person. We did our engagement pictures with her and she made the trip all the way to Galveston Beach for us which was so sweet of her. I had 12 bridesmaids so we were naturally running behind schedule but she was so calm and helped us make sure we moved things along smoothly but it didn't feel rushed at all. She has so much experience in this industry so I felt so confident in her and her team to capture all the sweet memories from our wedding day. Her team is also INCREDIBLE. One of the sweetest things on the wedding day was while my husband and I were taking pictures out in a field I was standing in an ant hill and didn't realize it until I started getting bit and I had so many ants all over me but Rachel, Jericka, and Haleigh all came running to help me which just really tells you a lot about Rachel and her team, they really care for the couples they work with. She is truly such a natural at her job and she just makes you feel so special on your big day. She has such an eye for photography and I loved the way our wedding and engagement pictures turned out.I can't tell you how grateful I am for Rachel and I couldn't recommend her enough.

I cannot tell you how many compliments I got on my engagement photos and sneak peek wedding photos! Hiring Rachel for your wedding will be the best decision you make. I was amazed by her work from the get go. Not only is she a talented photographer she is an absolute pleasure to work with. She makes you so comfortable in front of the camera it feels natural. Our friends and family were in awe of how beautiful our pictures turned out when Rachel displayed over 80 pictures from our wedding day at the bar during the reception. Our wedding was this past Saturday and we cannot wait to see the rest!

Oh my goodness, how do I even begin to describe how amazing Rachel and Chris are?! When we first met them, my husband and I adored how they are a family business. Their love for each other, their family and the Lord is a beautiful inspiration to anyone around them, and there is something said for having such positive and wonderful people like that be a part of your wedding day. Our entire wedding event was flawless, and it was largely in part to these two! I met Rachel a few years ago when she was photographing one of my dear friends' weddings, and I knew I had to book her for mine! She has been there since day ONE of my engagement, and now I consider her a friend more than anything else! I have always been impressed with how she always made herself available to me, and how professionally she handles her business. She was always ready to answer questions, offer advice and help in any way she could... whether it be about wedding day timeline, a ripped veil, family shot lists, outfit choices.. ANYTHING! As a client of hers, I really feel like I am made to be a priority, and that means ALOT during wedding planning.. it gets pretty stressful at times! At this point I have had four sessions with Rachel (engagements, boudoir, bridals, and our wedding day), and she just makes everything so fun and comfortable! My husband and I were so nervous for our engagement shoot, and that feeling lasted about 0.5 seconds, haha! Rachel is AMAZING at posing, ya'll! She was able to tell us exactly how to stand, put our hands, where to look, how to have our face, etc. Her directions are SO easy to follow, and it doesn't take long before everything feels natural. On that note, I would 100% recommend an engagement and also a bridal shoot; our wedding day was an absolute breeze because we were used to working with Rachel and we could anticipate how she would want us to stand and pose. Her eye for lighting and background is phenomenal.. and she captures emotions and feelings so well! I love looking at our pictures from sessions with Rachel.. you can tell our whole story from looking at our faces, and that's what makes them so beautiful to me. What I loved most about Rachel and Chris as photographers at our wedding is that they felt more like guests than hired photographers. They mingled and blended in with the party, capturing every moment. Every time I had a request for a picture, I never had to look far for either one of them! They were always 100% ready to photograph anything I asked for, even things that weren't planned! I was SO IMPRESSED that Rachel had completed a "sneak peek" album and gotten it displayed on an iPad on the bar at my wedding! My guests ranted and raved about that! :) AND.. they really helped me develop our wedding day timeline, which was a huge blessing. My husband and I had a small church wedding ceremony the day before our huge venue wedding, and even though I asked her last minute if she could photograph this ceremony too, Rachel immediately responded with "absolutely!!!" and was able to be there for us on that day as well.. this was so, so special and meant a lot to us and to my family. Rachel and Chris, thank you for giving us the gift of a lifetime through our photos. Thank you for being people we could ALWAYS count on! There is nobody else I would have trusted with this role, with these memories, and with our special day. We love ya'll, and I hope that ya'll will be taking photos for our family for many years to come!

