She sent us albums from our venue so we knew what our photos would look like. Also, her second and assistant were very professional and helpful on the day of. Rachel took the time to learn all of our family and wedding party's names so that she could direct while working, and made the process of taking photos quick and efficient for the larger groups. She comes prepared with poses for you and scopes out areas with good lighting and a beautiful backdrop. She also finished our gallery early, which we were over the moon about. My one tiny piece of feedback for her was to let couples know ahead of time that the guest link to the image gallery will not allow downloads, that only bride & groom can download - not a huge thing. Also, make sure you email her when she puts your sneak peaks on instagram! She will email you the images so you don't have to screenshot on Instagram. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Rachel!

One of our biggest concerns was how do go about capturing our longer day with multiple ceremonies as we had a Catholic church and Jewish ceremony. Rachel was so kind to jump on a call with us to go through the details of both ceremonies and provide her professional advice on how to transition smoothly into family photos afterwards. This preplanning of the order of photos not only brought ease to Sam and me but also provided a more enjoyable day to each side of our family. We utilize our time most efficiently which was amazing as the day goes by so quickly. One of our other concerns was that Sam hates taking photos. I knew it was going to be a long day for him as we wanted to capture this day. Rachel always took that in consideration and made sure he was comfortable and having fun throughout the process. At the end of the day, he said the photo taking experience wasn’t bad at all. So special thanks for Rachel for doing that for us! Rachel also had an assistant and second photographer that helped her the day off. Her assistant made sure we got all the desired shots we requested beforehand. I am happy to report we got them all! None of these were missed and I am so grateful. Her second photographer was also so kind and delightful! At one point in our sunset shots, she took a bobby pin out of her own hair to give me so that my veil would stay in place. I was so AMAZED at the level of service her team provided. Rachel is so timely with getting photos back to you. She surprised us with our gallery a few weeks earlier than was expected. I was so happy to see these and relive the day! Sam would tell you that there is not one bad photo. Rachel and her team did an incredible job in capturing photos all our guests too. We were able to share these with our family and friends which they very much appreciated. Rachel made our day stress free with her planning and execution.
