Working with Rachel was nothing short of terrific! From the moment we started planning about 18 months pre-wedding, she was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive to every detail. We opted for her “full planning” package, and it was a great decision.
Rachel had a list of recommended vendors she’s worked with, which really helped us throughout the vendor selection process. She went with us to every appointment, whether it be to tour venues, do cake tastings, or meet with vendors. She always knew what questions to ask.
We faced some significant challenges with the room block at our reception venue hotel, but Rachel went above & beyond to help us resolve them. She not only handled the issues leading up to the wedding, but also continued to assist us afterward until everything was sorted. Her commitment & dedication were remarkable, and we felt so supported throughout the process.
On the wedding day, everything went flawlessly. Thanks to Rachel’s hard work & transparent communication, we were able to fully enjoy our day without a single worry. She managed every detail with precision!

There are no words to explain the gratitude I have for Rachel. She was an amazing coordinator and truly made my wedding stress free. She was so organized, professional, thorough and very detail oriented. She was only my day of coordinator but went over and beyond. She attended all my floral appointments, so she knew what I liked. She would also send me monthly check-in emails and only a call away if I had any questions. The inventory she offers in addition to a package is incredibly large with so many options to choose from. My husband kept complementing how smooth our wedding runned and it was all Rachel! You will most definitely have your dream wedding when working with her!

Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did if it wasn’t for Rachel!! We hired for same day coordination, but she goes above and beyond that. She communicated periodically throughout our wedding planning, gave extremely helpful tips, and was always a text, email, or phone call away if I was feeling unsure or overwhelmed with something. She kept everything in line and in order the day of our wedding. Including making sure our wedding party & family knew their assignments. The only thing I had to worry about wedding day was getting dolled up and marrying my best friend! She helped make our day the best and one my family / friends still talk about.

Rachel was incredibly detail oriented on my wedding day. She fixed that I didn't even know went wrong (I only found out later from my mom). She was great at focusing me and keeping a calm air. The next morning I panicked that I left an heirloom earing still attached to my bouquet. Rachel had already grabbed it off and placed it with my things. She was phenomenal and kept the day moving smoothly.
I wish I could give Rachel 10 stars. The day would not have been what it was without her and she made wedding planning fun the entire year leading up to the event. I was so comfortable and able to enjoy myself at the wedding because Rachel handled it all for myself, my husband, and our families. Best decision we made- and that’s coming from the typical type A bride that loves to plan events!
I cannot recommend Rachel enough! She is the first coordinator we met with, and we knew instantly she is who we wanted to work with. From the very beginning she was so helpful! We appreciated her reviewing all of our contracts and making sure everything we needed was included. She was always quick to reply and always helpful! Using her inventory is seriously the best! Wedding day everything was PERFECT. We received so many compliments on how everything flowed seamlessly. Rachel was my favorite person we worked with during the whole wedding planning process. Do it, just do it. You need Rachel and Ahna. They are amazing, and will literally make your dreams come true. Help you manage the budget, and get monthly updates to keep you organized. They have this decor room that you get to use to decorate the venue of your dreams! My mom and I cried afterward because it is like breaking up with Rachel and Ahna. They become family!
We had the pleasure of having Ahna as our Day of/Month of Wedding Planner. She is absolutely amazing! She is an excellent communicator and was there for us, not only for the time hired, but also whenever we had a question or needed advice during the 10 months leading up to our Big Day. I just want to start by saying that I truly truly loved Rachel!!!! Our wedding was so perfect and I know that’s all thanks to her and her team!! She thought of every single detail, she answered all my questions plus more, and I genuinely believe that it’s because of her and her team that I had absolutely ZERO stress. I cannot even begin to describe how amazing they were the day of the wedding. Literally everyone was asking about Rachel! My 10 year old daughter even mentioned to me how extremely helpful and kind she was to her and everyone around her!! Rachel & Ahna were AMAZING! I hired them for "month of coordination" but they still helped me with whatever I needed even a year away from the wedding. They are so knowledgeable and know exactly how to make your day run as smoothly as possible. I don't know how I would've survived the day without them!
Rachel and Ahna were a lifesaver for us as we planned our wedding. We hired them just for month-of-planning for the event, but they really went above and beyond by guiding us through the process in the many months leading up. They welcomed any and all questions we had throughout all of our planning which really proved to be invaluable. When we had trouble finding a caterer we liked who was within our budget, and Rachel gave us the perfect recommendation. Rachel also offered us the use of her extensive inventory of décor like signs and table displays, and took care of all the transportation and setup for us for a very reasonable fee. The day of our wedding went so smoothly - Rachel and Ahna were really on top of everything and we were just able to enjoy the moment with our family and friends. If we could do it again, we would hire them for full services, we trust them completely!

