The service and location are good. The room is somewhat outdated, but everything is clean and works well.
Forgot to mention that we stayed here twice.

The bathroom was spotlessly clean! Possibly the cleanest hotel bathroom I’ve been in! The tile in the shower is a bit dated, but that’s cool; it is clean! The rest of our room was modernized, beds were comfortable, our room was quiet. (Note...
: stayed on 7th floor)
The exterior is starting to look a bit older and the elevator is a bit threadbare, but it was fast and quiet. (Actually, rather enjoyed the ride in the older elevator)
The staff was nice and helpful; I would happily stay here again!

Everything about this hotel is in my opinion 5 stars. The rooms and bedding as well as bathroom are excellent, the front staff very welcoming, and informative... the location is excellent... wish we could have stayed longer...

Elevator needs repair. Stops between floors. Feels very unsafe.
Overall good value for the money. Typical hotel room. Building is definitely showing signs of age. Clean sheets. Friendly staff. Good amount of parking. Great location.

Showing age but rooms clean. Bathroom is small. Nice to have pool and hot tub just outside of room. No free breakfast as per other hotels. In the older part of town.

Great location as it is right on Washington Street where you have a lot of options for restaurants and bars as well shopping. I did notice that prices were lower on some travel sits than though the hotel website, sometimes there is a large diff...
erence in price. But the room was clean and the thermostat on the heater/air-conditioner were easy to work and set. The elevator did seem to be rather old and a bit out of date though

Room was great layout and looked great but the most uncomfortable bed I have ever had the displeasure of trying to sleep in. Toilet super small and low. Not an issue for me but still weird. Apparently our room had to be in a separate building t...
han the pool so that wasn't cool. Walking across a parking lot in the rain in swimsuit. Hot tub jets barely work and whole area for pool dirty. Found an ant floating in the hot tub. People who work there are great. Location is fine. Hotel needs some major updates.

We stayed two nights in different room (because we checked out in-between and decided to stay in Marquette another night). The beds in both rooms were very comfortable, the staff was great and engaging. There are other areas of the hotel that...
need updating.
Several rooms open only to the pool, as was the case our second night. It was very, very noisy (after all it is a pool which is open till 11:00PM), so if you want quiet, do not stay here in a room that opens to the pool. Having said that, during our first night, the pool was quiet (we used the hot tub, but our room did not open to the pool).

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times now since we live in a nearby town we stay in marquette quite a bit just to get away and enjoy the "big city". Yesterday I booked a room online. 1 queen room. Checked in and hurried to dinner, and our show after...
wards getting back to the hotel about 10. We saw the hot tub was empty so took advantage of that. Hurried upstairs to our room changed and went back down to hot tub. Enjoyed the hot tub for a while. Went back upstairs took a shower. By this time we have been up since 4 am and on the go and it was after 11pm. We ended up getting a room with 2 beds.... we when we went to lay in bed my husband pretty much took the hole bed... we have a queen size bed at home. So we had to use both beds and sleep separately.. by this time we were so tired just accepted the fact. Next morning apron checking out I said something to the kid at the desk and he said they were queen beds, just small ones but his boss said they fit the guide lines for queen... well they didn't because queen guide lines are 60 inches by 80 inches. Needless to say we will be using other hotels for our future stays and not here.

I always stay at Ramadas and I have always had good experiences before this one. This one was so terrible. Google said the pricing was $70 but we were charged $133. I brought this up and they said they are supposed to charge guests as high as p...
ossible. It sounds like they want the staff to scam the guests by charging double what they are able to. Plus the room smelled so bad and moldy. I could've stayed at the Fairmont for the same price ! This one is so loud, smells bad and has no breakfast.
