I am so grateful we chose RVCC for our wedding. From the ease of planning with/responsiveness of coordinator, Danielle, to the flawless execution of our vision, the team at RVCC is outstanding. The food was incredible, and we had multiple guests tell us how much they enjoyed it as well. The grounds are stunning and a perfect backdrop to any wedding photos. The service was impeccable and we truly felt like royalty during our wedding. The flow of the night was flawless, and the staff were so considerate and accommodating. We wish we could relive it all over again, all because of RVCC. we cannot wait to return this summer (this time as guests!) and get to experience it all again. Cannot recommend any more!

The patio & atrium are so stunning for cocktail hour and the ballroom was amazing. So spacious and such a big dance floor!! It is so elegant and beautiful and we just fell in love.
Additionally, the bridal suite was so perfect for getting ready with my bridesmaids and mom!! It is so gorgeous and perfect for pictures in the morning!
Besides the looks, the staff is just AMAZING. They are all so kind, thoughtful, and truly know what they are doing. Shelly showed us around the day we first looked at the venue and she couldn’t have been any nicer. We didn’t even have anything booked, we were just in town and she was more than happy to show us around!
Once we booked, we started to work with Danielle and words can really not describe how awesome she is. She answered every single email, call, and question I had throughout the year so quickly and always immediately put me at ease. I once emailed her a little panicked about some details and she immediately called me, talked me down and made me feel so much better. She is kind, caring, and absolutely amazing at her job. She has a very chill vibe that made us feel so relaxed about everything. Any detail we wanted added, she did it no problem. We loved our trips to the venue for the food tasting & final walkthroughs because it was so exciting but also because Danielle made it so enjoyable. We even went the Sunday before the wedding to drop off a lot of our decor and she was so accommodating. We talked through where everything will go, but honestly a lot of the stuff I just trusted her to find the perfect place for.
On the day of the wedding, she made sure everything went so smoothly. We never felt rushed around or taken away from our guests. Not a single detail was missed!! In the morning, she had breakfast all set up for me and my bridesmaids in the beautiful bridal suite at the venue. My mom, sister and I walked around with her in the morning looking at everything and it was really special.
During the reception, Dana, Rhonda, and all of the bartenders and servers were so wonderful. They were there for anything we or our guests needed and we couldn’t be more thankful. We also heard from so many people about how good the food at the cocktail hour and dinner was!
Danielle and the rest of the staff at RVCC made our wedding day so perfect. We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to book with RVCC. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was. If you’re thinking of booking with Radnor Valley…. DO IT! Thank you for everything!!!

was great with soothing my nerves after a staff turnover after I had initially signed the contract. Danielle and her team worked with my DOC to have all my needs accomplished and set up for my wedding. They were beyond accommodating and kind when it came to set up and break down of all the different items I had. I had also booked the bridal suite which was so spacious for hair and make up and all the girls. The entry room is perfect for pictures. It was also used for after the ceremony so that my husband and I could have a moment to ourselves and take in everything. It was beautiful and intimate. I would highly recommend this magnificent venue for any fairytale wedding!

The venue itself was beautiful. We used the bridal suite in the morning and ordered breakfast and lunch through RVCC- it was great. Danielle was there to replenish our champagne as needed too. There were 10 of us in the room, and we had plenty of space for 3 hair stylists and a make up artist with room to spare.
Our reception was stunning. Danielle and her team handled all my outside vendor communication and coordination, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.
Our food for the ceremony was also delicious. Bartenders were quick, and got our guests drinks as quickly as expected right at the start of happy hour.
I’d recommend RVCC for your wedding in a heartbeat. I couldn’t have imagined our special day without the help of the RVCC team, especially Danielle.

The bridal suite is plenty spacious and easily accommodated breakfast, lunch, and plenty of natural light for photos. Even with suboptimal weather, Danielle was on top of all aspects of the planning and we had nothing to worry about on our wedding day and could completely enjoy everyone's company. The outside patio and entry way of RVCC are stunning and made for fantastic wedding photos that we'll have for a lifetime. The food was delicious, the bartenders were so friendly, Amy was so helpful and detail oriented and was very receptive to any ideas I had and executed it for me. There was no point in time where I was worried about how anything looked. The prices were super affordable for a main line venue as well. Another bonus was myself and the bridesmaids were able to use the bridal suite starting at 9 am to get ready which made the morning so much more relaxing. I am so glad we went with RVCC and I would highly recommend to any couple wanting to have their reception or ceremony here.