I got married on 11/21/21, and we hired Rachel May Weddings for our "day-of coordination" but Rachel and Ahna truly help with so much more than just day-of duties. They helped me create a timeline, review vendor contracts, and I also used the additional rental package they offer to rent votives, candles, cake stands, "reserved" signs for the ceremony, a honeymoon fund box, and so many other things. Having them take care of all of those little details saved me so much time and energy, and I'm SO thankful that was an option. Anytime I had a question about anything, I knew I could text or email them and they would help me figure it out. They're great at communication in general - I never felt stressed about reaching them! On the day of our wedding, they made everything run so smoothly. If there were any hiccups, I didn't find out about them until after the wedding because they were behind the scenes handling everything. Rachel even helped my mom glue her earring back together when a part of it came loose, and thanks to the emergency kit that Rachel and Ahna bring, my mom was also able to help me sew a button back onto my dress before the ceremony. Also a big bonus - Rachel and Ahna had good relationships with pretty much every single vendor we hired, which made everything that much easier. They knew how each vendor preferred to do things, how to best communicate with them, etc. I can't say enough about how amazing Rachel and Ahna are. Hiring them was by far one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.
Rachel and Ahna are the **dream team** of wedding coordinating. I am beyond grateful for their work, and if I could do it all over again, I would hire them in a heartbeat.
I personally have never been to a wedding where everything went perfectly according to plan, so it was important to me to find a team of vendors that knew how to improvise and execute solutions on the fly when things inevitably go off script. From yucky weather and things showing up late to battling photographers, Rachel and Ahna were on top of everything. They moved things inside and made adjustments to keep things looking spectacular. They worked around the late arrivals without pressuring anyone on their time, which kept the mood light and happy. They played defense for the photographer we actually hired and kept our family friend gone rogue photographer out of her hair (and mine). They even managed to bustle my dress in 15 seconds! That sounds like an unnecessary skill, but when your DJ is already announcing your bridal party and you're moments away from your grand entrance and NEED your dress bustled, it matters!

