very good maintained and a great atmosphere! Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly, especially the valet guys, who cleaned out the rental car for me! I would definitely come here again!

verything was very well prepared. The bar service was excellent, especially thanks to the bartender Alex, who showed great patience with my children, who constantly asked him for shakes. He was very attentive and kind at all times, and his recommendations and cocktails were delicious. Without a doubt, it was an experience we would repeat. A perfect place to create beautiful family memories.

efly. For the room, the first issue that became apparent to me was the TV cutting out randomly or failing to start up, even after calling tech support. Another issue with more importance was the A/C failing to work on some nights, causing the room to be too hot. On that note with temperature issues, the water temperature would occasionally be cold for both the sink and the shower, even at the highest heat setting. It is worth noting this hotel is not brand new, so these issues are expected, especially with the high influx of people that come in daily. Another pointer that I want to state is that the valet parking isn’t associated with the hotel company and they charge a high parking cost each night. Because the company is a third party, it may not show on booking websites. Speaking of cost, there is (and across South beach and downtown) an automatic 15-20% tip charged for food and drinks, even at the hotel bar, so that is also worth mentioning so that it doesn’t come as a surprise. But for the good parts, the staff members are very friendly and did their best to help address our issues, but with time, buildings get old and it is just the way things are. The pool and fitness centers are nice and well maintained. The beach view is priceless and there are nice walking trails behind and around the hotel, so I think it is worth coming here.

u need something, you have to beg for basic assistance. The beach staff were just as bad. They questioned me several times to prove that I was actually a hotel guest before giving me a chair. The hotel should have its own verification system instead of making guests feel like they're trying to sneak in? repeatedly treating paying guests like they do not belong there. On top of that, almost nothing works properly. The Wi-Fi does not work, the facilities are poorly maintained, and the food is terrible. Overall, this was a very bad experience from beginning to end. Poor service, rude employees, and an old, dirty hotel. I would never stay here again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