We worked mostly with Amy leading up to our wedding day and she was amazing. She (as well as the rest of the staff) was so accommodating, kind, and helpful. She even took the time to research signature drink options for our theme that would work with our bar package.
The staff set up all of our decorations correctly and packed them back up with care; nothing was broken or lost.
And finally, the food. We loved the food- it was delicious and there was plenty of it! At cocktail hour there were servers constantly serving the different appetizers we selected, and dinner came out delicious. We were given so many compliments on how good the food was and how beautiful the venue looked. Thank you RVCC for being a huge part of our wedding day!

ng planning. In the months leading up to the wedding, they were super responsive and helpful. Additionally, they have a bridal suite so my bridesmaids and I could get ready there while my husband got ready in the bridal suite at the hotel, they allowed us to drop things off in the week leading up to the wedding, and they brought my husband and I and our photographer around in a golf cart during the cocktail hour so we could get pictures on their scenic golf course. Shelly even bustled my dress!
From the pictures, all of the other guests had a great time at the cocktail hour and there was plenty of room for them to mingle. The reception itself was fantastic - the food was great, the staff was fantastic, and Shelly helped us get the party started by recommending we cut the cake so we could be done with our obligations (she even taught us how to cut the cake - one of those things you just don't think about until you are doing it).
The space itself is incredible - the foyer and the wood paneled bar area and terrace certainly impressed our guests. In the ballroom, the dance floor is huge and they are able to set up 2 different bars, which was great for our large wedding.
I cannot recommend Radnor Valley Country Club enough - top notch service in a top notch setting!

taff) were so attentive to detail. The service provided to the bridal party in the bridal suite that morning was exceptional with the staff always checking to see if we needed anything. We had many items that needed to be set up for the reception with signs, pictures, favors, etc., and it was all put in place well in advance of the guests arriving. The staff serving during during the cocktail hour/reception were efficient and pleasant. The timeline was well organized and all ran smoothly with the introductions of bridal party, dances, speeches, dinner, cake, etc. We had 255 guests and it never felt crowded. Signature DJ was also exceptional and worked so closely with the country club and the bride and groom to make the reception a fun time for all. I highly recommend Radnor Valley Country Club. The venue is beautiful with the grand foyer and ballroom, the back patio and the scenery around the golf course. The pictures are amazing and a treasure to keep forever. I cannot thank the staff enough not only for their exceptional professionalism but their sincere kindness to make this wedding truly the best day ever.

Recently attended a wedding reception at RVCC and it was a disappointing experience. The event was supposed to start in the early evening and we arrived about 15 minutes prior. Pre...
ps were still underway and some of the staff were rude as guests were arriving and “interfering” with their work.
As the evening began, it was obvious that the HVAC system could not keep up with party. Also we were crammed into a room while a room next to it remained empty.
Moving into the dining room, it was obvious that either the HVAC system was not set properly or it was inadequate to keep the ballroom comfortable.
Several people discovered that there were not enough place settings and chairs at their designated tables. The staff were slow to respond to the situation.
Salad and pasta course were served quite nicely——-main course though was delayed with half of the guests being served and then over 45 minutes for the remainder.......as warm as it was, servers were slow to refill water glasses or explain the delay.
The wedding cake was never served and coffee or tea was not offered.......it appeared that either the RVCC team either was not capable of handling a large crowd, were not properly staffed and not able to deal with issues at they arose.....for all the proposed quality and professionalism they advertise, RVCC failed to hit the mark. The family should be partially reimbursed for not having their expectations met.

ddress a few things. The bride and groom booked for a specific time. Up until the event, our staff is double checking all areas and assuring that everything is in place for the contracted time. When guests walk in early and we are not informed, we try our best to quickly finish our last minute preparations. The day was one of the hottest that summer - 98 degrees +. HVAC units can accommodate temperature settings between 20-25 degrees cooler than the outside temperature. When guests are opening the doors and leaving them open after being asked repeatedly to leave the doors closed, there is not much we can do. Seating arrangements and floor plans were also confirmed by the bride 5 days prior to the event and the room is set accordingly. Guests often take it upon themselves to move from table to table. Our staff tries their best to accommodate everyone. The wedding cake was never meant to be served, it was meant to be bagged up and placed in the lobby with coffee and tea for the guests to take home.
Unfortunately, you were not a part of the planning process and many of these details were not disclosed to you. The family was happy with our services and felt with the circumstances regarding the weather that we did a nice job.

