Ramblewood Country Club by Ron Jaworski Weddings

latest ceremony start time was 5:30 w/ end at 11. She said the hotel they partnered with offers free shuttle service. I called the hotel and they have NEVER done this for free. Gabrielle offered a discount for this which was later reneged. I expressed concern about golfers using the same restrooms as wedding guests (and the bride!!) I read a review about a golfer vomiting and taking wedding basket items. Gabrielle said it was a guest, not a golfer in that review. At our wedding, our baskets were ransacked by golfers. My husband saw and told them to put it back I was concerned about golfers playing near the ceremony. Gabrielle assured me it would not happen and joked they don’t want us hit with balls. During our vows, kids and a dad ran around golfing loudly about 20 feet away. It was embarrassing and distracting. We were promised a tasting, which was later denied because “buffets don’t get tastings.” I argued and we got one I added suite food for the day. Despite being locked in for 2025 pricing, they charged 2026 rates. I argued and got a discount, but it wasn’t really a discount-they applied the shuttle discount to the food instead. One discount for two issues Dropoff was a mess. 1 side of the office is devoted to you and the other to the next bride. They got our decorations confused and asked if some of the other stuff was mine! Day of:Arrived at 10 am with breakfast spread out. No coffee, they needed to “find” some. Katie was attentive but snippy when my girls asked her to leave breakfast while she brought lunch. We were still picking on it. Also got snippy when someone left the suite door open which needs to stay closed to avoid wandering golfers lol Photos on golf carts were fun. Skip the tunnel it’s dirty and full of graffiti. Ceremony was fine, but, golfers were swinging 20 feet away. Katie ran across the field mid vows, not sure how staff missed that before I walked down Cocktail hour was good, but staff were not attentive. Utensils and napkins ran out, and MOB had to find Reception: after our dance they did the cake cutting despite our schedule. It blindsided us & Lights were not dimmed. When I went for my first drink the bartender said they were out of the tequila I upgraded. I had to find Katie and it took 15 minutes and upset me at the start of my night Dinner was good, but they didn’t announce dessert Katie continuously replaced my drink even with one/two sips taken. I lost track& by the end of the night I was not feeling well. No bartender would have kept serving me, I’m upset Katie did. I was on the floor all night w/ a drink in hand and nowhere to put it down. Also gave me no water Pickup was worse than dropoff. All decorations and boxes were OG in lobby. Next morning moved to the office. A sentimental and expensive whiskey bottle was missing, which had been in the lobby. Staff said we must have misplaced it-We never got it back Later noticed 2 more items missing. I emailed Gabrielle. Initially she said nothing was left. When I was very specific, she said “oh ya they’re here,” assumed an employee left them for her, and said she couldn’t mail them. When we went to pick them up, Gabrielle and the items weren’t there. She hasn’t answered emails for months. Never got them back Gabrielle is very salesy and it’s clear her tour promises were false.

Her sweet and enthusiastic personality , and knowledge about weddings and the venue helped my fiancé and I book Ramblewood right after her showing. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and great space for a wedding.

Katie was a lifesaver on our wedding day, she kept us on schedule and took such great care of us throughout the day/night. These ladies were so kind and I am so happy I was able to work with them! Our guests have told us what an amazing wedding we had and they were raving about the food! If you’re looking to get married at Ramblewood, I highly recommend them. 

s awesome and received many compliments. We did have great weather and enjoyed our day. The grounds, specifically The Oaks ceremony site, are beautiful. Katie (your day of coordinator) is amazing. Give this woman a raise! There are however things we were not happy with that we wanted to pass along to other couples considering this venue. There were many errors the day of with our food and drink selections despite confirming them numerous times. We verified 3 times that we did not want mashed potatoes and we ended up with mashed potatoes. Hors d'oeuvres were incorrect. There were more than a few liquors that were listed as being included with the open bar that were simply not present behind the bar the day of, one of those being a bourbon that we chose for both of our signature drinks. Instead, a cheaper bourbon we didn't care for was used. Signature drinks, though you are only allowed to pick "simple" ones with only a few ingredients, were pre-mixed in liquor bottles and were inconsistent. Many guests noted this to us - that none of them tasted the same. Also, no one informed us that when you include your guest’s entree selections that you were supposed to also include WHO ordered what, not just the number per table that we were asked to provide. So despite asking guests in advance and providing numbers of entrees per table to the venue, guests were asked AGAIN the day of (and of course many couldn’t remember what they ordered which caused confusion). This was especially frustrating as we had this information on hand and could have provided it, given someone informed us this was necessary. These may seem like small things but when you’re spending such a large amount of money, there should be double checking of things and no errors like this. Lastly, communication with staff was not the greatest. Once we booked, we’d sometimes go weeks without a response to emails. Yes, people are allowed to take family leave, but please pull staff from other locations or have other staff assist in the office so that these issues are not present and so that other staff members are not clearly overloaded with work. We were also told we could use the Lion’s Den for the guys to get ready in, and then were told at the last minute “sorry, we actually double booked it so you can only use it for 45 minutes now”, which disrupted getting ready plans. Disappointingly, no one followed up with us afterwards to see how everything went, hence this review.

