She has been licensed in the states of NJ, NY, and PA, being an ordained non-denominational minister of the Universal Life Church. Through Rainbow Ministries, LLC, she is happy to listen to your need and to guide you as you get ready to express your commitment and your love to each other. Rainbow Ministries, LLC conducts religious, interfaith, non-religious, commitment, and vow renewal ceremonies as well as elopements, civil unions, and second weddings. Carrie also offers pre-marital counseling and ceremony rehearsals to smooth your journey into marriage. She has an inclusive and welcoming attitude towards all couples.
