g, we felt his warmth and generosity, and knew we were in incredible hands. We were also blessed to work closely with Leah, the venue’s wedding coordinator. Leah’s treasure trove of resources, ideas, and expertise was invaluable. She helped us navigate every detail of the planning with grace and creativity. Leah was so communicative, and always available to answer questions, share ideas, and give us tips and insight.
The hospitality of the Ralston’s Crossing team made us feel welcomed as part of their family, not clients. Leading up to the wedding, we frequented their charming open houses, held every Wednesday, and attending nearly all of them became one of our favorite pre-wedding rituals. It wasn’t just preparation, it was pure joy, exploring the beauty of the venue alongside the lovely people who made it all possible.
Every corner of Ralston’s Crossing is breathtaking. There are so many dreamy nooks perfect for photos or peaceful moments; vine-covered trellises, a romantic gazebo, ivy-laced terraces, and winding garden pathways. We exchanged vows at the stunning gazebo and danced on the amphitheater under sparkling lights- it was like something out of a fairy tale. Stepping out to the ivy-clad terrace felt magical, and the lush surroundings offered picture-perfect views at every turn. The timeless chapel, the graceful waterfall, and meticulously manicured gardens all came together to form a backdrop that was effortlessly romantic.
Randy, and Leah’s husband (also Randy) were our bartenders at the wedding and greeted guests with their charismatic, outgoing presence that added so much warmth and laughter to the evening. Every minute detail at the wedding was handled with care. From lighting to seating, décor to timing, the entire day unfolded smoothly, beautifully, and seamlessly. Their full-day venue access meant we could savor every moment, from getting ready in the charming prep spaces to celebrating late into the night under twinkling lights.

Their unwavering support, personal touches, and attention to every detail turned our wedding into a dream come true. The place is just stunning for wedding photos. It also offers a beautiful outdoor dance area and indoor dance floor. Guests enjoyed being able to go in and out. The best part is the event team! We, as well as our immediate family, truly had nothing to worry about and made wedding planning so much easier! We hardly had to do anything day-of as the team helps prepare you in every way, from info you need to know, talking to vendors, setting up day of and providing guidance/coordination! Everything the event center did exceeded expectations and provided a wedding experience my hubby and I will always remember!

No expensive "preferred vendor" list, lots of flexibility, beautiful chapel and grounds, with no street noise (unexpected!). Randy, Leah & the rest of the team are genuine, honest, and caring, as well as being professional, prompt & communicative. Our guests commented on what a special place Ralston's Crossing was. Having the venue reserved the entire day for us made for a relaxing day with no stress and in such a peaceful setting. Very flexible, but also has ideas and suggestions. Not the most organized, but they are a new venue, and we paid about $3k to have the place to ourselves for the entire day. Dressing room with mirrors and lights downstairs for the ladies, dudes can chill upstairs. Beautiful covered pavillion, where we fit nearly 200 people at 10 ft round tables. Nature has it's way here and it's perfect. There is also adorable lighting and fountains.
They let us come by several times and walk the property in order to envision exactly what we wanted. The first time we went to see the property I cried because it was so perfect!
