BECCA MADE MY WEDDING DAY PERFECT! Working with her was truly the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. From start to finish, she went above and beyond ...
every expectation. I had a really hard time visualizing how everything would come together, but somehow Becca took all of my scattered thoughts and turned them into a weekend that was absolutely perfect.
What stands out the most is that I wasn’t even aware of a single thing going wrong—which, as any bride knows, is huge. That kind of seamless experience only happens when someone is truly on top of every detail behind the scenes.
Becca guided me through every decision with patience and confidence, especially when I struggled to choose vendors or nail down the overall vision. She kept everything moving forward and never let me feel overwhelmed. Thanks to her, our wedding weekend was not only beautiful but also stress-free and deeply personal.
I can’t recommend her enough!

t to finish. What impressed us most was how she handled vendor communication and solved problems behind the scenes without us even having to worry about them. She kept our timeline running perfectly on the day of, and she was always available whenever we had a question or needed her support. Becca clearly knows what she's doing and brought such kindness to the whole process. We honestly can't imagine pulling off our wedding day the way we did without her expertise and dedication. I cannot recommend Becca enough!! She needs more than 5 stars, she deserves 10 stars. Love her!
We loved Becca as our day of wedding coordinator!!!
I originally found Rae Weddings through a mutual friend. Becca was not only extremely helpful, but remained professional yet...
light hearted throughout the entire wedding process.
Every time I had a question she would respond quickly and thoroughly. Not only did she make my “day of” timeline happen, but she made a beautiful seating chart for my reception.
She is kind, creative, organized, and VERY patient…. Especially when it came to my chaotic family. She is the reasonable, flexible, and positive energy you need during your wedding!
I was very impressed with Rae Weddings & Events. I miss having fun with her throughout the whole process!

such a calm and confident energy that immediately put me at ease. I had all my ideas clearly laid out, and Becca not only supported my vision but offered thoughtful advice and wonderful vendor referrals that made everything come together beautifully.
Throughout the planning process, she was always quick to respond, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure every detail was covered. On the day of the wedding, I felt completely at peace knowing Becca had everything handled. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, which was such a gift.
I’ve already recommended her to others, and one of my close friends recently had her coordinate their wedding day as well. Becca’s experience in wedding planning and her attention to detail truly shined throughout the entire process.
