Rachel Pearlman Photography

as crucial to our entire wedding process. As someone who is not naturally comfortable in the limelight, Rachel immediately put me at ease posing for pictures and getting me to relax. I am so grateful we got to know her for an engagement session prior to our wedding weekend. Rachel's photos are simply stunning. She has a knack for capturing candid moments with gorgeous framing elements, highlighting the scenery. The photos are beautifully edited and were delivered extremely quickly! Not only is her work stellar, but her team was a pleasure to be around during the wedding day. Our whole bridal party was obsessed with Rachel and her team and were begging them to stay later just to hang out. They put the entire bridal party at ease throughout the day and captured amazing shots without rushing anyone around. I truly could not recommend someone more wholeheartedly!! We are forever in debt to Rachel for capturing our most special moments in a way we can cherish forever!

y husband and I feel SO comfortable on our wedding day/rehearsal dinner. She is a true artist—every photo brought us back to how we felt in that moment. Her vision, creative spirit, and those edits are to DIE for. Not only do we love Rachel’s work, but we seriously love her. We feel so lucky to have her as our wedding photographer and now a friend. The biggest hug goes out to Rachel and her team. Truly can’t thank her enough!!

mfortable. You can clearly tell that she loves what she does. The pictures from our wedding are beyond what we ever imagined. We have received so many compliments saying that they should be in a magazine! We were lucky enough to have Rachel at our rehearsal dinner & wedding day (along with Dan Doran who is also extremely talented). Not only is she talented, but she is super accommodating. She traveled for our wedding, traveled into NYC for our engagement shoot, & stayed longer than expected at our rehearsal dinner. She is a beautiful person inside and out & we are so excited to have her as our family's photographer for all of life's moments in the future!!!!!

and how she captured me and my husband so naturally. What sets Rachel apart from other photographers is her passion and dedication to her craft. She genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to ensure they are thrilled with the wedding photographs. Rachel is a true artist and I am so grateful to have had her document our wedding day and in my life. It was truly a dream come true.

She was nice, engaging and incredibly fun and professional to work with, we will gladly work with Rachel any chance we get!

truly are so happy. We will not only have the pictures for the rest of our lives but the fun memories of Rachel and her humor too. Also a special shout-out to Dan, he was just as great and we can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!!!

evel of her own. From the minute we booked her she was professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. She was so much fun to have with us on the wedding day and gave great instruction to get the best shots. We got our entire edited album less than a month after our wedding and are having an impossible time choosing which ones to print because they are all so incredible. We truly cannot recommend her enough!

r made my husband and I feel like we had been friends with her for years. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives. Hiring her was the best decision of our wedding planning hands down.

m the day are stunning and we will cherish them forever. We cant wait to have Rachel shoot all of life’s big moments for us ❤️❤️❤️

en happier with our experience working with Rachel for both our engagement shoot & our wedding. Rachel made the experience feel relaxed and low stress. Even more, we were thrilled with how our wedding photos came out. We would recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a talented wedding photographer!

n in Joshua Tree National Park. She helped me with things outside of just the photos including timeline for my wedding and help with finding other vendors such as my hair vendor. Now let’s talk about the photos—oh my gosh the photos are absolutely stunning! I couldn't be happier with them and working with her!! I truly feel like a gained a friend through the whole process. Hire her!!!

s a breath of fresh air - absolutely hilarious, with a stunning vision and aesthetic and just a fantastic person and friend who can't imagine NOT having photograph every future milestone in our life. My husband and I thought we hated taking pictures, but Rachel made us feel so at ease and relaxed with her down to earth persona. She also had a fantastic vibe with our videographer which I think made a huge difference on the wedding day (despite neither of them ever shooting at our venue, or working together, they collaborated on photos/video and one of our favorite memories from our wedding was riding out to the long driveway of our venue drinking with them and taking photos - truly!). I think overall the best thing Rachel does is truly get to know the couples she works with and build that relationship that puts people at ease. She cares so much about what she does and the couples she works with and you can see that from the moment you book with her all the way through putting your wedding photo album together.

she operates and makes her couples feel truly special on their big day. She made everything easy, both leading up to and during our wedding, and it felt like such a luxury to know we did not have to worry in any way about the photography. We highly recommend her to any and every couple who is looking to get married or photograph any other special moments. Hiring Rachel was the best decision we made, and we cannot thank her enough!

e was easy to communicate with throughout planning and made great suggestions to help our day flow exactly as we wanted. She checked in throughout the night making sure we got all the shots we wanted and definitely would have forgotten about. Even after the sneak peek pictures I knew I’d be obsessing over every single photo forever. Her style is absolute perfection. My only regret is not hiring her for longer! My sister recently hired Rachel for her wedding and I will absolutely be recommending her to literally everyone I know!

