ut didn’t rush us through the process. We never had an empty water glass, wine glass, or cocktail glass throughout the 4* hour event. The food was served hot and of course was delicious! The fish was so good! The sunset as we were serviced cocktails on the balcony and was the perfect location to begin our celebratory weekend, looking over City Park where we played as kids. Would recommend this to any other bride and groom looking for a venue for their rehearsal dinner.

If there was a request, she fulfilled it. The room was immaculate, and food was delicious, and what could be better than cocktails on the balcony overlooking beautiful City Park? It was such a special night, and the group at Ralph's gave us a night to be proud of.

I cannot say enough about the food! It was perfect. The gumbo was phenomenal and that was just the beginning of our incredible dinner. There is not other place I could have envisioned our reception. thing was absolutely perfect. Anita, our event coordinator, was a godsend and was incredibly accommodating to our dietary needs (a 1/3 of our guests were vegetarians). It’s been a month since our wedding, and we still get daily comments on how delicious our food was and how gorgeous the venue was. Our out of town guests loved the views of city park from the balcony. I truly cannot recommend Ralph’s on the Park enough.

the venue is gorgeous! Located near City Park, you can admire the beautiful oak trees from their balcony, while savoring their delectable spirits. My personal favorite is the death in the oaks cocktail!

presentation with unique flavors of New Orleans. The staff was Awesome!!! I am very big on service since in my early years worked for Mariott corporation and trained in "White glove Service". This staff went far beyond just any service, they were impeccable at every moment and made my event as special as I wanted it to be. Thank you also Anita for helping me to plan and stay calm in the whole process!!! :o) Thank you to the Chef!!!

We live in Charleston, South Carolina and working with Anita by phone and email was incredible. Our family kept saying how great the night was! Many of them have Ralph's on the Park as a favorite restaurant. It is certainly ours after finding it when we drove by after a trip to the wedding venue in City Park and had to do lunch. They exceeded everyone's expectations! We will be sure to make it a place to visit and entertain everytime we go back to New Orleans!

We found Ralph's on the Park while driving by after we checked out the venue in City Park. What a find! We stopped in to have lunch and we were blown away and our dinner the night of the rehearsal was simply AMAZING! Thanks to Anita for being a rock star. She set us up in the Oak Room and helped us pick out an incredible dinner! We will always stop by and entertain when we are in New Orleans. Ralph's on the Park will always have a place in our heart!!!

stairs for our brunch wedding. We had 2 bars set up on the balconies serving mimosas, poinsettias, wine, brandy milk punch, etc. The food was amazing. The food at Ralph’s is always amazing. The staff was incredibly attentive. As the reception was winding down, they made sure to pack up all our leftover food for us. That Christmas, Ralph’s sent us a sweet little ornament commemorating our first Christmas as a married couple. My family and I couldn’t have been happier with our experience!!!

d since we don't live in New Orleans we/I relied heavily on Hayden to help throughout the process. She was an absolute delight to work with - responding quickly to my questions, providing a floor plan, making arrangements for our request for a large display table to be set up for pictures etc. etc. The staff were great to work with while setting up and decorating for the event. During the cocktail hour & rehearsal dinner the staff were very attentive, welcoming, friendly and made our guests all feel like they were special. The venue was just perfect as the rehearsal was in City Park so our guests were not having to travel across town - it was a simple stroll through the park and arrive at Ralph's. The balcony is a wonderful area for the bar to be set up and offered our guests the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful evening while visiting with family and friends. The food was amazing! Our guests just raved about it and the service was perfectly timed. I would highly recommend Ralph's for your special occasion! Everything we could have hoped it would be!

d for a City Park ceremony but the rain did not allow for that so we had a change 2 days before the wedding date! Anita helped us plan for the change so effortlessly and it all came together. The staff even came in earlier than planned to help my husband set everything up. We had about 40 guests for a Sunday morning brunch and everyone loved the food, the space and the staff! I'm definitely looking forward to celebrating something here again!

Ralph's was the perfect venue for us as the location is beautiful across from the park and the decor/architecture doesn't need a single addition to make it perfect. Our guests continue to rave to us about the delicious food and our photos, especially those on the balconies, are just stunning. A lot of our guests commented that it was the best food that had ever had at a wedding. Hayden made the whole process so easy for us- it was the only venue we looked at and we immediately felt so comfortable. We never felt pressured to do anything other than our vision and our budget. And on the day of the wedding, the staff were so kind to us and just made everything so easy. We can't wait to go back to Ralph's to celebrate anniversaries.

New Orleans to meet with vendors (we live in Cleveland, Ohio) we decided we should check out at least one other venue. When we pulled up to Ralph's in the Uber, we knew this was it. Ralph's is so beautiful, right across from City Park, with a sweet balcony and view of City Park. Our rehearsal dinner turned out fantastic! It ended up being a huge sob fest with beautiful prayers and speeches but nonetheless, perfect. The service staff was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We can't thank you enough for providing us with the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner!

The food was AMAZING, the staff hospitable and attentive (even servers who were not attending to our party stopped to congratulate us!), and all arrangements with other vendors were seamlessly taken care of so we didn't have to worry about a thing. They were so responsive and helpful. The location was perfect, allowing us to take gorgeous photos across the street in City Park at sunset while our guests got the party started inside and on the breathtaking balcony. odating to provide a rain option for us should the weather turn nasty, luckily we were able to do it outside. The food was delicious, although the fried green tomato had very little tomato. My only real main issue was the alcohol. I chose to do a consumption tab instead of all you can drink per person considering the time of day and many of my guests don't drink. The wait staff was way too heavy handed, with the wine especially, filling up drinks after people said they didn't want any more and filling up when people were away from their seats. At the end of the lunch there was a ton of wasted full glasses that we were charged for and ended up going over our budget. I spoke with the event planner about this and they just shrugged it away and said they didn't realize I had a budget. Its a wedding of course I have a budget we discussed it in the beginning, not to mention there is clearly a reason I chose consumption tab vs. unlimited drinks. The staff was trying to bulk up the tab, it put a damper on the event.

When booking the venue, the office staff were very professional and accommodating on any changes I requested as well as listening to the issues that were important to me as a hostess. The wait staff were silently in the background timing everything perfectly and taking care of any issues that arose without me even having to ask. (believe me there were very few)The food was excellent and since we had place cards indicating which guests was to receive which entree there were no mix ups, no delays and all the meals were delivered hot. Champagne was poured as requested and the wine flowed as requested. I received so many compliments and everyone had a great time. You will NEVER regret hosting an event here!! Many thanks to everyone at Ralph's making us feel so at home!!!

For example I called Ralph's a couple days before the wedding to see when I should set up a time to have the cake delivered and they had already taken care of it for me. They guided us through every step and made sure on the day of that everything stayed on track. The hors d'oeuvres and food were amazing and the staff was attentive. Our wedding day couldn't have been more perfect in large part because of Ralph's On The Park, their beautiful location, exemplary staff, fantastic food, and attention to detail in every respect.

The bar was staged on the balcony, and this made it so accommodating for guests to move around the interior spaces freely. Also, it kept people circulating prior to the dinner, which was amazing. We chose two entree options for the dinner, and my husband and I both received many compliments on the food and service. Overall, it was just a very pleasant and delightful experience and a treasure for our memories. I regret we did not get many photos, as the videographer was hired for the wedding only.