I met Rachel at an open house at the Springs Event Venue in Cypress! I emailed her and hired her services a few days after. I knew she was going to be thorough, realistic, and easy to work with. She was that and more! I loved how she was always communicating with me and helping me throughout the process.
Even though she and Ahna were hired as the month of planners, they were there every step of the way. There were always responses via email and text. And we in person often to go over her inventory and the timeline. I used quite a few vendors that she recommended, and my wedding day was so much fun! Everything went smoothly and no one came to me for anything. Mostly because she and Ahna planned out all of the details before the wedding day. Thanks to that, there were fewer mistakes that could happen the day of. I was so happy that I was able to eat and enjoy my own wedding.
They took care of EVERYTHING the day of the wedding. From setting up and directing people, I did not have to lift a finger. Just spent my time getting ready and feeling relaxed on the wedding day. Rachel and Ahna are the sweetest, most reliable people that you could hope to work with. Thank you for being so thoughtful and helpful throughout the process!
If you are searching for a wedding coordinator look no further! Rachel and Ahna are your girls! Words cannot express how truly AMAZING they both are! My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day! Rachel and Ahna took care of everything! They made our wedding so beautiful and so perfect! They were so helpful throughout the entire preparation process and on the day of our wedding. They truly delivered! They both were responsive and quick to answer any questions and/or concerns that we had. They are extremely knowledgeable, and just when we thought we had it all together they came up with other considerations we had never considered. They are also extremely detail-oriented, items that we didn’t think to have or forgot they provided from their inventory. Which I strongly recommend taking advantage of. Our wedding ran so smoothly and so effortlessly because of them two. I just can’t thank them enough for their awesome services and for them both going above and beyond.
Oh my gosh, where do I begin with this review? It's hard to narrow down everything I want to say! At the beginning of this wedding planning process, our venue required a day of coordinator, and I didn't think we needed one; I thought that was just a waste of money, but Rachel (and Ahna) turned out to be the absolute BEST money we spent throughout the whole wedding process. Hiring them was the best wedding decision we made! As a COVID wedding that had to be postponed multiple times and ended up being a 3 year process, Rachel and Ahna did 3 years worth of exceptional work...when we only hired them as a day of coordinator! We are still mindblown by the amount of work they did for the cost. Rachel took so much off my plate and took on so many of the little details that would have added up to be stressful for us to complete. They are unreal!
We had many meetings (in person and virtual) with them, and from the get go, they were super knowledgeable and on top of every little detail that I would NEVER even consider. They were professional but also laid back and friendly, and also very accommodating. They were personable, not intimidating, relatable, and down to earth. They were extremely quick to reply and did so happily. They have close relationships with The Farmhouse and with so many of the other vendors we used, which made the process so seamless and easy; they definitely know their stuff! They went above and beyond in so many ways, both big and small. They listened to us, gave their expertise and insight, but ultimately would take my ideas that probably weren't the best and went all in with them by saying "let's do it". I never once felt pressured to go with their ideas over our own. When we had one slight communication issue, Rachel was understanding, respectful, and honest- and we were able to immediately move on from that. I have no idea how they keep all this info. straight! Even if we went awhile without talking (only due to the lengthy COVID wedding process), Rachel and Ahna still remembered every single detail. I never felt like I had to remind them or play catch up.
Rachel's inventory of wedding decor is impressive. There were so many options that gave us the exact style that we were envisioning- all for an absolute steal of a cost! Not to mention that it made the decorating process a million times easier and less stressful.
By the end of this process, they feel like our friends and I will miss the communication with them! My mom burst into tears (which is so not her personality!) when she met Rachel on the day of the wedding- simply because she was so grateful for all Rachel and Ahna had done to help us throughout this crazy long process! My dad is still raving about them and wishing we could have paid them more. At the wedding, I went up to Rachel a few times to chat about how things were going- not because it was necessary but because I wanted to and she felt like just another friend or guest that was there. When something at the reception went wrong (that was 100% unrelated to Rachel and Ahna and was completely out of our control), Rachel let me vent and even told me "Let me take your anger for you" as she completely dealt with the issue so we didn't have to.
Simply put, I can not think of one more vendor or service that was more pivotal and important for our wedding day and/or wedding process. From beginning to end, they made our wedding the absolute best it could be, and we are forever grateful!
I truly cannot say enough good things about Rachel and Ahna. They are worth every single penny and more. Rachel was so responsive to anything we needed. Any time we contacted her she responded that same day. Rachel has so much knowledge about the industry and it made wedding planning so much easier. She put us in contact with an incredible vendor team to make my vision come to life. The day of the wedding everything went soooo smoothly, I was shocked at how much I was able to relax and not think about anything. Rachel handled everything and remembered every detail we had talked about throughout the planning process. She never missed a beat and made the whole experience incredible. It has taken me awhile to write this review, because I knew it needed to be perfect just to capture Rachel and Ahna and how well they work.
I chose the month (day) of coordination services and I absolutely loved working with Rachel and Ahna. These ladies have an eye for every single detail; down to the most minor details that I didn't even think of, they thought about it. From vendor recommendations to the floor plan, they helped my vision of an Up themed wedding come to life without looking like a child's party, but a fun, beautiful, and whimsical wedding.
My husband and I thought we would be stressing out the day of the wedding trying to get everything covered, but we were so wrong. Rachel and Ahna had EVERYTHING under control! They worked with our vendors to make sure everything ran as smooth as possible. Everything was so organized and perfect that my husband and I actually were able to dance all night, sneak away to have alone time, and soak every single moment in. By the end of the night, everyone knew, if there was something they had a question about, to go to Rachel and Ahna.
I was actually sad at the end of the night, because I knew that our meetings would be over and that I wouldn't be able to spend as much time with these two anymore. Throughout this process, we got to know one another, laugh, and make great memories. They helped me plan a wedding through a pandemic and a crazy winter storm. Anything I was stressed out about or freaking out about, they listened and reassured me with a plan on why things would go great. These two are so awesome and if I renew my vows with my husband one day, these two will be my only option.
Rachel May is an absolute dream maker! She was so easy and fun to work with and I could not imagine this journey without her and Ahna! They took my dreams and made them a reality! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone 🥰🥰

