In all events, their gourmet food has been EXCEPTIONAL and exquisitely presented. One of our family weddings was a major challenge by serving only vegetarian food for 250 guests at Deering Estate. All of our invitees still nowadays are raving about the taste of the food and the spectacular setup, without noticing the absence of meat! We recommend Ralph’s Catering without reservation. They are absolutely amazing!

I still can't believe how great everything turned out. We went buffet style and the plates were absolutely filled with food and everyone had plenty. You definitely won't have to worry about running out. During the tasting before the wedding, we got to speak with Ralph and his wife, learn about their passion for the business, and try so many different things. They are WONDERFUL people and I can't recommend them enough. If you have an opportunity to hire them, PLEASE sign the contract before they are booked by someone else. You will not regret it.

We loved the Seared Salmon, Chicken Provençal, tortellini, and goat cheese mashed potatoes at the reception. And everyone enjoyed the mini cheeseburgers and truffle fries at cocktail hour! Everything was perfect, and you will find that Chef Ralph brings so much flavor to every dish! We are so thankful to him and his team!

These guys are pros, and they showed up and performed like pros for our gala and annual fundraiser! Special shout out to Melissa Caceres and Jehane Laham who were our quarterbacks during the planning stages as well as on event day. We certainly couldn't have pulled off a perfectly executed event without their help.

My husband and I special requested two items that were out of the norm for Ralph and because of this we had two tastings with him. Each comment we made for improvement, he made! the day of the wedding was no exception, the food was spectacular. We haven't stopped receiving compliments! Ralph and his team were efficient, professional and provided excellent service. we ordered Shrimp and grits as one of our appetizers and we loved it-- that bacon wrapped dates were the biggest hit with our guests in the appetaizers. As for the main course, we had braised short rib in a red wine reduction with mashed potatoes, the portions were huge and the meat was so tender and flavorful- truly superb! Ralph personally came to our sweetheart table the day of the wedding to check in that everything was ok, it meant so much for him to do that, especially when we could pay our high respects to him. Thank you to Ralph and his team our wedding was a dream come true and we are so thankful that they helped us achieve that!

Back to Ralph's, we are at the age that we had 5 other weddings the same year as our own and have had the luxury of sampling the food at all of them before ours and I must say, we made the right decision with Ralph's. The food was second to none! We had a buffet style dinner and Ralph was more than willing to accommodate my wife who is a vegetarian. He added on additional items to the buffet which was not originally included in the package deal for no extra charge and made a tray of mushrooms which was not even on his menu just for my wife who absolutely loves them. Our guests all mentioned it was some of the best food they'd had at a wedding. The roast beef carving station was tender and juicy (we went to another wedding and it was fatty and gristly and we' were afraid we'd receive a similar result but once again Ralph's exceeded the expectation). Ralph was a genuine guy who wanted nothing more than for you to be happy with your food choice. Would add more stars if possible.

set everything up for a tasting and secured my date. The customer service at the office was a bit lacking. There was a time where the check was cashed and then we were unable to contact anyone. Emails and phone calls weren't returned. It was a little scary, but eventually all was resolved. The food at the tasting was great. Ralph cooked up the items I requested as well as a few others for us to try. He worked with my budget and on my wedding day gave us more than what we had asked for. We were so grateful! The food was phenomenal! Everyone has been calling my husband and I and even our parents raving about the food and service. If you are wondering what we ordered: Appetizers -croquets -shrip canapes -sliders -empanadas Entree -chicken stuffed with veal (it was NOT your typical rubber chicken you get at weddings) -mashed potatoes with a dollop of sweet potato mash -julienne vegetables He also brought along extra appetizers that were great as well...some tacos and shrimp. We are so happy with our decision to use Ralph's and are planning on using them again in the near future.

I chose his company to cater my wedding day. He is an exceptional cook and very professional in the kitchen. He went above and beyond to make sure everything came out to perfection. I have received endless comments from my guests about the food and presentation. His staff also did an amazing job and very well dressed. They go above and beyond their catering duties; they help accomodate guests, they make sure the entire bridal party is happy at all times, and they make sure to communicate with all other vendors at the wedding to make sure things run smoothly. THE FOOD!!! Ralphs food was sooo good! I craved it from the tasting to the day of my wedding. All of our guests told us that they enjoyed the food. My uncles words were "Wow, the food was so good! I've never had "wedding-food" that tastes so good." Needless to say Ralph was so sweet, professional, caring, and a great chef!

For hor d'oeuvres he gave us about 8 different items... from a spanish omelette station, to hand passed hor d'oeuvres such as; dates wrapped in bacon, mofongo, quiche, chicken kabob, and a few more i can't remember. The buffet had greek salad, ny steak, ravioli, chicken, sauteed vegetables, and so much more. The selection was huge and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Aside from Ralph being a great cook, he also knows most of the other wedding vendors and he clicks well with them and can help coordinate other details with the florist, wedding planner... he's just available for anything you need him and that gave me peace of mind. I did not have a wedding planner and Ralph recommended all the other vendors, and i must say he was a God sent angel. Every vendor spoke highly of him and were happy to work with him, just because Ralph had recommended them. This man is so good at what he does, and i only wish more caterers used fresh ingredients and good quality food products, just as he does. Truly a talented individual and i wish he and his staff, many more years of good reviews, amazing weddings, and much success!!! Thank you Ralph for everything you did for us....I am truly a happy bride, and my husband who LOVES to eat was definitely a super happy groom.

His wife Carmen is a pleasure to work with and she will make sure everything is perfect! They will make any event spectacularand will work with you until you are completely happy and satisfied. We used them for our daughter's wedding in 2007 and now again in 2012 and people are still talking about how incredible the food and service was. I have recommended Ralph to many of my friends and family and they have all been so thankful that Ralph was a part of their event. Our family was truly blessed by meeting such a kind and talented couple. Ralph is truly the BEST!!!!
