We had the pleasure of having Ralph capture our wedding in Laguna Beach, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the first conversation to the final gallery, Ralph was professional, organized, and made us feel completely at ease. He has an incredible eye for natural light and somehow captured every emotion without ever feeling intrusive.
Ralph, did our wedding about two years ago here in San Diego. We were beyond happy with the service and the pictures that he took of our wedding, and we still have the portrait in our living room, which was one of the most beautiful pictures we've had as a couple. Ralph showed up early and gave us one extra hour of shooting, so we could get some pictures from the party, which we were very thankful for.
Highly recommend him if you're looking for someone that's professional.

I spent twenty years as a commercial and editorial photographer before I started shooting weddings, and that training is the whole difference. I learned to find the one frame that says everything, and to stay out of the way while the real moments happen.
A wedding day moves fast. It is full of light and nerves and the kind of joy you cannot fake, and most of it is gone in a blink. My job is to catch it and hand it back to you as photographs you will still want to look at in forty years. I shoot a wedding the way a magazine shoots a feature: composed, patient, honest. You will not feel stiff in front of my camera, because that is not how I work.
I am based in Cleveland and I photograph across Northeast Ohio and Columbus. I keep my calendar small on purpose, so every couple gets my full attention. You email me and I answer. I plan the timeline with you. I show up early.
Every collection includes full coverage of your day, a second photographer on the larger packages, every edited image delivered, an online gallery, and print rights. Sneak peeks land within a week, and your full gallery follows within five to six weeks.
One thing here is only mine: the Day After Editorial Session. The morning after your wedding, we go out with no timeline and no guests. Just the two of you, the dress, and good light. It is where the calm, magazine-style portraits happen, the ones that are almost impossible to get while the wedding day is running. No other studio in Cleveland offers it.