ore my husband and I were a little nervous for the first shoot. Rachel made us feel so comfortable and there was never a moment awkwardness during our shooting sessions. My husband and I were lucky enough to have Rachel and her team shoot our engagement, mini-mony and our 2021 wedding celebration. We are looking forward to having Rachel Pealrman Photography shoot our 2021 Christmas photos along with capturing other special moments in our lives as our family grows. We highly recommend Pearlman Photography for any of your photography needs!

for our date and it was the BEST thing to ever happen. She took the time to speak with me and understand what we wanted out of our wedding photos and she went above and beyond. She captured the most amazing moments where I say to myself, "I didnt even know she was standing there to capture that!" Your wedding day goes by in a blink of an eye and her photos really let us relive the day again and again. I am so happy we have them to remeber the day for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Rachel and team!

also was sure to get photos of ALL family members. I received my edited photos so quickly, and could not be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

them and felt very comfortable on the day of the wedding. Rachel did an engagement session and the wedding day and was very flexible. When I asked to include our dogs and two locations for the engagement shoot, she was all for it. Also on the wedding, my granny couldn’t make it to the wedding last minute so we adjusted our schedule and off we went to the nursing home on the way to the wedding venue. My granny has since passed away but I will always have these special photos where she could be a part of my wedding. I couldn’t recommend Rachel more! She is wonderful, very professional and the end product is superb!

e to talk whenever I needed her. Her pictures are absolutely stunning and she captured my wedding perfectly. 100% recommend her, you will not be disappointed!!

free. She was so accommodating when it came to the pictures we wanted, but she also has an amazing eye and knows exactly what will look good in photos. She gave us great direction and picked beautiful places to take pictures at our ceremony and reception locations. My husband and I are so happy we picked Rachel as our photographer. I would recommend her to anyone! She’s truly amazing at what she does and so easy to work with!

agement shoot and at our wedding. We love our photos, they capture us and the day perfectly. She is very easy going and makes it a fun experience. She was always on time and went above and beyond. Definitely book her for your wedding!

t only are they incredibly talented with a wonderful eye for light and beauty, they're people you want to hang out with on one of the most important days of your life! (That is, I think, an underrated but critical photographer attribute.) They added to our joy just by being themselves. Rachel was also so helpful with managing the day, from family photos to sparkler exit and everything in between. And what's more, our pictures were just so beautiful! They're everything we could have ever wanted to remember our wedding.

n our wedding day. The booking process was seamless and included an engagement session which helps you feel more at ease behind the camera before your big day. We had super windy days for both our engagement session and wedding day but Rachel was able to work with the weather and deliver some breathtaking shots. Her professionalism, talent and great personality make her a dream to work with! I highly recommend Rachel to anyone on the search for a wedding photographer!!

eye for creating the most beautiful photos and is able to capture and create pictures in a way that makes them look almost better than the real thing! Throughout our entire wedding process, Rachel felt like more than just our photographer, but also a friend, and because of that was able to learn our personalities to capture truly authentic photos with raw emotion for our wedding day. Rachel not only helped to keep us calm, but made the whole process enjoyable and fun! Every single photo in our wedding album has blown me away with its beauty. Her skills are unmatched by any! If you want to have the most beautiful wedding photos that allow you to relive your special day over and over again, then Rachel is the one! We cannot thank her enough for everything!

ng which is a huge plus. We definitely felt like she was the perfect photographer for us. We felt so relaxed with her and also had so much fun at the same time (especially at our wedding). Her photos BLOW me away - we actually just received some sneak peek photos from our wedding yesterday already and I wanted to cry!! I just couldn't wait to write a review for her because she deserves all of the amazing feedback. You will not regret booking Rachel!

er to be our photographer. We both felt as though we had known her all our lives. She made our engagement shoot SO fun - especially coming from two people who had never gotten their pictures professionally taken. I knew we would be in good hands come our wedding day. From that moment until our wedding day, Rachel checked in and was there if I needed any help - from wedding ideas, vendor recommendations and overall support. Not only was Rachel my photographer, but I felt as though she was someone I could trust throughout our whole wedding day - like a good friend who was also my day-of coordinator. I felt so comfortable and at ease all day and night knowing that she was there making sure every second of my day was perfect. My husband and I have gotten nothing but compliments about our engagement/wedding photos as well as Rachel herself. I will be forever recommending her to anyone I know in need of a wedding photographer!!