She kept everything in line, the timelines were perfect. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. The team made my day run smoothly and really flawless. I would recommend this venue to everyone! It’s beautiful, the food/cocktail hour is amazing!

Having her there allowed us to be fully present and actually enjoy every moment without a single worry. And the food—wow. Just wow. Every single dish was next-level delicious. Our guests are still raving about the food! It was creative, flavorful, beautifully presented, and just ridiculously good. We knew it would be great, but it honestly blew us away. The attention to detail, quality, and freshness of the ingredients was clear in every bite. This venue was not only beautiful but supported by an incredibly professional and caring team. Gabrielle and her team were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire planning process, always going above and beyond to ensure our vision came to life. Their expertise and guidance were invaluable, and they made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. On our wedding day, the service was truly exceptional. Our Maitre d, Katie, was AMAZING!!! However, we can't forget about the entire staff as well. They were attentive, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. The food was delicious, the drinks were flowing, and our guests raved about the entire experience. We are so grateful to Ramblewood for making our wedding day so special. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, seamless, and unforgettable wedding experience.

We had nearly avoided a wave of terrible weather just after the cocktail hour, but the staff were quick and able to direct our guests to come inside without any issues. dding coordinator and from the beginning she was extremely helpful and awesome! Katie was our day of coordinator and I cannot rave enough about her, she is amazing! Anything we needed the entire day she was on top of it! She stuck with us the entire night, finding us when we were needed, making sure we always had food, drinks etc, and even packing up everything at the end of the night! She was super supportive in times of stress and was just all around phenomenal! I had dietary restrictions and the chef made me my own personalized meal and hand delivered it. When I say it was one of the most amazing meals I ever had, I mean it! It stormed an hour before the ceremony and the staff were all outside drying the chairs down so that we could keep our ceremony outside. We received nothing but compliments the entire night from our guests! I know I can only give 5 stars, but I would rate Ramblewood and the staff 10/10.

We wish we could hire Gabrielle to work with us for all our other needs! Katie, there aren’t enough words. She was amazing. Our absolute angel on earth. If we thought about something it was like she just knew and took care of it. The food was delicious. The whole staff was friendly and we had a ball with them. The property is gorgeous. You can’t go wrong here!

We really enjoyed working with both Gabrielle and Riley in the beginning planning stages of our wedding. Our Day of Coordinator, Katie, was absolutely phenomenal. She made sure my husband and I ate when needed and that our drinks were restocked every hour on the hour. Ramblewood is incredibly reasonable in comparison to other venues and the amount of items that they offer is incredible. Our wedding is the best day of our lives and we are so grateful that we picked Ramblewood for our special day!

Gabrielle and Riley made the planning process a breeze and answered all of my (millions of) questions quickly and patiently. Katie, my day of concierge, was AMAZING. Even my family and friends complemented on how great she was. Food was great, drinks were flowing and they also have several other recommended vendors that make it even more special (shout out Alberts Transportation, Mobile Cigar Lounge and BME Event Group) Overall, 10/10 - mine is the third wedding in my friend group to be at Ramblewood and I plan to continue recommending them to anyone looking for a dream of a wedding experience.

