Hands down, she was the BEST investment we have ever made. There are so many things you spend money on for one day, but these photos are something we get to keep forever, and havin...
g someone we genuinely loved being around there to capture them made it even more worth it.
We loved having Rachel at our wedding. She wasn’t just our photographer, she really became part of our day and celebrated our love with us.
We knew from the beginning that her style was exactly what we were looking for, but what really sealed it for us was her energy. She was the first thing we booked once our venue and location were secure.
Neither of us knew how to pose, and we were worried we might feel awkward in front of the camera but that never happened. Rachel made everything feel easy and natural. We never felt like we were just standing there for a photo. She let us be ourselves, laugh, have fun, and enjoy our day. Somehow, she captured it all perfectly. When we look back at the photos, we can visualize our love for each other, and that means more to us than I can say.
We can’t say enough about her energy on our wedding day. Our family and friends gave us so many compliments about her, even before seeing any photos. People kept telling us how much they loved her personality, her vibe, how fun she was, and how comfortable she made everyone feel.
AND THEN WE GOT THE PHOTOS!!!
We, and everyone we know, have been completely obsessed ever since. More than a month later, we are still getting compliments on them all the time. They are beautiful, unique, emotional, fun, and somehow feel exactly like us. Nothing feels generic or overly posed. Every photo feels like a real moment from one of the best days of our lives. We just keep reliving it over and over again.
We absolutely love Rachel, both as our photographer and as a person. Her talent is incredible, but the way she makes people feel is just as special. She brought so much joy and positive energy to our wedding day, and we are forever grateful that she was the one who captured it.
We would choose her again a thousand times over. ❤️

incredible photography skills, Rachel is an authentic, kind, and beautiful person inside and out. I’m SO excited to work with her again for future events. I would recommend her without hesitation, again and again!
I don’t have the proper words for Rachel, nothing I say could portray (1) how amazing she is as a person, and (2) her talent. Both my partner and I felt totally comfortable, as if ...
we were just hanging with a friend we’ve known for years. The Polaroids she took have become one of my most treasured belongings and the gallery is overflowing with pictures I thought I could only dream of. 10/10 would recommend and 10/10 will be booking with her again.

munication, and makes the experience so fun! Most recently, she was our wedding photographer. She captured all the photos we requested, last minute ideas, and had the absolute BEST time at the reception. She went above and beyond to capture our special day. She has an incredible talent of not only taking beautiful photos but telling stories with her photos. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and had fun doing it! We adore Rachel and will use her for photos for years to come!

ue professional who knows how to create photos that stand out look no further. These are not cookie-cutter pics and Rachel is not a cookie-cutter photographer. She's fun and inventive and really works to understand the aesthetic you're looking for and can deliver on a wide range of styles from more traditional to more editorial. Rachel is a joy to work with, prompt and professional, with all the tech to make billing and viewing photos a breeze. I can't tell you how many guests mentioned to me how impressed they were with Rachel and her team and we've been blown away by the pictures we received (early by the way). I would recommend Rachel for any photography project where you're looking for an elevated experience!
I have been following Rachel's work for years. When I first got engaged, I immediately knew she would be my photographer. She has done everything from our engagement photos and now...
wedding photos and hopefully family photos in the future. We could not be happier with the way that they turned out. She is not only a photographer but an artist. Her photos are like a work of art and her passion shines through them. She makes everyone in the room feel at ease when she is around and that means a lot when you have a husband who hates taking pictures. If you are looking for a photographer who is passionate, kind, hilarious, and wildly talented, Rachel is your girl. We cannot wait to continue not only our photos with Rachel but our friendship as well.
I am a wedding planner and worked with Rachel on a styled editorial and she is an absolutely unbelievable human being. Not only is she an exceptionally talented visual artist, but...
my god is she kind, generous and downright amazing to be around. She bought each vendor a little thank you present, had the highest energy throughout the day, was encouraging and supportive to all, and her sneak peek gallery was delivered SO FAST. Every photo blew me away - they were all eye catching, perfectly captured and downright stunning. If you are looking for a hype girl, best friend, mega talent and all around fierce business woman, look no further than Rachel Veltri Photography. She is one of the best in the business (and coming from a planner who has worked with A LOT of photographers, this holds a lot of weight.) 1000/10 stars for Rachel, she is an absolute gem.

mera. Rachel has the innate ability to make her clients feel like friends and brings out the best in them. We absolutely loved working with Rachel and adore the gorgeous photos she captured from our unique love story. 10/10 recommend - Rachel will create memories you'll never forget and photos that will become heirlooms.

