Cafe NOMA by Ralph Brennan was our caterer at our wedding at NOMA on December 2, 2023, and working with Amy and the team was both fun and collaborative at each moment in the planning process. Good food and alcohol was a top priority for our wedding and while Cafe NOMA provides the alcohol for all events at NOMA, we were grateful that they allowed us to set up a tasting prior to signing a contract to taste their food as a caterer options which helped us make an informed decision around the range of food options they were able to provide. We love traveling and wanted each of our food stations to represent a different place we had traveled. Amy and chef worked with us to generate the perfect menu that provided a range of options that both met the range of diets of our guests and our destinations. We wanted our guests to be greeted with cocktails before our ceremony and the team came up with both a cocktail and mocktail option for our guests. Our guests raved about the food and cocktail options available throughout the evening and especially the pies, cookies and doberge bites that were a part of our dessert station. The chocolate chip cookies made for a perfect favor and sendoff gift for our guests at the end of the evening. Each and every member of the bar and wait staff were wonderful, especially Rachel who made sure that myself and my husband got food and drinks throughout the evening! I highly recommend Ralph Brennan's catering- if you hire them it will be one of the best decisions you make!
