Beautiful hotel. Great service. Lots of attention to fine detail. The butler service is phenomenal. Long bar had great breakfast offerings. This is my second time staying here and it will be my hotel of choice for Boston.

a beautiful Boston Cream Pie cake upon entry to our room! I think I got one bite of it, the kids took care of the rest!
The butler service was exceptional and always responsive as was the valet if we ever needed our car it was ready in under 10 minutes and requested via text.
The room was beautiful, clean and felt spacious. The bathroom was the showstopper though! Thoughtfully laid out, very spacious and all ammenities needed including slippers/robes etc. Every night was a turndown service if needed. The mini-bar had alcoholic drinks if you wanted... it may sound odd but I absolutely loved the tea-pot and electric hot water boiler! We could easily make a pot of tea and enjoy a quiet evening as a family in the comofort of our room! Something so simple but it was spot on for our family!
The pool area and Gym were wonderful and extra clean! They had boxed water available which I appreciated over plastic water bottles.
The restaurant on the 17th floor was very nice and the view was something I could just stare at for hours. We had breakfast one morning and it was very good.
Location is great being close to Newbury street, multiple T lines, the park and so much more.
This hotel and the dining areas are not inexpensive; that said they are wonderful!
The staff are exceptional. We visited 3 other east coast cities on our trip and Raffles was the basis of comparison for all other places we stayed. The entire family wished we had stayed an extra couple days because the hotel was so nice.
This will be the first hotel I look at when I return to Boston.

families and a kids menu. Definitely planning next a girls weekend, with afternoon tea, and Spa day!! The entire team made us feel so welcome. Of course the views are also unbeatable. Everyone made us feel so welcome. Cannot wait to return. Great spot for couples, families or a girls weekend.

I had the worst experience at Long Bar today! First off, the restaurant was relatively empty and we were sat right next to a couple making conversation a little awkward. Next, our tea pot for three guests came ice cold with only one tea bag. We...
had to call over a different server to amend the situation, as our server was no where to be found for large increments of time. Upon telling our server, she was rather rude about the situation. We did not get a fresh pot of tea until our food came which ruined the flow of the experience. We then had to wait some time for new tea cups, which let our new pot get cold. The bread on the sandwiches was incredibly stale on the bottom. At the end of the meal, it took 30 minutes to get our check, and 15 more minutes to ask for a pen to fill out the check. The server was passive aggressive. Upon retrieving our car which we paid $50 to keep out front, the valet assumed we were there to pick up the ford, which was not ours and rude to assume. He then told us that our car was out back, and were given the keys and told to go get it ourselves. I had made this reservation a month in advance and was so excited, but the service was just awful. I will not be returning and do not recommend for the price.