wanted to work with Rachel after seeing so much of her work. She met with us multiple times to discuss scheduling and logistics as well as our vision for the day. The day of was a marathon and Rachel was tireless - she made the entire process so enjoyable and was able to also calm my anxious nerves. She is so much more than just a photographer! She has ridiculous attention to detail and really took the time to understand what we wanted. I'm going to be coming up with excuses to work with Rachel for years to come.

mention her pictures are AMAZING. I absolutely LOVE how light and bright they are and she is just able to take a moment and make it absolutely breath taking with a picture! As people look at my pictures they say "wow. One picture is better than the next" which couldn't be more true. I have a new favorite every time I look through them (which is a lot!). Rachel was excellent at directing everyone around the day of our wedding and always said "trust me" when she came up with an idea for a picture and it ALWAYS turned out fabulous. I'm so thankful we had her as our photographer and I highly recommend her to EVERYONE :) !!!!

est part aside from the GORGEOUS pictures. Her work is breathtaking and it's always fun to shoot with her. Our photos are beautiful and full of light and I love looking at them all!

see the beautiful photos of my best friends special day. When I got engaged a year later I knew I wanted Rachel to shoot our wedding. Rachel was super professional throughout the whole process but also extremely personable, putting me and everyone in my bridal party at ease. My husband and I planned our wedding from Seattle so we did not get to meet with the Rachel prior to the event. Rachel set up time to have a call with us and get to know us better. When we showed up in NY for our wedding Rachel photographed us like she had known us for years! We love her photo journalistic style and ability to truly capture each moment. Rachel helped us work through our timeline leading up to the day so that I could coordinate my hair and make up and kept us on track throughout the day. We received our full edited album just over a month after our wedding which was much faster than I expected. The pictures were beautiful and allowed my husband and i to re-live the day. We highly recommend booking Rachel for your next event!

guests were all also singing her praises the day of wedding and days after! It's apparent once you are in her presence that she knows exactly what she is doing, she's working hard, and does it in such a professional way! From the first chat on the phone, I instantly felt Rachel's warmth and friendliness. She became a friend as she sent emails of inspiration, shared tips, sent excitement trinkets and responded to any outreach with such attention and promptness. She truly took her time with every question or desire I had and made me feel so important. She traveled to my destination engagement photos and wedding and was up for everything I wanted to do. She's thoughtful- so thoughtful!! Her pictures are a work of art! I still can't get over my engagement photographs. She made the session so enjoyable and fun and produced the most magical pictures! She went above and beyond!!!! Every picture is more beautiful than the next as she is taking in all lighting and other factors at all times- her mind is always working to give you the best picture! I never doubted how hard she works. I never doubted I wouldn't get the best pictures and as a type A perfectionist myself, giving over all control and trust to the photographer I thought was going to be very difficult. But once I met and spoke to Rachel, saw engagement photos, got them back so quickly, exoerienced how she works-- knowing her presence would be with on me on my wedding day started to provide me with such comfort and excitement and proves only to be true the day of! It's exactly what a bride needs- a bride needs Rachel Pearlman by her side not only as the very important photographer but she will become your friend and one of your saving graces on your big day! She's truly the best and I feel so blessed to have had her on my team!!

e more of our friend than our photographer. Even the day of Rachel had a relaxed, easy going vibe that made it was to relax when I was running late! Hiring Rachel was easily the best decision we made for our entire wedding. I would hire her again in a heart beat, you cannot go wrong!!

he photographer is really good or if those are just really good looking people? Neither my friend, her husband, me, or my husband are model material, but we ALL look even better in our wedding photos than we do in real life!! Rachel is truly amazing and in her photos you will 100% look the best you've ever seen yourself look!! Someone told me that you should think of your wedding photos as a piece of furniture that you (and your parents) will have in your house for the rest of your life--you want the photos to be perfect!!! Hire Rachel! You won't regret it!

Her style and attention to detail is amazing! We were a great fit! She was always responsive, no matter what the question. She had great suggestions for photo locations and styling ideas! I could not have imagined having anyone else with us on our wedding day!! She is truly so talented!

vice, and very talented. She followed through with all of her duties as a photographer, plus more! She truly listened to all of our requests and offered her own unique ideas as well! She made everything so effortless for us. I spent almost 2 months picking out which wedding pictures I wanted her to put in our album because all of them were just stunning. I am just waiting for another reason to use her......maybe a baby shoot!!! ; )

ers, I came across Rachel's beautiful work, and knew the moment that we had our first conversation that she was meant to spend our wedding day with us. She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process - from choosing locations and visions for our photos, creating a timeline, to helping me decide on the perfect details for our wedding day. She is so artistic and creative, and captured every moment that we could have asked for in a unique and beautiful way. I was so eager to receive our photos after our wedding, and she made sure that we received them in a very timely manner. Each picture was more incredible than the last. I had been dreaming of my wedding day and my photos for longer than I can remember, and I couldn't imagine them being captured more perfectly. The photos are full of life and emotion, and every time I look at them I am taken back to that day. My husband and I, our families, and bridal party could not have asked for a better experience, full of love and laughter, and I feel so lucky to have gained a friend throughout the whole process! I cannot recommend Rachel Pearlman more highly to any bride-to-be!!

