I wish I could give the Raffles and the entire Raffles team 10 stars, but 5 will have to do! My husband and I had our wedding celebration at the Blind Duck, and it was truly everything—and more—we could have ever asked for. From the moment we checked into the hotel, we were greeted and congratulated by the concierge before we had even introduced ourselves. To this day, I still have no idea how they knew we were the bride and groom, but that level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail remained consistent throughout our entire weekend. Our parents and guests who stayed at the hotel were treated with the same warmth and care, which meant so much to us. Allison was our primary point of contact throughout the planning process, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly attentive, organized, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. She took detailed notes during every meeting and somehow remembered all of the little details that even we had forgotten about by the time we arrived. She made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free, and we always felt like we were in the best possible hands. The Blind Duck itself is already an incredible space for cocktails and small bites, but the way the Raffles team transformed it for our wedding celebration was absolutely stunning. It felt elegant, intimate, and completely our own. Every detail came together beautifully, and the atmosphere was exactly what we had hoped for. And then there was the food, drinks, music, and service—all of it was exceptional. Our friends and family are still texting us saying it was one of the most fun weddings they’ve ever attended. We continue to hear about how incredible the food was, how great the DJ was, how beautiful the space looked, and how attentive the entire staff was. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. What stood out most, though, was how special the Raffles team made us feel throughout the entire weekend. Nothing ever felt like too much to ask, and every interaction felt thoughtful and personal. They made us feel incredibly celebrated from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I wish I could relive this weekend over and over again. My husband and I kept saying throughout the weekend, “No notes,” because there genuinely weren’t any. Everything was absolutely flawless. We cannot thank the Raffles team enough for making such an important weekend even more incredible than we could have imagined. If you are considering the Blind Duck—or the Raffles in general—for any celebration, you will not regret it.

I simply feel that Raffles Boston is a hidden gem that brides planning a wedding in this city don't fully realize is out there, and I hope this helps you make your decision. My wedding was on June 27, 2026. From the start, the Raffles team made me feel completely taken care of. Planning a wedding comes with a thousand moving parts, and every question I had, no matter how small, was answered promptly and thoughtfully. Our tasting was genuinely one of the highlights of the entire process — it felt less like a "wedding tasting" and more like a tasting menu experience at one of the best restaurants in Boston. It set the tone for what we could expect, and they delivered on every promise. A special shout-out to Allison, who was with us every step of the way — through logistics, last-minute changes, and my many emails. She was patient, warm, incredibly organized, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Everyone on the team treated our wedding like it mattered to them personally. On the day itself, the execution was flawless. What stood out most was the sheer number of staff dedicated to our guests — multiple people from the food and beverage team attending to each table, so no one was stretched thin. Every plate came out hot, every guest was served promptly, and drinks never ran empty. The food was fantastic and restaurant-quality across every table, the drinks were amazing, and the venue itself is simply stunning — elegant and beautiful without ever feeling stuffy. Raffles is worth every single dollar. I've heard horror stories from other brides about venues that overpromise, hide fees, or treat couples like a transaction. That was never our experience. Every dollar we spent translated directly into the quality of our day. Perhaps the best measure of how special it was: every single one of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever attended — not one of the best, the best. Our wedding was, without question, the best day of my entire life, and Raffles Boston made that possible. The staff was a 10,000/10, the food and drinks were incredible, and the venue was breathtaking. If you're a bride trying to decide on a venue, do yourself a favor and consider Raffles Boston.