Katie was very attentive to details on the morning of the wedding and assisted with finding beautiful locations for photos with our photographer. Katie really did help us think of just about anything we may have missed! Ramblewood staff were friendly and professional while serving guests at our wedding. The morning of our wedding I was able to enter the reception space to see how everything looked before the ceremony started and was so happy to see how everything came out. Rylie, the events coordinator, was so attentive to details and made everything look beautiful! Rylie was also so attentive to details and very easy to communicate with if we had any questions leading up to our wedding. Any last minute changes or questions she was always available. Our wedding day was so beautiful! One thing my husband and I wish could have gone differently was our timeline being pushed back due to guests showing up late for the start of the ceremony, which pushed back the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We would have preferred the ceremony start on time so the rest of the wedding events did not get pushed back. Our guests loved the food at Ramblewood as well as the dessert selections! Our guests have continued to share with us how much fun they had at our wedding and we really appreciate all of the staff at Ramblewood who made our wedding day go so smoothly.

elpful. What sold me with working with her on our wedding day? She was the only one to ask to look at my ring when we were looking for venues. She was welcoming and personal. She didn’t seem like she wanted a sale like some venues we looked at. Megan was so sweet and wonderful the day of my wedding as well. I found out Gabrielle was going to be away our wedding day and Megan stepped in and was just as amazing as Gabrielle. Katie is phenomenal. Every wedding venue needs a Katie. I have never been to a wedding venue where the guests wedding day concierge was as amazing as Katie. She was always there to help, serve and provide laughs. She even took pictures the photographer was taking and took my cell number to send them to me after the wedding day. If she didn’t do that, I wouldn’t have a copy of a picture of my parents, brother, husband and I because it didn’t come out professionally! The venue fit our vision perfectly. The layout just really worked well for everything. The packages were reasonable and fit to what we felt should be provided at a wedding. Everyone loved the drinks and food and overall it was just a wonderful time. If you want a stress free experience, I recommend booking your wedding here. The staff was truly wonderful and I am grateful for everything they do for our wedding day!

Katie, the day of coordinator is an absolute treasure. She took such great care of us during the wedding from helping with our attire, to making sure we ate, helping with the photos, shuffling us around where we needed to be and always making sure we had drinks. It was an all around excellent experience. I definitely recommend this venue.

he food was delicious and served on time. The manager/ event coordinator Gabrielle is so kind. She did a great job of helping me keep a level head while planning the big day. My only "complaint" would be that we couldn't take the extra leftover food after our events- which felt like a big waste. But I think that was an issue with a NJ law, not the venue specifically. I highly recommend this venue.

(I hate being the center of attention especially infront of 100+ people) She gave me the best pep talk before my dad and I had to walk and after my husband and I said our I do's, she was right back by our side making sure we were ok. She even took photos for me so that I would have some before the photographer sent over his edits. Katie, THANK YOU! Thank you for being one of the best parts of my wedding and making my wedding day the best it could be! You truly are an asset to Ramblewood and we were all blown away with how amazing you are!

It was so fun for me and my husband to ride around the golf course on a “Just Married” golf cart with our photographer for our wedding pictures. During cocktail hour, we loved that our guests were able to be outside and enjoy the golf course views. The food was absolutely delicious at cocktail hour, during dinner service, and in the dessert room. After our wedding, our guests could not stop raving about the Mac and Cheese bar and the dessert room. We would definitely recommend Ramblewood Country Club!

gh! The attention to detail on the day of is unmatched. I got to work with Katie on the day-of and she was amazing! From start to finish of our day - never missing a beat, making sure everything was perfect and that we were totally taken care of. She even managed to get grape juice out of my wedding gown before pictures! If you're considering Ramblewood for your big day - do it!! You will not regret it. So many of our friends are getting married and have talked about how stressful it is and how difficult their venues are and I simply couldn't relate. So much stress/ angst was taken away by working with this team, I cannot recommend them enough.

It was the best wedding meal (dinner at a wedding) I have had and so many others firmly agreed! The chocolate room was delicious and so many people raved about it! Last but certainly not least……..I have no words to describe the absolutely incredible job that Katie did as our day of coordinator!!! From the moment she arrived until well after we left……she never once stopped making sure every detail was covered. She was on top of every little thing and made our entire day/night PERFECT! She is AMAZING and made my day…..all day/night long!!! I hope she (and Ramblewood) know how incredible she is at performing her job! I don’t even have enough words to praise her!!!