stunning! She captured our special day perfectly and we could not be happier. Rachel is not only an amazing photographer, but a genuine friend and sweetheart. Beautiful work! Absolutely recommend for all brides-to-be.

ade the anxiety of the day decrease. She is SO talented! The photos should be in magazines (and I am not just saying that because they are my wedding). So many people have told us how beautiful they are. We couldn't have asked for better service. The pictures make the memories of the day come right back.

reception. She made sure we got all the pictures we requested that day and even took amazing pictures after a huge storm. I would highly recommend her as a wedding photographer!

el and have worked together over this past year and a half with our engagement shoot to our wedding. From the moment we first spoke on the phone I had this overall sense of relief and knew she totally saw my vision and "got it". As a blogger I am very particular about photos and the way I want everything to look and Rachel just blew all expectations away! The time, details, research, energy and so much more she poured into our wedding was more then my husband and I could have ever of asked for and her turnaround time for photos was very quick. My husband who has never been the biggest fan of being in-front of the camera was instantly put at ease and so comfortable after our engagement shoot and working with Rachel. We all laughed, joked and chatted like we have known each other for years. At our wedding, his groomsmen continued to say "Rachel is awesome" over and over again. Writing this review is a bit bittersweet because our wedding is now behind us and there is no upcoming event for us to have Rachel photograph, but I am hoping to convince her to shoot every event/family moment we have in the future! She is a beautiful person inside and out and such a calming force on the actual wedding day :)

ed and I cant wait to receive my final products.

ing! Now, after receiving our wedding photos, we can't even put into words how amazing our entire experience was working with Rachel. She was so easy to work with and helped us so much with planning our picture locations and our timeline for the whole day. We received over 650 pictures from our wedding and there isn't a single one that we didn't love. We truly loved our experience of working with Rachel and would recommend her to anyone we know!

e I am of Rachel for shooting the most special day in our lives. From the first time I met Rachel my fiance joked that he felt like he was watching Rachel and I on our first date because we immediately hit it off. She is exceptionally talented, excited about her work and professional. What truly impressed me when I first met with Rachel was that in additional to her photography services she had recently planned her own wedding and could truly relate to what it feels like to be a bride. She provided me with great advice throughout the process and gave my great vendor recommendations. I felt so comfortable with her discussing the wedding planning that when it came time to take our save the date photos it was such a fun day and not uncomfortable at all. Rachel was able to capture amazing shots because my fiance and I were both so natural in front of her because she truly became a friend. As the big day approached Rachel was available for any questions or last minute concerns. She sat with me and helped to make a realistic schedule/timeline of the day to capture all of the memories I had dreamed about. Her due diligence prior to the wedding day gave me such relief and really allowed me to enjoy the day and not worry about all the details. I trusted her throughout the process and knew the photos would be stunning. Rachel's work is gorgeous. She is able to capture all the small details of the day that you put so much effort into planning and Rachel appreciates all those small details as well. Rachel had pictures for me the very next day and all of the photos within a few weeks. Her work is absolutely stunning and I would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. I cannot wait to share in future milestones with Rachel as my family's photographer and friend! She became my photographer soulmate. You will not regret choosing Rachel as your photographer, that I promise.

we were very taken by stunning photos she had taken for previous weddings at our location as well as at other coastal locations. We loved how Rachel is able to use the beach setting to add a heightened sense of romanticism and naturalness to the photos. She was professional from the beginning, and took the time to go over our schedule and share some advice with us, especially with regard to how to pull off some really cool sparkler photos at the end of our reception. I really loved that she was interested in having things go smoothly and planning ahead, not just for photos but for the whole experience. Rachel's relaxed vibe and generous, friendly personality made my husband and I feel very comfortable. We got a sneak peek of our photos within a week or so of our wedding, which was really fun! We loved our photos on the beach and near the water, but also her up-close portraits and the fun moments she and her second photographer captured at our reception of our guests dancing and having a good time. Our beautiful photos made the decision of having Rachel design our album a very easy one -- my mom ended up deciding to get one as well and Rachel was very flexible in allowing us to tweak the albums for our different needs. The album is high-quality and very beautiful. We feel very lucky to have such amazing photos to remember our wedding day.
