rtraits we wanted on our big day, and on the day of our wedding, she was timely, efficient, personable, kind, flexible, and empathetic. She was so easy to work with and made our wedding portraits feel very comfortable, and she went with all of our visions and ideas while giving us guidance and structured poses in a way that felt natural when we needed it. We were so blown away by Rachelle’s beautiful photos in our sneak peek, which came with a very quick turnaround time, and we can’t wait to see our final gallery because these photos are everything we dreamed of and more! I couldn’t recommend her highly enough if you’re thinking of hiring her as your photographer for any occasion.

e was available for any and all questions! Nothing was too silly or small. Rachelle did a great job creating a timeline that worked for us and what we wanted out of our day.
On the day of, Rachelle arrived early and set up very fast! She immediately got to work shooting our detail shots, getting ready candids, and photos with my bridesmaids. Josh went to a different location to be with all the guys, so we were able to get so many pictures before the wedding even started!
Our formal wedding photos at the church with our families went sooo smooth and fast! This was really important to us since our grandparents weren't able to stand for very long, so we appreciated the efficiency.
Rachelle took tons of candids of the bridal party on the party bus on the way back to the reception which was so fun and got everyone ready and in the mood to party! She also had such fun prompts to make our candids feel more relaxed and easy. We took our couples portraits so quickly and we got SO MANY!! Rachelle and Josh made us feel so comfortable and at ease.
Lastly, I was expecting maybe 20-30 pics in our sneak peek and we got 120!!!! We had the best time on our honeymoon looking through our photos everyday!!

we had our engagement shoot we both weren't sure what to expect but she made us feel so comfortable and like ourselves in front of the camera. From the first sneak peak of the session I knew we made the best decision by booking with her. Throughout the whole planning process she was so organized and that really helped us manage the stress. I knew I could trust Rachelle and that she would let me know when next steps were needed. On the day of, Rachelle and Josh were SO supportive. From wrangling our huge wedding party and family to checking in on us to make sure we were doing okay- we wouldn't have survived the day without them. Within a few days after the wedding when we got our sneak peak I was so ecstatic because the photos were everything I dreamed of and more! She truly captured the love we shared on our wedding day and I couldn't be happier. Rachelle was truly wonderful throughout the entire experience and I cannot say enough good things about her! Not only is she a wonderful person but she is an incredibly talented photographer. Both parties had a wonderful time hanging out with Rachelle and Joshua all day. Our families and friends had nothing but good things to say about both of them. Rachelle was also super accommodating - she travelled over 3 hours for our wedding and then came to my parents house for an additional Chinese tea ceremony. AND she had a sneak peek gallery of ~80 photos ready 48 hours later!! We couldn’t be more pleased with Rachelle Horning Photography. On top of things, Rachelle puts in the work to stay on top of her craft. She would recommend different poses and prompts that we had never seen and they made beautiful shots!
For delivery, she was able to get a preview of 75 photos out to us within 24 hours! I was astounded and so so pleased, they were beautiful! We were able to share them with our friends and family before we even left for the honeymoon! The whole photo gallery was so stunning and we were just so happy with the results. I cannot recommend Rachelle enough! She captured everything so perfectly for the day. You will not regret hiring her for your big day!!

went above and beyond the day of the wedding. Rachelle and her assistant were phenomenal. They put the whole wedding party at ease. They helped with the dresses and boutonnieres, made sure we were all hydrated, and pretty much helped organize everything as soon as they got there - all the while catching the most beautiful moments on her camera. She really knows how to capture the moment - the laughter, the love, the quiet looks worth a thousand words. She is truly an artist.
