Radisson Resort Miami Beach

l. The bedside light shared by two beds barely can read by. Lobby, especially the entrance way was shabby. Building looks very tired, needing new paint badly. Bath tub seemed to be painted in places with the porcelain paint, and got paint pealing! Unheard of even for Motel 6. And leaking water. Like someone reviewed like 6 months ago, no small towels, which is still the case. The hardware overall is way beneath the Radisson name. It seriously affected the overall feeling of a hotel. The highlight are people. They were very helpful. Room cleaned promptly everyday. Free bottled water, 2 per room everyday. Free business center. Luggage storage person was very quick and helpful. Beach was clean and beautiful. Pool area was well maintained. The pool is so much more pleasant than the lobby. One can’t beat the location. So they tried. With the awful old building, they really tried to make the best of it. One should appreciate that.

We had the same situation the following day and they let us use the pool after we checked out and before our flight left. The rooms were very nice, but loud! There was a large family next to us who started with full voices & children yelling at 6am and we could hear everything. We were also near the ice machine & heard all that. I would bring better ear plugs next time. The best part of this hotel is Enrique who helps with the bags. He was honestly the most amazing, helpful person I’ve ever had at a hotel. He made everything so easy. He’s a treasure.

The room was extremely clean with a great view, mini fridge and coffee maker, they supplied a couple of waters each day as well. The only downfall to the room is the shared balcony with two other rooms which leads to no privacy at all which is a shame they should put some type of partition up that would be my only suggestion. The only other negative thing would be the food quality is not great in the restaurant. But thankfully there are plenty of other choices to dine outside the hotel. Coffee-yuck. Seems to me that that would be an easy fix by getting a different vendor for their coffee especially with all the choices that are out there just also another suggestion. All staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. Price is good for this hotel.

apart. It is clean though so that saved my trip. Room temperature is controlled by a central control therefore I was unable to change the temperature in the room. This was one of the annoying thing because we had to keep calling front desk and they certainly were not very helpful. The fitness room also needs upgrading, it’s dingy and not conducive to productive workout. As you can see in the pictures that I’ve posted, the elevator buttons are missing and some crud on the ceiling. These things tell me that they don’t put a lot of care and pride in their property.

alcony, the number of beds are irrelevant compared to the booking. Meanwhile, you are very tired and just want a shower and a bed. The administrators are nice, but it seems that this is not their fault, but the management's. It is unpleasant for them, since it happens regularly. If you are strong enough with your complaint, after a while a bored manager comes out and offers a free breakfast for the inconvenience, but he can't help either. This hotel used to be very good. This is my third time booking here. The facilities and location are amazing. It's a shame that they ruined it like this!. I'm sincerely sorry.
