Shortly after I got engaged I realized how much truly goes on behind the scenes of wedding planning. I knew it would be worth it to find a helping hand in the profession. At first, my family was hesitant as to why this service was needed but once I explained to them and as time went on they couldn't have agreed more! I am truly forever thankful for Radiant Events New England and the amazing work they do. From the moment we started working together I felt supported and knew this was going to worth it having in my wedding budget! Working with Caroline was phenomenal. I wholeheartedly recommend her event planning and execution services. As someone with many crazy ideas (e.g cocktail ice luge in the shape of our initials...) and very little direction, Caroline made our vision a reality. You need to hire Radiant Events! They are the best planners a bride could ask for. Caroline and Amber were so organized, professional, and calming. For most, its the first (and only) wedding we plan and having Caroline and Amber on my team was the best decision. They know the ins and outs of the wedding business, have so many connections, and had answers to all my questions. Some venues come with "day of coordinators" but those individuals work for the venue. Caroline and Amber are the dream team all brides need. They had my back and the wedding day, they were a huge source of support, pivoting when things went wrong. Both of our parents agreed Caroline and Amber are the best in the industry! Your wedding day will fly by, there is so much commotion between being pulled for pictures with the photographer or family/friends wanting to say hi. Caroline and Amber were a constant support, letting us know where we needed to be and when. Towards the end of the night when we were dancing the night away, Caroline and Amber took care of packing everything up, getting people on the shuttles, etc. Our day wouldn't have been such a success without them!

Beyond grateful for this incredible duo Caroline and Amber at Radiant Events N.E! I was a 2021 bride that had rescheduled her weeding from the previous year due to the pandemic and was overwhelmed which made me consider to search for a wedding planner. Let me tell you best decision ever and these girls were AMAZING!! With us every step of the way, efficient, available for literally anything at all ! The entire day and event I don't think could've gone as phenomenal as it did without them! Our family, guest and all vendors were beyond happy with them!! Highly recommend them to everyone and you can just enjoy your BIG DAY!

Caroline and Amber are the absolute BEST! We hired them to be our day of coordinators for our intimate back yard wedding in Ipswich MA. I wanted someone to help us run the day so that myself, my mother and mother in law could relax and enjoy the entire day of and the Radiant Events team delivered on that. They helped with everything from set up, delivery, logistics (with having a ceremony off property at the beach) and last minute vendor changes and they were an absolute DREAM to work with through out the entire process. If you are considering hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator, HIRE Radiant Events New England! I cannot thank them enough for bringing our dreams to life for our New Year’s Eve wedding. We had to postpone from 2020 because of COVID and the stress and uncertainty really took a tool on my ability to think about the small details. I am beyond grateful that Caroline never stopped thinking about even the smallest of details for us. Every time she checked in with us she brought creativity and organization. She provided endless new ideas and kept us on track with a detailed timeline of what needed to be done and when. Caroline was super helpful in always knowing what questions to be asking vendors and she managed many of those conversations for us. Caroline also helped us manage details like the seating chart, bringing her industry experience to the conversation. She was never shy to do the dirty work either, like hand dipping party horns in glitter to make the perfect NYE place cards. Radiant Events New England truly exceeded our expectations in the design, execution and overall experience! A couple details we were most grateful for: 1. A BALOON DROP over the dance floor at midnight! Caroline thought of this idea, provided sample photos to our photographer for inspiration, her team blew up hundreds of balloons and worked with the venue to install it. It was the highlight of the party! 2. Design Details: Amber led the day of team in setting up the reception hall after the balloon drop was installed. The tables were magnificent! Every single detail was well thought out and hand crafted. We could not have done this without Radiant Events New England. They will bring your vision to life and truly design and execute an event beyond your wildest dreams. We cannot recommend this team enough!

My husband Luke and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about having Amber and Caroline at our wedding. From the first call, I knew they would be an amazing team to work with. Their positive attitude, creative energy, can-do effort, and time management made them truly a DREAM to work with! When thinking about our wedding we were hoping to have one amazing planner, but we got lucky with TWO. I cannot recommend these ladies enough - from doing rehearsal dinner logistics, running the show and setting up every decoration, sign, and walking through what I wanted - they made our day even more perfect than I could have imagined (I don't mean that in a cheesy way - they are truly INCREDIBLE at execution!) We cannot recommend these ladies enough, and I hope in the future I can work with them again (not for myself, obviously! :) Do yourself a favor and hire these women. They have all the experience, positivity, and vision that you need to make your event incredible. Thank you Amber and Caroline!