This is the aspect of our wedding that I was the most picky about. I am SO glad I found Rachel! We first met Rachel at our engagement session and she immediately made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. She was always super responsive and even mailed us a booklet with what to expect and anything and everything you could possibly want to know about wedding photography! We got married on like the hottest day ever, but our pictures turned out better than I could have ever imagined. #1 Who doesn't want a super nice photographer? And Rachel is THE sweetest!! #2 Her and Chris' photo style is light, airy and beautiful. So basically the bomb.com #3 I am so happy I used Rachel to capture our special day. 100% best wedding spend! I found Rachel through another friends wedding and was immediately impressed. The sneak peaks are what initially won me over (which she displays during the reception!). But those were just the icing on the cake! She captured our wedding day perfectly down to the smallest detail. I do not have one bad photo. Not only that, but I loved working with Rachel and all that she offers as a photographer. We not only used her for our wedding (including engagements) but also for family photos. And double whammy... she is awesome with kids and extremely patient. One last tidbit, even though shes in the BCS area, she had no problem traveling to the Houston area. So dont let her location detour you! Cause I'm telling yall right now... you want her!! The best advice I received about my wedding budget was not to skimp on a photographer. I would book (and probably will book again) Rachel a hundred times over. If I could give more stars I would!

Rachel is amazing! I knew from her first email that she was definitely going to be my wedding photographer. She makes you feel super comfortable which is important when you are someone who doesn't generally have photo shoots. She gets your pics to you quickly and they are amazing. My fiancé and I just had our engagement session with Rachel on October 18, 2018, and it was beyond amazing! Her enthusiasm and genuine excitement for love really brought out the best in our interaction together which was just the right recipe for stunning photos. Rachel is the BEST photog!!!! She has done all kinds of shoots for me, and my favorite thing about her is that she always makes me feel like a million bucks (even at 9 months pregnant and super swollen)! She takes great care to make every pose as flattering as possible too (even if it only means moving or leaning a fraction of an inch). Not only are her personality and style amazing, she is incredibly articulate with her photography skills. I first picked to meet with Rachel because I saw her amazing work on social media but after we met I was OBSESSED. She was the exact presence I wanted on my wedding day... in fact when she arrived I literally had a sigh of relief that she was finally there. She has the sweetest personality that you just enjoy being around and made our entire process SOOOO EASY. When I say easy I mean that she did literally everything she could to make sure we knew what the heck we were doing throughout our entire engagement. She made my husband so comfortable during pictures, she is organized (hello got my wedding pictures back in 2 weeeks!?), she knows the wedding industry so well and has great relationships with many wedding vendors. Ladies.... the presence and personality of your photographer is SO IMPORTANT. You don’t get those dreamy pictures by disliking the person behind the camera. I don't normally write reviews EVER. But Rachel Driskell deserves a review. Rachel and her husband Chris were the epitome of professional, helpful, and just downright awesome throughout our entire wedding process. Rachel not only gives you AMAZING photos at the end of the day, she gives you guidance, coordination, and creativity. She was able to spot a snag in my timeline weeks before the wedding that would have been a major issue and helped me mitigate it. When I emailed her the night before with a request to add a whole family group photo, she took it in stride. When I asked if we could do an at home engagement photo shoot, she loved the idea and blew it out of the water!! I've never received so many compliments on photos in my life. Her eye is amazing. She gets the most romantic shots and knows how to capture details that some might miss. She even surprised us with sneak peek photos on an ipad at the bar at our reception! The entire next day my husband and I could not stop talking about how amazing Rachel and Chris were and we heard endless compliments from our guests as well. Rachel is absolutely amazing! We are so blessed to have found her and Chris. She is so talented at what she does. We were so nervous and she made us laugh the whole time. I can’t wait to work with them both in the near future!
