My husband and I had a micro-ceremony, 3 guests, due to covid restrictions and after having to postpone our wedding twice. The original MUA I'd hired let me know a week before my wedding she wouldn't be able to leave her day job afterall for the wedding day. I contacted Addi here on TheKnot and as lucky stars would have it, she just happened to become available! Brides, look no further. She is amazing. Prior to meeting her on my day, she was easy to communicate with, she understood the look I was aiming for, and made sure to send over her necessary paperwork in a timely fashion. So very professional and efficient! On the day she was on time, more than prepared, and made me feel so comfortable. It was the most humid and hot day I'd experienced in my year of living in Michigan so far, and the room we were getting ready in only had two fans and no AC. Addi was a TROOPER. She came through for my maid of honor and I and created beautiful looks for both of us. I was amazed by how she was able to create a perfect lip color for me (something I've always been uncertain of picking for myself) and highlight the features I love about myself and "help out" the spots every girl has that they may worry about. I loved my look, and even in the ridiculous heat and humidity, sweating in an outdoor wedding - my makeup look was excellent. She really went above and beyond to make sure the makeup met the conditions - not everyone can do that! Thank you Addi for making me "aisle ready"! I ever so appreciate and endorse you endlessly.
