chose her MODO package, and she outlined everything in detail so we knew exactly what to expect. That level of clarity immediately gave us confidence. Rachel handled so much behind the scenes that allowed us to truly be present on our wedding day. She managed our post ceremony room flip seamlessly, including placing and lighting candles, arranging our pre made centerpieces, setting out name cards and table numbers, and making sure every detail was exactly where it needed to be. She also coordinated pickup of our wedding cake, which took so much stress off our plates. Beyond logistics, Rachel was proactive, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She coordinated smoothly with our other vendors and kept everything running on schedule. We never had to wonder what was happening because she was already handling it. What meant the most to me personally was how supported I felt by Rachel. She didn’t just execute tasks, she cared. She treated me with so much love and encouragement, similar to how I’d imagine she would show up for her best friend or sister. That level of care is rare, and it made such a difference in how calm and grounded I felt throughout the day. Her crowning achievement was the AMAZING, by-the-minute timeline she constructed, which served as the flawless backbone for the entire event. he bride. She truly protected her peace and made sure everything went exactly how my sister wanted it. She fought for the bride’s vision and made it happen, no matter what. She was warm, organized, and professional from the moment she arrived. She made the entire wedding party and our family feel welcomed and united — you could see how much she cared, and yes, there were definitely some happy tears! She was on time, had an incredible handle on the schedule, and even had backup plans and supplies for things we didn’t even think about. Her level of preparation and calmness was exactly what we needed.
