We had Railroad cater our daughter wedding and we LOVED them!! The food was exceptional, the service amazing! Everyone went out of their way to tell us how great the food was!! Thank you Gerald and Audra for helping make our daughters big day so memorable!!!

AMAZING!! The one thing our guests could not stop talking about was the food! That jalapeño Mac and cheese it to die for!! All of their food was absolutely delicious. My husband opted out of a grooms cake and decided to do the banana pudding from RRBbq, although I didn’t get to have any during our wedding (because it was gone within minutes 😂) I was able to try it during our tasting and it is the best banana pudding ever!! I definitely recommend them as your caterer. You will not be disappointed.

They were very professional and the food was delicious! They were on time and courteous and we got so many compliments on how good everything was! Would definitely recommend.

Top notch! There are literally hundreds of BBQ options in the Hill Country to pick from, but Railroad was our favorite option. Working with Audra was so effortless and fun. She is super sweet, but also knows how to get the job done within your budget. The food was phenomenal and all our guests raved about how good it was! The staff at the wedding were so sweet and I was impressed that even the owner was at our wedding making sure everything was going as planned. Due to some shuttle issues, our wedding ran about 1.5 hours late - pushing everything back, including the time we contracted Railroad staff to be at the venue. Instead of charging us for the extra time, the owner waived the fees and made sure that we got plenty of food (to go plates) and desserts too! That's some of the best customer service I have ever seen in the catering industry. Thank you so much!

OMG!! Best BBQ I've had in so long! Our wedding coordinator suggested their all-you-can-eat BBQ option for our wedding and we are so glad we went with them as our caterers! If you're considering hiring them to cater, do! Everyone raved about their food. Especially the smoked turkey, I have never had smoked turkey that was that moist and tender. Their grilled vegetables are also a hit! I mostly got the grilled veggies as a food item for any vegans/vegetarians we may have had at our wedding and I ended up loving them so much! Also, get the jalapeno and cheddar sausages, they're delicious and with just enough of a spicy kick. I can't say enough good things about this BBQ wedding caterer!

Railroad BBQ did a fantastic job at our wedding and we highly recommend them! They were so professional and the food was delicious. They showed up in their van to no fanfare and got right to work setting up the serving line. We had 120 people to feed and an hour set aside for dinner. They had everyone through the line within 20 minutes, and everyone we spoke to said they were able to eat to their content before the line closed, so no complaints with their service and efficiency. And the food was fantastic. We have tried most of the BBQ joints around Austin and have pretty high expectations for BBQ. At the tasting we chose the brisket, sausage and turkey, with the latter 2 being the standouts. But the brisket they actually served at the wedding was outstanding, and the sausage and turkey were so moist and tasty, with the sides being just as good. And the added bonus was their price for everything, including their cake cutting service. They were a few grand cheaper than some of the bigger name Austin BBQ joints for, in my opinion, the same quality food and better service. All in all we are giving them 5 stars as they exceeded our expectations in all respects and really helped make our wedding great.

Railroad BBQ was such a great find! They were great at communicating with us even added set up and breakdown to our services. On the day of, they were checking in with the bride, groom, and wedding coordinator to be sure everything was just like we had envisioned for the reception and ceremony set up. And the food! Our guests could not stop gushing over how good the food was! Whenever we are passing through Dripping Springs, we will definitely be continuing to eat at Railroad BBQ.

Holy cow. If you want some of the best BBQ at your wedding, this is the place. Gerald was SO easy to work with, and the food was absolutely delicious. So good, in fact, the groom opted for a gigantic of banana pudding instead of a cake! People are STILL talking about how good the food was and how they went up for seconds....and some even thirds!! To me, that is best case scenario! I would HIGHLY recommend Railroad BBQ....and being from Texas, that says a lot!

Food was amazing & service was great!! The guests were blown away. We also did the banana pudding for the grooms cake and it was gone in minutes! Everyone loved it!

We have heard from so many of our guests that our buffet was the best wedding food they have ever had. I agree. It was incredible! (We had the brisket-sliced as you walked through the line, jalapeno cheddar sausage, ribs, mac n cheese, beans, and jalapeno corn casserole-not on their menu custom made just for us.) The price was just right as well. Our only negative comment would be that we wish the food could have stayed out 30 more minutes and that a to-go box could have been sent home with the bride and groom!

We used Railroad BBQ in Kyle for our wedding. The meal they catered was amazing... it tasted better on our wedding day than it did when we went to taste it in the restaurant! Everyone was very pleased with the quality of the food and were were pleased with the price.
