My guests could not stop raving about the food. I had a buffet and some of my guests even went bacl for seconds. Not to mention ralph is such an amazing person and chef. You will taste the love in his food!

We highly recommend Ralph’s Catering for your finest events. Our family has had three weddings catered by them, as well as our annual business events. We could not have been more pleased with Ralph, the owner and chef, Carmen and Jenny, coordinator and manager; and we have to mention the professional services of all their white glove servers, especially Jose and Dante. In all events, their gourmet food has been EXCEPTIONAL and exquisitely presented. One of our family weddings was a major challenge by serving only vegetarian food for 250 guests at Deering Estate. All of our invitees still nowadays are raving about the taste of the food and the spectacular setup, without noticing the absence of meat! We recommend Ralph’s Catering without reservation. They are absolutely amazing!

Ralph and his team went above and beyond with our wedding. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS. We served the asian salad, stuffed chicken, tortellini, mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, and what was supposed to be roast beef but got upgraded to steak as a surprise from Ralph! The guests all told us the food was amazing and perfect. I still can't believe how great everything turned out. We went buffet style and the plates were absolutely filled with food and everyone had plenty. You definitely won't have to worry about running out. During the tasting before the wedding, we got to speak with Ralph and his wife, learn about their passion for the business, and try so many different things. They are WONDERFUL people and I can't recommend them enough. If you have an opportunity to hire them, PLEASE sign the contract before they are booked by someone else. You will not regret it.

Hiring Ralph's Catering for our wedding was such an incredible decision! Chef Ralph and the team were so kind and professional. Our guests had only wonderful things to say about the DELICIOUS food. When it rained during our cocktail hour, Ralph and his team were flexible and professional- they worked quickly to make sure our guests were happy and that the party could continue. The chef, Ralph, is the sweetest. Jennifer, their coordinator, is amazing and super helpful. Their staff was wonderful, the bartenders were great, and their food was delicious. All of that paired with an excellent price make for an easy "yes!" to hire them. Would do so again in a heartbeat.

Chef Ralph and his team were so professional and prepared an amazing buffet for our Wedding Day! When we met for a tasting, it was clear he was very passionate and talented in creating fresh, delicious cuisine. He was very accommodating and allowed customizations to the menu. We loved the Seared Salmon, Chicken Provençal, tortellini, and goat cheese mashed potatoes at the reception. And everyone enjoyed the mini cheeseburgers and truffle fries at cocktail hour! Everything was perfect, and you will find that Chef Ralph brings so much flavor to every dish! We are so thankful to him and his team!

I just had my wedding a few days ago and the food was absolutely incredible! All my guests were raving about how delicious and fun the menu items were. He even let us get creative with our horderves and venture off his typical menu. His staff was even better than the food. So polite, so sweet, helpful all the way around. I can't say enough about how happy we are with having gone with Ralphs Catering. 10/10 would recommend. Excited to book them again in the future for our next major events.

Exceptional food and service! They worked very closely with me and my planner to be able to provide all of the requests we made for the big day. They were able to supply a hybrid menu of American and Puerto Rican cuisines, and every dish was cooked to perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any party or wedding!

Ralph and his team are amazing! We got married a couple months ago and are still hearing back from guests on how delicious the food was! We met with Ralph and Jenny about a year before our wedding and decided on a unconventional menu and they were able to deliver it perfectly. He even through in little extras that we did not even order. His team is delightful and provide wonderful service. Ralph truly enjoys what he does and takes pride in delivering and executing your dream to perfection.

What can I say... just WOW! The Coral Gables Museum brought in Ralph's Catering for our inaugural Holiday Extravaganza - a holiday-themed opera concert on the outdoor Museum Plaza in Dec 2017. Not only was the food exceptional, but their professionalism and event-management mind-set during set-up was an added bonus. These guys are pros, and they showed up and performed like pros for our gala and annual fundraiser! Special shout out to Melissa Caceres and Jehane Laham who were our quarterbacks during the planning stages as well as on event day. We certainly couldn't have pulled off a perfectly executed event without their help.

