Rae’s events did an amazing job coordinating my wedding! I had to so much planning but they helped me keep everything organized before the event even started. During the event, they kept everything moving even if the schedule was running earlier and they made the day so much more enjoyable. As the bride, I didn’t feel stressed the entire wedding and that’s how you know they do an amazing job! They took care of me and the groom making sure we were good the entire time as well which made us feel so supported! Thank yall so much for an amazing wedding!

Elyssia was absolutely wonderful! The morning of my wedding was a bit chaotic and there was an issue with our shuttle not showing up to take us to the venue. Elyssia was very transparent with the mishap, and made sure the rest of the day stayed on track. Once we got to the venue, everything seemed to flow effortlessly. Elyssia checked in on me throughout the day, even when "Miss Flo" decided to make an appearance. I was so embarrassed, but Elyssia held up my dress while I fixed the situation (what other planner would do that?! Above and beyond for sure! haha). I also appreciated her bringing me our signature cocktail (i was dancing so much, i definitely forgot to go to the bar the entire night haha). I was so grateful for her hard work, and appreciated her support through this very stressful planning!

o unbelievably grateful that we did! From the moment she arrived on site, Elyssia took my vision (and my very detailed wedding day info packet) and executed my plans and details to perfection. She kept us on schedule and was calm, collected, and professional. We got many compliments from our guests on what an amazing job she did directing and managing the day. We know there are so many behind-the-scenes things that she did as well that we'll never know about - and that is truly the mark of a great event coordinator. Would definitely recommend hiring this team for your wedding coordinating needs.

t, missing alcohol, a severe thunderstorm, and the power go out at our wedding but we hardly noticed because Colin handled it all. He helped make sure everything went to plan and did things way beyond what we had asked him to do. He helped with set up and clean up of the wedding decor, and before the storm even hit he had all of the out-door decor safely inside the venue. With Colin our wedding day was stress free and the groom and I were able to be very hands-off and just enjoy the day!
