read, complete with the raclette equipment, imported raclette cheese, charcuterie and other fresh accompaniments (including a salad with homemade Dijon vinaigrette), all plated and ready to serve. Two hours later they came to pick everything up and all I was left with to clean were the dinner plates (and lots of wine glasses 😉). It was such a fun, interactive experience and a highlight for our guests who were visiting from out of town. The kids loved it just as much as the adults!
