She was kind and communicative throughout the planning process, and was always willing to listen to and make changes. She even practiced the knot for our handfasting ceremony time and time again both during and after our rehearsal to make sure that it was perfect for the real thing (which it was!). From the first email she sent me, following my inquiry, she was professional and warm. While others seemed willing to do the ceremony, Sandy seemed genuinely happy and excited to celebrate this moment with my family. Her emails were always timely, she answered all my questions and concerns, and was more than willing to accommodate all our extra touches to make it unique and special to my grandparents. In comparison to others in regards to price; she offered the best price for all the accommodations she made for the ceremony. Another officiant moved me into the higher package for pricing when we wanted to make little tweaks, here and there to make it special to my grandparents. A few weeks before the ceremony, Sandy and I spoke on the phone to verbalize our plan and share ideas, and her personality made it seem like we had known each other forever. She checked in a few days prior to the ceremony and then again the day before. She arrived to the cabin early and mingled with my family before starting the ceremony. Her words were beautiful and most fitting for my grandparents, after 65 years of marriage. Sandy is a blessing, and I highly encourage you to have her be part of your special day.
