When we first booked Rachel we were set for December but due to some unfortunate health issues we had to reschedule and Rachel was so amazing she was there every step of the way and made us feel like everything was going to be OK. On the day of our wedding we felt like Rockstars. Rachel is your number one hype man and she makes everything so fun. We got our photos back and they are more than I could have ever expected. I look at them and it's like I'm right back there. She is so talented and if you choose her to be your photographer you won't be disappointed.

We told her the night before our wedding that our first look spot wasn't what we had hoped for so the morning of our wedding, she went out to scout the perfect location! fell in love with her rustic, bold, and intimate style. Fast forward a couple years, my fiancé and I got engaged and I knew right away we had to work with Rachel for our engagement photos. Leading into the engagement shoot, Rachel was so attentive and so informative. Rachel knew it was important for us to have our dog be a part of the photos so she took the time to suggest some dog-friendly places with the most GORGEOUS scenery. To say that the engagement shoot was fun would be the understatement of the century. My fiancé and I are very introverted so we were nervous about the shoot, how to pose, how to act, what to do with our hands, etc. Looking back, we were truly worried for no reason. Rachel has such a fun and calming presence and she really brought out the best in all of us (my fiancé, our dog, and myself). And it truly shows in all of the pictures. And I'm not talking about just ours, but you can tell that she brings out the absolute best in everyone she has worked with - I think that's what drew me to her in the very beginning, but I wasn't able to put it in the right words until I had the experience of working with her myself. While she is based out of Colorado, Rachel is more than willing to travel. So if you're out-of-state, do not worry! We're getting married in Chicago and just hired her as our wedding photographer! There is truly no one else we trust more than Rachel to be with us and capture our love for each other on the biggest day of our lives.

There are special moments in life, especially on a wedding day, that are so random and sporadic, that they are seemingly impossible to capture, but somehow, Rachel is able to capture every single one. My husband likes to call Rachel the “Camera Ninja” because anytime friends or family would pull us aside or we would want a photo together, Rachel would pop up, almost out of nowhere, ready to take photos. If you are looking for a photographer, I would tell you to look no further, because Rachel is, hands down, the best photographer you can consider. Rachel produced the most beautiful photos, better than anyone could have expected. While her work speaks for itself, working with Rachel is unforgettable. We didn’t know what to expect from our day, but Rachel is flexible and patient and able to handle any situation with ease. There were some stressful moments during our wedding day (try taking a group photo with 25+ people and kids), yet, Rachel’s bubbly personality has a way of making everything seem perfect. We’ve also had other photographers who just capture 2 or 3 different poses and called it quits. Rachel did not do that!! She drove us to different spots at Red Rocks and had us do a lot of different things. We even sang Fergie!! We are so happy that we chose Rachel for our pictures and are definitely going to ask her to work with us in the future!

Instagram I could not help but fall in love with the way she captures the raw emotion in every couple she photographs. I knew when it was my special time to get engaged I wanted her and only her to take our photos, and lord did she bless me with raw, compassionate, and authentic photos that I will forever be grateful for. On wedding day, when time was flying by, she made the best use of the right moments to capture the most incredible photos of the day. She checked in with me consistently about making sure I had got the photos I wanted and if I needed ANYTHING and she really meant anything... when the rain started pouring 10 minutes before our ceremony was set to begin and we made the call to move everything inside she was quick to (first ask if it was okay) put her camera down and help reset the entire ceremony space. The following day by lunchtime (after a 4 hour early morning drive back to her home) she already had about 30 of the most beautiful photos for me to see and post. The compliments on photos have been pouring in. My wedding and memories wouldn’t have been nearly as special without her.❤️