he most sweet, thoughtful, and caring person. Rachel has a way of making you feel so good and excited about the entire process. When we first booked Rachel we were set for December but due to some unfortunate health issues we had to reschedule and Rachel was so amazing she was there every step of the way and made us feel like everything was going to be OK. On the day of our wedding we felt like Rockstars. Rachel is your number one hype man and she makes everything so fun. We got our photos back and they are more than I could have ever expected. I look at them and it's like I'm right back there. She is so talented and if you choose her to be your photographer you won't be disappointed.
Rachel is amazing. My husband and I had no experience with professional photos prior to our wedding and Rachel made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Our pictures t...
urned out beautifully- honestly there are too many images to choose from that we are in love with. Aside from making you feel at ease, Rachel is dedicated to making sure your wedding day is completely stress-free. We told her the night before our wedding that our first look spot wasn't what we had hoped for so the morning of our wedding, she went out to scout the perfect location! She is confident, kind and a ton of fun to be around. I'm so glad we were lucky enough to nab her for our wedding!
I would like to preface this review by saying 5 stars is not enough to rate how amazing our experience working with Rachel was.
I first found Rachel on Instagram and I completely...
fell in love with her rustic, bold, and intimate style. Fast forward a couple years, my fiancé and I got engaged and I knew right away we had to work with Rachel for our engagement photos.
Leading into the engagement shoot, Rachel was so attentive and so informative. Rachel knew it was important for us to have our dog be a part of the photos so she took the time to suggest some dog-friendly places with the most GORGEOUS scenery.
To say that the engagement shoot was fun would be the understatement of the century. My fiancé and I are very introverted so we were nervous about the shoot, how to pose, how to act, what to do with our hands, etc. Looking back, we were truly worried for no reason.
Rachel has such a fun and calming presence and she really brought out the best in all of us (my fiancé, our dog, and myself). And it truly shows in all of the pictures. And I'm not talking about just ours, but you can tell that she brings out the absolute best in everyone she has worked with - I think that's what drew me to her in the very beginning, but I wasn't able to put it in the right words until I had the experience of working with her myself.
While she is based out of Colorado, Rachel is more than willing to travel. So if you're out-of-state, do not worry! We're getting married in Chicago and just hired her as our wedding photographer!
There is truly no one else we trust more than Rachel to be with us and capture our love for each other on the biggest day of our lives.
Rachel is literally the BEST!! She did both our engagement photos and wedding photos and we are just obsessed with her work. We’ve only gotten a sample of our wedding photos back a...
nd we can already tell that she captured the magic of that day perfectly! Rachel knows how to make anyone feel comfortable in front of the camera and she knows how to make taking pictures so much fun! We love her so much and know for sure that if we have any other big life events that need photos, we will absolutely be asking her to take them for us :)

hose her for how instantly comfortable and understood she made us feel (even over stupid zoom!) Rachel worked with us every single step of the way - COVID stress and all. She completely captured our love story with such perfection - I am still speechless at the final result. Not only does she capture such unique, gorgeous and "small moment" shots, she will make you and your loved ones feel so comfortable and special the entire day. She was like another bridesmaid to me and truly helped me so much - she was my calm in the chaos and I could not be more grateful for all she did for us. I really could go on but you get it, Rachel Veltri is one of a kind and you will thank yourself for hiring her. We love RVP!!!!

might not be in the bridal party, but are still important to capture: grandparents, relatives, and those special people that have made your life meaningful.
She is so relaxed, focus, and gets her job done while adding to the fun of your wedding. I genuinely do not have words for how amazing she is! I will DEFINITELY use Rachel for every important milestone in my life! You can bet I will be going to her for every maternity, family, and lifestyle shoot from here on out!
Rachel photographed my sister's wedding. Not only was her work absolutely amazing, it's like we knew her forever and she was apart of the family. So kind, so fun and professional. ...
Her work is stunning. Truly the best wedding pictures I've had the privilege to be part of and the best I've ever seen.
I have sat down to write this review several times because I’ve had trouble finding the words that will do Rachel justice.
Rachel took our engagement photos, and there was no quest...
ion that she needed to be with us to capture our wedding day, even if that meant flying her thousands of miles to be with us.
Rachel has a way with people and her camera that makes her work product natural, effortless, and unposed. There are special moments in life, especially on a wedding day, that are so random and sporadic, that they are seemingly impossible to capture, but somehow, Rachel is able to capture every single one. My husband likes to call Rachel the “Camera Ninja” because anytime friends or family would pull us aside or we would want a photo together, Rachel would pop up, almost out of nowhere, ready to take photos.
If you are looking for a photographer, I would tell you to look no further, because Rachel is, hands down, the best photographer you can consider. Rachel produced the most beautiful photos, better than anyone could have expected. While her work speaks for itself, working with Rachel is unforgettable. We didn’t know what to expect from our day, but Rachel is flexible and patient and able to handle any situation with ease. There were some stressful moments during our wedding day (try taking a group photo with 25+ people and kids), yet, Rachel’s bubbly personality has a way of making everything seem perfect.
At the beginning of the day, Rachel was more than a Photographer to us, but by the end of the night, Rachel was family.
Rachel, we wouldn’t change a single thing about our wedding day and your presence and energy made our day a thousand times more special! Thank you so so so much! We love you from the bottom of our hearts.