RVCC deliver! Food was delicious and with plenty of options, and our food tasting was one of our favorite experiences during the entire planning process. One of the best things about RVCC is that you get the entire beautiful place dedicated to your wedding. It’s perfect because you have the option for people to go out on the partly-covered patio for cocktail hour, stay in the lobby, or by the bar inside - so no need to worry about the weather! The ballroom can accommodate medium to large weddings and the dance floor is huge.
Barb, the day-of-coordinator, is so accommodating and patient. She's the calm, rational presence you NEED on your wedding day. Barb is truly the wedding whisperer. Barb has seen it all, so when we asked a million questions, she would reassure us. She knew what we wanted even when we didn't, and would give her honest recommendations for what was, wasn’t necessary, which was gracious to our budget! We never felt nickeled and dimed, and the RVCC package includes SO much that you really don't need add-ons. However, if you want to add bells and whistles (like particular brands of alcohol, or premium hor d'oeuvres), you can choose to upgrade. Day of the wedding, she met me and my bridesmaids right when we arrived, led us to the huge bridal suite (tons of mirrors in the bathroom and plenty of space!), helped me carry my dress around for photos, brought me much-needed champagne during cocktail hour, and set up all the tables beautifully in the reception hall. I was anxious having done the centerpieces myself, but Barb and her team set up everything perfectly, and it turned out better than I could have imagined.
If you want the best value in the area and a truly beautiful, fun, and smooth wedding, I highly recommend RVCC.

Our ceremony photos out on the patio are just breathtaking, and everyone kept remarking how truly special our ceremony was. Barbara ran the whole day like a well-oiled machine! She was on top of everything and we could not have done it without her. Even our hair and makeup team remarked on how welcoming and professional the entire RVCC staff were. The food was delicious and served hot. Our mostly New Yorker wedding guests had nothing but rave reviews from the food and experience. If you want an elegant, stress-free, wow of an event, use Barbara and her team at RV!

and makes for such beautiful photos. The food was excellent, and many of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. For all the anxious brides out there who are worried about timelines and how all of the pieces are going to fit together, the day-of staff really makes everything run so smoothly. There was not a single thing for us to worry about other than enjoying ourselves!
My one complaint about this venue is that there were a few times throughout the planning process that we became frustrated by the lack of communication with staff. Sometimes emails would go without responses, or missed phone calls would never be returned. This definitely did not help with the stress that comes along with wedding planning. That being said, the positives of this venue far outweighed this negative, and we will always have amazing memories of our wedding day at RVCC.

Barbara was a huge help and was a major reason we decided to go with this venue. She really knows what she is talking about and goes out of her way to make sure everything is perfect! She sincerely cares about each client! She met with me a few times and always made herself available for advice and help! She also worked super well with my mom, which was just amazing! beautiful grounds and the venue itself, the service and food were incredible. On our wedding day, I chose to get ready on the grounds in the bridal suite, which is a great feature there. While I was getting ready, our cake showed up looking kind of off... Barb called the bakery and had the issue fixed before I even left for the church. The food was the best food we've ever had at a wedding reception and many guests commented on how good the food and service were. Barb pulled us aside before cocktail hour so we could be alone for a few minutes to relax and let it all sink in. It was exactly what we needed in the middle of all the rushing around and the staff even brought in a plate of hors d'oeuvres and glasses of champagne for us. The servers and Barb were very attentive the entire day to both us and our guests. Even when our reception was over, the staff helped pack up the decorations we brought so we didn't forget anything. Barb and the rest of the RVCC staff worked hard to make our day perfect and we highly recommend them.

eremony outside on the back patio despite very scary forecasts of rainy weather, it held out and Barbara was extremely prepared for all scenarios. RVCC is a gorgeous Main Line mansion and the grounds and inside of the venue are too beautiful for words. We had 150 people which was a perfect fit for the giant ballroom. I feel we could have fit about 50-60 more people and there still would have been enough room. My bridesmaids and I got ready in the bridal suite and we felt taken care of the moment we stepped inside! I got many of my vendors of Barbara's vendor list and boy was I thrilled! Great professionals! The food was RAVED about---we had steak, pesto salmon, and mushroom option. All were delicious. Furthermore, the dark chocolate mousse was to die for! I am waiting in anticipation to get our wedding photos back so I can see all the beauty of our day over again. I just can't thank Barbara enough for helping make my husband and my wedding everything we could have dreamed of. Other than marrying my husband, the best decision I made was getting married at Radnor Valley. One of a kind wedding venue!