Ralph and his team was great! They catered our wedding and provided bartenders to man the two bars that were available to our guests. We had tons of guests come up to us and tell us the chicken was the best they ever had at a wedding and the pasta station was to die for! Ralph himself is such a sweet man - he will do everything he can to make your event perfect. We were very happy with how everything turned out - would highly recommend!

Ralph was an amazing choice for our wedding. He was very professional, friendly, and reliable as a caterer. The food was phenomenal, we received many compliments from our guests about how much they enjoyed the food at our wedding. For any of our friends, we recommend Ralph's services without hesitation.

There are truly no words to describe how Ralph's catering exceeded my expectations! I am so thankful that I found this catering company and that I decided to work with them, truly! My husband and I special requested two items that were out of the norm for Ralph and because of this we had two tastings with him. Each comment we made for improvement, he made! the day of the wedding was no exception, the food was spectacular. We haven't stopped receiving compliments! Ralph and his team were efficient, professional and provided excellent service. we ordered Shrimp and grits as one of our appetizers and we loved it-- that bacon wrapped dates were the biggest hit with our guests in the appetaizers. As for the main course, we had braised short rib in a red wine reduction with mashed potatoes, the portions were huge and the meat was so tender and flavorful- truly superb! Ralph personally came to our sweetheart table the day of the wedding to check in that everything was ok, it meant so much for him to do that, especially when we could pay our high respects to him. Thank you to Ralph and his team our wedding was a dream come true and we are so thankful that they helped us achieve that!

We had Ralph's cater our wedding in December 2016 and cannot say enough about the excellent job they did! We had originally contacted them after reading reviews when they mentioned they are available as part of a "wedding in a box" package deal through Events on a Budget which saved us a ton of money and was well worth it. Back to Ralph's, we are at the age that we had 5 other weddings the same year as our own and have had the luxury of sampling the food at all of them before ours and I must say, we made the right decision with Ralph's. The food was second to none! We had a buffet style dinner and Ralph was more than willing to accommodate my wife who is a vegetarian. He added on additional items to the buffet which was not originally included in the package deal for no extra charge and made a tray of mushrooms which was not even on his menu just for my wife who absolutely loves them. Our guests all mentioned it was some of the best food they'd had at a wedding. The roast beef carving station was tender and juicy (we went to another wedding and it was fatty and gristly and we' were afraid we'd receive a similar result but once again Ralph's exceeded the expectation). Ralph was a genuine guy who wanted nothing more than for you to be happy with your food choice. Would add more stars if possible.

Ralph did an amazing job at our wedding. He was extremely polite, as was his staff. The food was amazing, and we were complimented on the food throughout the evening. We had the veal & spinach stuffed chicken breast along with a creamy alfredo tortellini and vegetables. It was delicious.His bartenders also did an amazing job. Thanks Ralph!

Ralph did a fantastic job for our wedding April 18 at Coconut Grove Woman's Club. He was very personable and everyone remarked how great his food was -- not surprising since it was awesome at the sampling. He even included a couple of surprise appetizers we hadn't ordered. The set-up and breakdown by his catering company was smoothly run. Highly recommend this caterer for anyone else getting married.

Ralph's Catering Corp. was recommend by my photographer because I was looking for a company that could provide the food, drinks, and rentals for a good price. I contacted them and set everything up for a tasting and secured my date. The customer service at the office was a bit lacking. There was a time where the check was cashed and then we were unable to contact anyone. Emails and phone calls weren't returned. It was a little scary, but eventually all was resolved. The food at the tasting was great. Ralph cooked up the items I requested as well as a few others for us to try. He worked with my budget and on my wedding day gave us more than what we had asked for. We were so grateful! The food was phenomenal! Everyone has been calling my husband and I and even our parents raving about the food and service. If you are wondering what we ordered: Appetizers -croquets -shrip canapes -sliders -empanadas Entree -chicken stuffed with veal (it was NOT your typical rubber chicken you get at weddings) -mashed potatoes with a dollop of sweet potato mash -julienne vegetables He also brought along extra appetizers that were great as well...some tacos and shrimp. We are so happy with our decision to use Ralph's and are planning on using them again in the near future.