These ladies are amazing. We worked with Ahna, she was incredible. She was so much help and she thought about the things that we would of never thought about! Not only was she helpful she was very sweet, funny, and a unique person, she was seriously someone you want to help you on your wedding day! We were quite nervous about what to do and what to expect for our wedding day before we hired Rachel. From the moment we met her, we felt much more at ease. Rachel gave us the feeling that everything would be taken care of and would be perfect. Certainly, we had difficulty given we had planned the wedding pre-COVID and rescheduling the wedding was quite a task. Time and time again Rachel came through for us. On our wedding day, Rachel demonstrated considerable problem solving skills to handle issues and coordinate the entire day. It was the perfect day that we will always remember and it would not have been possible without her. Here are a few key points about hiring Rachel:

One of the best things you can do for your wedding is to hire a wedding planner. An even better thing to do is to hire Rachel to be your wedding planner. She is organized, professional, and always responsive. From our first meeting she put the two of us at ease and walked us through the process.
One of the things that make her standout is her wedding inventory, Many planners we talked to either 1) don’t have their own inventory of wedding decor or 2) have a very small and insignificant amount of decor you would actually want. Do yourself a favor and look at her inventory. You will most likely find almost everything you need at a very, very reasonable price!
Rachel made the planning of the wedding so effortless and smooth. We completely and unequivocally recommend her!

Rachel is by far the most helpful and kind person I have ever met. I honestly don't think I could have planned a wedding in the middle of a pandemic without her. She genuinely cares about the things we want for our wedding and takes her job seriously. With a laid back personality, she helps calm me down when I start letting the stress overwhelm me and she has so many great recommendations, resources, and vendors. Also, her inventory is awesome! I would highly recommend Rachel May to anyone getting married. No matter how big or small the wedding, she will bring your vision to life!
We hired Rachel May Weddings for day of coordinator but Rachel and Ahna were SO helpful all the way through with helping me review contracts, creating my timeline, other vendor recommendations (who were all amazing) and supporting me with any other question during the planning process. Ahna was my main coordinator and she was always just a quick text away and so sweet and helpful. Honestly, my best investment for our wedding!
I hired Rachel for day of coordinator. COVID came a few months after hiring her. She stepped in and helped me with everything I needed help with. Our wedding went from 150 guests to 23 guests due to COVID, and she helped make it be the most memorable day despite the reduced guest count. I couldn't of asked for a better planner!

Rachel and Ahna are truly amazing! My husband and I were their first wedding back after Covid caused so many reschedules. I'm sure things were absolutely crazy for them, but the were so attentive and on top of everything for our wedding! They are so professional, kind, organized, and talented at what they do. I couldn't recommend these two more! The both truly went above and beyond what was expected and helped create such a beautiful and special night for us!

All I can Say about Rachel is she is an AMAZING MERICAL WORKER! She works so hard to make sure your wedding is what you dream it would be at the budget you can afford! I saved more money working with her than if I had done my wedding myself! And I am the queen of sales and deals! She was my voice to all venders when I felt uncomfortable or felt that I was being taken advantage of. She made sure I was treated right! She was able to handle any hurdle I throw at her. She was able to convince my ultra-stubborn mom, who was “ Wedding planners are a waste of money, and I can do everything she does for free “ Mode to; to waving the Rachel flag in 10 MINTES! She was able to bring my Nerdy wedding theme to life! How many wedding planners watch the LOTR trilogy to make sure she understands my theme?? I am a full-time health care worker and she was able to work around and have meeting around my crazy schedule! Best investment I did during my whole wedding!
Rachel and Ahna coordinated our wedding in January. The whole process from start to finish was amazing. Rachel responded very efficiently during the planning process and was very helpful with any questions that I had. Day of the wedding Rachel and Ahna were AMAZING, they were on top of everything and they were there if I needed anything. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else as our wedding coordinators. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Rachel was recommended to me from a friend who also used her and she was AMAZING!! Working with Rachel was such a blessing to our wedding weekend, everything went so smooth because of her help. She referred me to several of the vendors I used as well and her communication is impeccable! Rachel went above and beyond her list of services as my month of coordinator! She was worth every penny and then some! She was extremely responsive, even to my dumb questions and multiple daily emails. She made sure everything went according to plan the day of and even saved the day with some quick thinking after my bridal bouquet was stolen just before the ceremony!
