Elyssia and her team are not only amazing but really helped guide us through our wedding process!! Elyssia is extremely on top of her stuff but she helped me figure out things that I hadn't even thought about! Her organization and attention to detail is exactly what I was looking for in a wedding coordinator and I highly recommend booking her and her team for any events you need help with!! Highly recommend!

Your day-of wedding coordination was perfect for us! You went above and beyond to be sure everything ran on time, enabling us to think less about the schedule and just be in the moment. Any time either of us started to slip back into planning mode, you would reassure us that you had everything covered. Even at the end of the night, you made sure the venue clean-up and check-out went off without a problem. Thank you so much helping us make one of our best memories yet!

Elyssia was absolutely necessary to make our wedding run perfectly! She always replied to my text, calls, or emails timely. I loved her ideas and special details which made our wedding one of a kind. I appreciated that she was not pushy for immediate decisions and was able to deal with all my family varying personalities and demands. My decision to use her services was one of the best!

If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or a day of coordinator, this is your sign to! As a full time creative I knew I wanted to plan my own wedding but couldn’t have been happier with my decision or more impressed with Rae’s Events. She truly was my biggest asset and my right hand in making sure the event was everything I wanted it to be. Elyssia is a highly organized, high capacity achiever. She has spent her career working in the nonprofit space. While working in the nonprofit field she led events big and small including a 500 attendee Gala with keynote speaker, Tim Tebow. Her work has included strategic planning, project management, event execution and system organization for over ten years. She started Rae’s Events and Project Management to focus on supporting the vision of her clients. She puts the energy into the details so her clients can focus on what they love.
