nd Brooke are tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. We are not good at planning and did notnhqve the budget for a planner either. Thankfully the Brookside is full service and their years of expertise were essential. We did everything on-site: Rehearsal Dinner, the bridal party got ready in the bridal suite, the ceremony at the outdoor chapel, and most importantly the reception. Their eye for decoration far exceeded our expectations and the space was breath taking. We didn't have a planner on-site and Brannoin stepped up to make sure everything ran smoothly. The food was excellent. We had prime rib and half chicken and everyone made a point to tell us how good it was. The dessert was exceptional. One of my friends is a professional chef and he is still raving about the brownie and ice cream bar. We even had pizza brought around near the end of the night which was delicious and was a big hit. Throughout the evening the staff was attentive, accomodating, and courteous. I can't stress enough how happy we are that we held our wedding at the Brookside Barn. It is easily the best wedding and event venue in the North Country (maybe the best anywhere).

swer any question I had. My wife and I got married in the Brookside Barn and I would 100% recommend that room to anyone who is looking for an Adirondack rustic theme wedding. The Brookside Barn is beautiful and very spacious, there is plenty of room for any event. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception there. They were even able to make the exact cake my wife wanted and it tasted amazing. We did a buffet style dinner and the food was amazing. The decor inside the Brookside Barn was elegant and beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better venue. If we were to have another big event, we would definitely look to the Rainbow Banquet Hall. If you are looking for a venue, you need not look anymore. Brannoin and his amazing staff are your one stop shop for an amazing and magical wedding or any other event you may have going on.

e with them from beginning to end. We truly felt catered to, valued and respected. We were treated as if we were their own family. The feedback I got from my bridal party was they were impressed with how organized and on top of things Brannoin was and that there was clear communication between him and the bridal party. The rest of the staff was great - friendly and polite! Our guests raved about the food all night and I have to agree that it was phenomenal. The cake was to die for. The decorations were gorgeous and executed perfectly. And the dance floor was full all night long! The food is definitely delicious, but it's done "buffet style" which isn't as appealing as having a served meal. There aren't many good spots in upstate NY to have a formal wedding at a cheap rate, so we were thankful for this place.

made sure I paid the 30 dollars. When we brought stuff there they said they thought the florist would be decorating but the many conversations we had and the people that were there remember I specifically made a point what I wanted. They said the pizzas after were in the price and then later said it wasn't. They charge for having their decorations and another price for not having the decorations. It would of cost me 10 dollars a table not to use their linens but they didn't have my linens. Finally they said they would order them, but not at the free price ( that they have to use their linens) but at 9 dollars a table. It cost be 450 to use their decorations, 250 not to use them and because didn't get my cake their ( because they couldn't do the design) it was 3 dollars a person to cut the cake. Lastly, they made too many pizzas and they charged me for all of them ( 9 dollars per pizzas) which wasn't my fault. It was a beautiful wedding. Just watch out theynickle and dime you. Just think now I am related too.