tion. Barbara and Amanda were outstanding. From the moment I started planning, Barb was offering sage advice on things that were unnecessary and she never let me lose my head. When we got last minute cancellations on our guests, she was accommodating and level-headed. She thought of everything. She gave me and my husband 10 minutes alone right after the ceremony to make sure we had a special few moments together during the day. Following that, my groom promptly stepped on my dress, breaking my bustle, and Amanda and Barb stepped in to pin up my bustle several times that night. They were always making sure I was having something to eat or drink and made sure we were always enjoying ourselves. The food was excellent as was the bar. RVCC was a dream and we couldn't have asked for anything better.

big day. Barbara is amazing!! She is extremely knowledgeable, has a ton of experience, is very responsible and has an incredible attention to detail. She genuinely wants this to be the best day of your life and she and her team work incredibly hard for your special day. Barbara and team were there the day of and if anything came up, and something will always come up the day of your wedding, Barbara has seen it all and quickly comes up with a solution.
The venue is gorgeous. It is a beautiful home which is unique in this area. It felt like we welcomed our guests to a home instead of a hotel. The interior and exterior have great photo oops! Our photos were beautiful with great background.
The food is exceptional. At our tasting, we met the chef, Scott, who is very talented and also very nice. He was able to take our suggestions, like no sauce, or lighter spice.
The open bar was great, lots of selection in their standard package. We also had a signature drink.
Another unique point about this venue is that you have the venue for the day. There is a great bridal room upstairs with a large bathroom, plenty of room for you and your party to get ready together. Also, we put out pictures and the venue and really made it homey.
RVCC is the perfect venue and Barbara and her team are incredible. So go and check them out, I guarantee when you see it and meet the team, you won't need to look anywhere else.

From the first visit with her to the saying goodbye as my new husband and I got on our trolley to leave the reception it was nothing but first class service.
The venue is beautiful on its own but Barb did everything we discussed with her to incorporate all of our personal touches to make it our picture perfect wedding.
The drinks, hor d'oeuvres, salads, entrees, flambe station and preferred cake vendor were all so delicious. We even had a mini grilled cheese/tomato soup served with our salads and it was a crowd favorite!
When we first met with Barb she mentioned that on our wedding day she would pull us aside once we got there and give us 5 minutes to ourselves to take a breather and be able to just sit with my new husband. Looking back on our wedding day that was some of the best minutes of the entire day - it was so wonderful being able to sit down and be excited that WE JUST GOT MARRIED!
Barb also made sure to introduce me and my husband to one of her servers that would be helping us that evening and let me tell you - she was always right there and able to help us with anything! She was wonderful.
Barb and her entire team were amazing to work with and the RVCC was the perfect backdrop to our magical day. I highly recommend you go look at RVCC and hopefully book your wedding/reception there!

ss and this venue was such a big part of that. We were living in Michigan but my husband was from Philly so we wanted to get married around there. We came to Philly one weekend and saw 10 venues over the course of 4 days. This was the first location we saw and it was clear to us by the end it was the best for us. The location was perfect. It was so beautiful and had such a grand feel, it really made our wedding feel special. Of course we can't talk about Radnor Valley without a shoutout to the AMAZING, WONDERFUL staff there. Barbara and Amanda were INCREDIBLE. We were concerned about needing a day of wedding coordinator but after we met and talked with Barb we were assured that she, along with Amanda, would be up to the task and believe me they were! Our wedding went so smoothly and Barbara was so responsive to us, which was crucial when planning our wedding remotely and when there are always small details to work out before/during our wedding. They also worked with us to design a wedding that was both beautiful and within our budget. We decided to have a brunch wedding (definitely recommend considering it whether you are trying to save money and/or brunch is your favorite meal, like us) and it was absolutely delicious. Shout out to chef Igor who makes the best omelets ever. Our guests liked the change of pace and wedding dinner menu by having our ceremony with champagne cocktails and brunch. Bottom line, loved the location and we definitely recommend it!

the event coordinator, was flawless. Barbara's assistant, Amanda, was amazing as well. The venue itself provided for a great flow from the ceremony through the cocktail hour and into the reception. Each went smoothly and flowed into the next without a snag, thanks to the expertise and on point intuitiveness of Barbara Cunningham. We can't say enough how significant her quiet coordination of everything ensured that out event was a night which will be remembered happily by all of our guests and especially our family. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. All of our plans were met to the high standards of our expectations . Barbara with the assistance of Amanda led the evening's events with a certain subtly so that the direction was not obvious but yet it was very effective and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking this venue with this staff. If you are looking for a well run beautiful and happily memorable evening, this is the place.