Food was amazing! My fiancé and I had difficulty deciding after the tasting because everything was so good. We must have made good choices though because everyone told me after the wedding that the food was excellent! They did an amazing job and although I don't know the exact price ( found him through my planner and had a packaged deal) I'm pretty sure it was reasonable. On the day he even threw in some extra hors d'oeuvres! Don't think we could have made a better choice and I'm sure you will be happy if you use Ralph's catering.

Ralph, I would like to say thank you so much for making the day of my dreams come true. Ralph is the sweetest, most accommodating person I have ever worked with. I am so happy that I chose his company to cater my wedding day. He is an exceptional cook and very professional in the kitchen. He went above and beyond to make sure everything came out to perfection. I have received endless comments from my guests about the food and presentation. The moment we met Ralph I already knew I wanted to go with him as our caterer. He is always happy, always smiling and making sure you are calm and content. Everything was so easy with him. The service that he and his staff provided was incredible. They go above and beyond their catering duties; they help accomodate guests, they make sure the entire bridal party is happy at all times, and they make sure to communicate with all other vendors at the wedding to make sure things run smoothly. THE FOOD!!! Ralphs food was sooo good! I craved it from the tasting to the day of my wedding. All of our guests told us that they enjoyed the food. My uncles words were "Wow, the food was so good! I've never had "wedding-food" that tastes so good." Needless to say Ralph was so sweet, professional, caring, and a great chef!

I had complete peace of mind with Ralph, he only uses the best ingredients and you can tell by the quality of the food you have at your wedding. My husband and I opted for buffet style and he did an amazing job, the selection had great variation and ALL guests complimented him and also told us how delicious the food tasted. For hor d'oeuvres he gave us about 8 different items... from a spanish omelette station, to hand passed hor d'oeuvres such as; dates wrapped in bacon, mofongo, quiche, chicken kabob, and a few more i can't remember. The buffet had greek salad, ny steak, ravioli, chicken, sauteed vegetables, and so much more. The selection was huge and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. Aside from Ralph being a great cook, he also knows most of the other wedding vendors and he clicks well with them and can help coordinate other details with the florist, wedding planner... he's just available for anything you need him and that gave me peace of mind. I did not have a wedding planner and Ralph recommended all the other vendors, and i must say he was a God sent angel. Every vendor spoke highly of him and were happy to work with him, just because Ralph had recommended them. This man is so good at what he does, and i only wish more caterers used fresh ingredients and good quality food products, just as he does. Truly a talented individual and i wish he and his staff, many more years of good reviews, amazing weddings, and much success!!! Thank you Ralph for everything you did for us....I am truly a happy bride, and my husband who LOVES to eat was definitely a super happy groom.

Incredible is truly an understatement. First of all, he is one of the nicest persons I have ever met, right away, he makes you feel like you're family. His food is by far the best I have ever tasted. His attention to detail is fabulous. His main goal is that his client is happy with the event and he will go to any length to make sure that happens. His wife Carmen is a pleasure to work with and she will make sure everything is perfect! They will make any event spectacularand will work with you until you are completely happy and satisfied. We used them for our daughter's wedding in 2007 and now again in 2012 and people are still talking about how incredible the food and service was. I have recommended Ralph to many of my friends and family and they have all been so thankful that Ralph was a part of their event. Our family was truly blessed by meeting such a kind and talented couple. Ralph is truly the BEST!!!!

Not only is Ralph a great person! He cooks amazing!!! Everyone at the wedding said it was great as was the best food they have ever had at a wedding, including the very high end, expensive type weddings. He cooks amazing and is great to work with, I would highly recommend him!

ralph and his wife carmen are just a pleasure to work with. they will make your wedding the best it can possibly be. his food is amazing, its fresh and does not taste like it came from a mass producing kitchen, its made to order.his communication throughout the entire process is unparalleled. you can reach him day or night and if he cant answer the phone he's calling you back within 5 minutes to answer all your concerns. you will not regret booking him, i promise you that. he's also got the best price, and for his quality, you can't beat his price.
