Raffel's Catering and Banquet Halls

I could not be more pleased with Raffel’s! I ended up being one of those brides who had to cancel her wedding due to the coronavirus and decided to just get married in my parents backyard. Maggie was incredibly understanding and supportive of the changes that had to happen. She stayed so positive and excited throughout the process. She was incredibly easy to communicate with during all this madness. With the coronavirus I was concerned with everyone feeling safe, so we ended up getting their “Celebration boxes” which were individualized meals in bamboo boxes, which looked gorgeous. the food was amazing, get their loaded potato salad if you book them! My guest numbers ended up changing multiple times during the planning due to individual comfort feelings, and Maggie was more than accommodating while not making me feel crazy for changing things multiple times the week of. I can't recommend their services enough! Thank you for helping my wedding day still be so amazing, our guests commented on the food all night!

Raffel's catered our rehearsal dinner and wedding. During our taste testing we had a few concerns but worked with the staff to make changes and addressed on the concerns. The staff was great to work with throughout the planning process. Day of the food was great, we had lots of positive responses from our guest. They worked with me to provide meals for guests with food allergies/restrictions. Raffel also provided bar services for the wedding. They set up a modified bar for cocktail hour and then had a full bar during the reception. All staff day of were great and professional. I recommend Raffel's for your wedding.

Raffel's Catering did an okay job. The day-of service was great, but the organization and planning of the staff was a little disappointing. Pros: The food was delicious, and we got lots of good feedback about the quality and variety of the food offered. The staff did a great job at packaging up the leftover buffet food at the end of the night for us to take home. The staff also did a good job busing tables and watching our ice and beverage station to ensure that it was being replenished. The staff on-site that day did a fantastic job. Also, the linens were included in the package we purchased which helped with our tight budget. Cons: Raffel's forgot to bring any of the gluten-free meals we ordered. My husband's family has Celiac's disease, so they were very hungry and disappointed. Additionally, Raffel's did not confirm the final headcount with us before ordering the food, which meant we had to pay for an extra 20+ meals. (thankfully, we got to take the meals home.. but we are still eating those leftovers 2 months later).
