Despite being an out-of-town (Atlanta, GA) event for Leighann and Haley, their commitment to ensuring everything was organized and executed flawlessly was nothing short of impressive. From the very beginning, they embraced the challenge with open arms and went above and beyond to accommodate our every request. Their willingness to work with us from a distance was a testament to their professionalism and passion for their craft.
What truly set Leighann and Haley apart was their joyous personalities and infectious enthusiasm. Their positive energy and genuine love for what they do brought a sense of warmth and comfort to the entire planning process… not to mention easing all anxiety on the big day. They were always approachable and a pleasure to work with and furthermore, consistently demonstrated a level of care and understanding that made us feel like we were their top priority.
Their ability to seamlessly execute all of our needs and wants, including the smallest of details, was truly remarkable. It was evident that they invested a great deal of time and effort into understanding our vision, and their creativity and expertise shined through in every aspect of the event. They took our ideas and turned them into a reality that far exceeded our expectations.

and design services for my wedding in June of 2022. Despite finding each other on a little bit of a shorter notice, they did not hesitate to come on board and help me plan my dream wedding. From the very first phone call I had with Haley and Leighann, they were so kind and accommodating. Throughout the the planning process, they were responsive and always made themselves available to me. We looked at inspiration pictures together, they made several great recommendations I would have never thought of, and I could tell they were so detailed-oriented and wanted to make sure everything aligned with my vision. They are both so understanding of the stress planning a wedding can create and I am so grateful for the ways they helped to alleviate that stress and reassure me that everything would be beautiful!! Leading up to the wedding day, they communicated with all my vendors and created a detailed timeline that truly reflected what my husband and I wanted for the day. They helped us stay on track throughout the day, executed a beautiful ceremony and reception space, and also helped to make the night so much fun. This team was great with helping with ideas and vendors for an entire week-end of events for our 50+ out of town guests, many of whom had never been to our destination. Our goal was to make it memorable for everyone including ourselves. I think our goal was achieved based on comments we received from our guests "wedding of century" and "I would hate to be the next one to get married in this family".
If you are nervous about planning a destination wedding - don't be with this team. They held my hand all the way and provided feedback, suggestions and opinions when I needed & wanted them.

They helped us with amazing vendor choices, even a videographer just weeks before the wedding because it was a last minute decision. They are fun to work with and checked in regularly with encouraging energy to share the excitement with us for our big day. Leighann was with us on our big day and it ran smoother than ever imagined. We look back often and always say we would never change a thing. Every detail was on point. It was truly the perfect day, and we owe a lot of that to RaeBird Events for making it stress free. Maybe one day we will renew our vows and will be able to use them again!
