Brandi was our contact at RAM and I am so thankful she was there for everything. She was so helpful with choosing meal selections and table and linen decorations. She was extremely friendly and so helpful. She gave us names of vendors we did no...t have yet and we were able to book them ASAP. I felt like I did not have to do anything! She was very responsive when I had any questions, even the tiniest of ones, and was willing to meet when asked. She was very flexible and everything turned out perfect at my wedding. The servers at dinner made sure my groom and I had everything we needed, appetizers, drinks, and food. We were a little behind schedule, but the servers did the best job ever getting food out quickly so we could eat before the party really started. The food was as delicious as it was when we tasted it and I am so thankful and happy RAM Catering was apart of our special day. Thank you so much and I cannot express how happy I am with how everything turned out.