We absolutely LOVED working with Radiant Events. We came to Amber and Caroline after having to cancel our wedding twice due to Covid-19. I took a chance and asked if they could replan the wedding of our dreams in 5 months. They certainly did not disappoint!! They found the most perfect venue for our 40 person wedding right in the heart of the mountains. From the venue to the food and down to every little detail these two nailed it for us. Hiring Caroline and Amber of Radiant Events New England was the single best decision I could have made for my wedding day. To say that they made my day absolutely perfect is an understatement. They took my vision for my wedding and created something even better than I could've even imagined. Being a "Covid bride" that had to reschedule my 2020 wedding, creating a new plan was challenging and emotional. We were 90 days out from our original wedding day before we decided to postpone to 2021. Everything we had tirelessly planned had now been changed and my fiancé and I were feeling pretty deflated. Plan A turned into plan B, and then plan B eventually turned into plan C. Our original wedding was at a beautiful local venue and we had come to the difficult decision to cut ties with that plan and move to a more Covid-friendly outdoor wedding at my parents' house. Being a wedding vendor myself in the beauty industry, I am working weddings almost every weekend. I've seen it all and I knew exactly what I wanted and felt confident that we could pull this elaborate backyard wedding off. We hit the ground running planning and thought we could do this all by ourselves. We had the vision and the creativity, but the reality was, we needed help to bring it to life on the big day so we could enjoy ourselves and not feel like hosts. We decided to hire Caroline and Amber and it was the best decision we could have made. They swept in, immediately understood my vision, and lifted an enormous weight from my shoulders. They confidently took charge in assisting with the remaining planning details, helped us dot our I's and cross our T's to ensure we had thought of everything. They handled all the communication with my vendor team the week of the wedding which was such a relief and allowed me to focus on other matters leading up to the big day. They helped my family and I feel relaxed and confident leading into the big day and led an extremely organized and efficient rehearsal. I knew we had made the right call hiring Radiant Events leading up to the big day, but they completely exceeded my expectations on the wedding day. I was truly blown away by the amount of hard work, attention to detail, creativity, and organization they provided on the big day. My family and I didn't have to worry about a single detail that entire day and could feel like guests at our own wedding. I gave them full creative license to set up the yard however they saw fit and I was blown away at how beautiful everything looked. Not only did they decorate everything, they continued to move things behind the scenes to repurpose decor throughout the night. Guests were amazed with how gorgeous the property looked and at how organized Caroline and Amber were. They went above and beyond and always seemed to be there if anyone needed help with anything (including helping bustle my giant tulle ballgown). Bringing my wedding dream to life was such a wonderful gift, but the greatest gift was the gift of feeling so relaxed and secure on my wedding day. Caroline was my day of wedding planner and we could not have done it without her! She met with me twice before the big day and we set up a game plan as to her role on the big day. However, Caroline far exceeding my expectations. She took care of everything we discussed along with a number of other small issues that popped up throughout the day. For example, we had to move all of our things out of the dressing room earlier then expected. Caroline took care of it. She helped me get to my respective place for the ceremony made sure I had water touched me up before I walked down the isle. Throughout the ceremony Caroline made sure the guests were taken care of as well as my family. Caroline did not miss a beat! She has an exceptional eye for detail, is organized and a great problem solver. I would recommend Caroline help you with all your wedding planning needs!

We got married at a location that does not host weddings. We were nervous. Caroline is great with details and made our day stress free. Everything was flawless. We were able to truly enjoy our day.

I was hesitant about using a wedding planner thinking I could handle all of the wedding planning by myself but I’m so happy I hired Amber from Radiant Events. Amber worked around the clock to make my wedding memorable and to keep any unnecessary stress off me. She thought of things I didn’t even think about and was there every step of the way. Day of, she handled every vendor interaction, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be and having her around was a calming presence in an overall chaotic fast day. She somehow knew when to step in and be more involved and when to step back and let my fiancé and I take the lead. She is a true professional and I was amazed by her organization, punctuality, attention to detail, creativity and thoughtfulness. My company has used Amber on multiple occasions for holiday party planning, decor and execution. We’ve also used her services for holiday home decorating. Her creativity and attention to detail are unparalleled. And her expertise doesn’t stop there. She handles every task A-Z. Menu planning, liaison with venue managers, caterers, bar tenders etc. She’s not afraid to roll up her sleeves and do whatever it takes to make the event go off without a hitch. On one occasion when our holiday party was disrupted by a major snow storm she was out in front of the venue shoveling in an evening gown. On another occasion we had 7 Christmas trees at our party that the host gave away to guests. The next day Amber rented a uhaul and delivered the trees to the guests. She even re-decorated them when the ornaments fell off during the drive. To say she’s a full service event coordinator is an understatement.
