Working with Rachel was easily one of the best decisions my husband & I made for our backyard tented reception. I had A LOT of DIY decor, and Rachel tackled it all morning long so I could relax and focus on getting ready with my friends and family. I didn't have to lift a finger for any of the setup, which was really key for me in getting to enjoy the day. There were lots of little hiccups that Rachel took care of flawlessly, from getting our outdoor ceremony setup dried off and ready to go after some morning showers to working seamlessly to keep the night on track timing wise both with us and all of our other vendors. I know she did countless other things that I wasn't even aware of because I was able to enjoy the night with very few interruptions, which would have been impossible without her there. On top of all of this, Rachel is sweet, genuine, kind, responsive, and hard working and was just such a calming presence during a very hectic and fast paced day. If you are on the fence, trust me when I say you and your family/wedding party cannot do it all, and since you NEED help on your wedding day, why not have it be someone as sweet and kind as Rachel?! If you're reading this book her now, because I know she will get snapped up for 2024 and beyond in no time. Thank you, Rachel!!

She has such a sweet demeanor about her the perfect combination of being pleasant but ensuring that everyone stays on task! We were so lucky to work with Rachel for our September 2022 wedding! Rachel was our day-of coordinator and made the day of and day before truly perfect; I could not recommend her services more.