g planning put to waste, but most of our vendors were making things difficult to manage after our cancellation. Rachel Veltri was the ONLY ONE who was compassionate about our situation. We could tell she was not in the wedding business for the money. She genuinely loves what she does, and it goes without saying that her pictures are magnificent!

ral, so you can really feel what’s happening in the pictures. We’ve had other photo sessions with other photographers that made us pose awkwardly and the awkwardness reflected in the photos. We’ve also had other photographers who just capture 2 or 3 different poses and called it quits. Rachel did not do that!! She drove us to different spots at Red Rocks and had us do a lot of different things. We even sang Fergie!! We are so happy that we chose Rachel for our pictures and are definitely going to ask her to work with us in the future!
Seriously, 5 stars can not do this wonderful soul justice. Rachel is genuine, authentic, professional, and her energy is out of this world! When I first started following Rachel on...
Instagram I could not help but fall in love with the way she captures the raw emotion in every couple she photographs. I knew when it was my special time to get engaged I wanted her and only her to take our photos, and lord did she bless me with raw, compassionate, and authentic photos that I will forever be grateful for. I will always remember reaching out to her hoping she would be available to take our engagement photos, and her respond was “ I will always be here for you girl”. I am glad to have been able to have our photos captured by someone who genuinely loves doing what she does. You can definitely tell this is something she loves doing by being able to witness the passion she expresses through her photos, but also through her.

wedding photographer. She is so much fun to be around with a contagious energy that lights up the room! Our wedding came and went and Rachel was there for every important detail. So many of our guests commented on how fun she was to be around and how hard she worked at our wedding. She posted over 30 sneak peek pictures the morning after my wedding and had the rest of our gallery of 1,000+ pictures to us in less than 6 weeks. Rachel created memories for us that we will never forget and I am SO happy we chose her to capture our big day. She is a photographer that has easily turned into a friend and I cannot thank her enough from the bottom of my heart for all she did for us. We love ya, Rach!! xoxo

g the feels. She made the entire process stress free, fun, and simple. On wedding day, when time was flying by, she made the best use of the right moments to capture the most incredible photos of the day. She checked in with me consistently about making sure I had got the photos I wanted and if I needed ANYTHING and she really meant anything... when the rain started pouring 10 minutes before our ceremony was set to begin and we made the call to move everything inside she was quick to (first ask if it was okay) put her camera down and help reset the entire ceremony space. The following day by lunchtime (after a 4 hour early morning drive back to her home) she already had about 30 of the most beautiful photos for me to see and post. The compliments on photos have been pouring in. My wedding and memories wouldn’t have been nearly as special without her.❤️
FOR REAL!
Rachel Veltri is the most passionate, caring, fun and exciting person, and THE VERY BEST at what she does!
Her candidness and ability to connect with you are beyond what...
you could ask for with someone sharing your most memorable day. Rach knows what to do for you and when to do it. She only gives you the very best because she is the very best!
We found Rach when looking for a photographer for our engagement pictures. We loved her fun, laid back, candid style. We met and connected right away, and knew it was a good fit for our pictures. As soon as we saw our gallery, we were beyond stunned with her skills as a photographer. We knew we had to snatch her up immediately for our wedding too!!
Needless to say, our wedding pictures were exactly what we asked for. Moments that we will never get back but get to relive over and over because you can tell exactly how we were feeling at every moment by the amazing photographs she takes.
Rach has been amazing to us from minute one, helping us with our budget and timeline of events. Her turn around on our photos was 4 weeks.
We honestly cannot celebrate this amazing human more than we already do. Rach is one of a kind, the best kind! We are so grateful to her for using her gift on us!
Check out our wedding gallery on her website and see for yourself!!

ortable in front of the camera throughout the day. She pulled out lots of funny tricks to make myself and my husband have fun while taking photos. Our wedding day ended up being pretty rainy but she made the best of the situation and hustled to get our photos done when the rain stopped. She even got great shots during the rain -- and she made sure we had a great time throughout the process. She turned what could have been a negative experience into a perfect day. We would recommend Rachel to anyone!