ed because you will get this “feeling”. I am not an overly sentimental woman, it takes a lot to make me cry, (I didn’t even cry when we got engaged) so it was difficult for me to envision a place making me tear up. RVCC is a beautiful venue with a grand entrance and only one ballroom, which means you are the only wedding that day. Barb, the wedding coordinator brought us on the tour and brought us up to the bridal suite and there was a separate room off of the suite. She brought us in there and said “when you guys get back to here after the ceremony, I will be waiting and bring you to this room. There will be two glasses of champagne and you will have 5 minutes, as husband and wife alone, with no cameras, to talk about your day and take it all in.” That moment brought me to tears and I knew RVCC was the place for us.
The day of, my girls and I got ready at RVCC. From the moment we walked in, Barb was great help, whether it was helping fix my hair, pointing vendors in the right direction, or making sure I ate/drank something before the ceremony. We got married at a church off site and upon return Barb was there and did take us up to the private room, and it was perfect. It was so important for us to step back and reflect on the day and Barb made that easy for us. In the middle of pictures, our 2-year-old flower girl had a melt down and my sister in law had nothing but wonderful things to say about how Barb handled it. She took my niece into a private room, gave her chocolate milk and snacks and next thing you know she was back to enjoying herself. Our reception went flawless and everyone is still talking about the food and service! I could not have picked a better venue for our wedding day—thanks to Barb and her wonderful staff who took care of us the entire day!!

make you feel like a queen for a day! It exudes elegance and class. The grounds are simply spectacular with lush green everywhere you turn and beautiful old trees. There is also a lovely outdoor patio area that guests can use during cocktail hour and the reception. Truly the most beautiful country club I have ever seen! Barb does a fantastic job of making you feel at ease through the entire process. The day of the wedding Barb truly was a pro - navigating the bridal party and guests, coordinating between the vendors - she was always so calm and relaxed! It was great and so reassuring. When we got to cocktail hour she whisked us away for a few moments so we could catch our breath and take it in that we were husband and wife. She brought in champagne and even brought us samples of all of our hors d'oeuvres (since we had arrived later than expected from the church). We were thrilled because we thought we wouldn't get a chance to taste them. The food was fantastic with beautiful presentations! We received so many compliments from our guests. The staff were all so sweet and kind! The ballroom is exquisite with a large dance floor, new carpet and beautiful natural light which comes through the floor to ceiling windows around the ballroom. We were beyond thrilled with RVCC and would absolutely recommend them to anyone! Our wedding was everything I ever could have imagined!

here. Some have even gone so far to say that the food was the best that they have had at a wedding. Barbara and Amanda were nothing but amazing throughout the entire planning process. They are very accommodating and just a pleasure to work with. They even had sparklers on hand for a last minute sparkler photo op (turned to be one of our favorite pictures by the way) and even brought out the desserts (extra desserts beside the wedding cake) with sparklers as well. My Mother had requested that little extra touch and they made it happen! No one at our wedding had seen that before so it was awesome. Thank-you again Barbara and Amanda for all of your help June 14th and the entire year before!!

attentive staff, and how smoothly the day went. The setting outside was perfect for our ceremony under the big tree. The grounds were groomed and looked spectacular. Once things transitioned indoors for the ceremony, we were very pleased with the spacious banquet room that was decorated so elegantly. Dinner was so delicious and was presented beautifully. Barbara had every detail under control and managed to keep us calm and worry free, while also keeping everything flowing smoothly. She took care of even the smallest things, making sure everything was perfect. On a day that seemed so overwhelming, she kept everything relaxed. She is truly an amazing woman! We wanted to get married and have the reception at the same place, and we wanted a venue that offered a nice outside place and a nice inside place to hold the ceremony in case it rained. RVCC is beautiful - inside and out!
We were lucky that we had perfect weather and were able to get married outside on the flagstone patio. The weather reports the week leading up to the wedding said it was going to be cold and rainy. We planned for an inside ceremony with the fireplaces and were looking forward to a cozy ceremony. The day of my wedding, it was sunny and 65. It was a perfect day!
The atmosphere is gorgeous, the food is amazing and the staff!
The staff at RVCC goes about and beyond. Barbara is calm, cool and had everything under control. Trust me - there is no one else you want to help you on your wedding day! She called vendors, set everything up, handled a small family drama for me and was there whenever you needed her. Barbara is a brides best friend!
I highly recommend RVCC to every bride! From the planning until becoming a Mrs. they are there every step of the way. I cannot say enough great things.
