Ramona did my engagement photo hair and makeup! She was amazing and extremely professional :)

Ramona is absolutely amazing at what she does! She was wonderful to work with and such a calming presence the morning of my wedding. She can make you feel like 1 million bucks! She did my mother-in-law's make up and was told she wanted a "wow" look, and after Ramona was done, all my mother-in-law could say was wow over and over again! I wanted a couple adjustments in my look from my trial to my day of, and Ramona did my makeup exactly as I wanted. I felt so beautiful and would recommend her to anyone!

If I could rate her negative stars I would, but that is not an option. Ramona cancelled on wedding. I am an out of town bride and not familiar with the area, I paid my deposit well in advance and was even paying more money to have her travel to my location. Her professionalism surrounding the situation was extremely disappointing. So if you are looking to put down a couple of hundred dollars of a deposit to roll the dice if she will follow through then you should definitely contact her, if you are looking for someone that follows through with their commitments then I would recommend going elsewhere.

First off, I love love love Ramona. She is so easy to get along with and as soon as I met her I immediately felt like she was one of my best friends. Not only is Ramona very talented, she is also very easy to work with. She accommodated all of my requests and even traveled to me on three separate occasions to do my hair and makeup for my engagement photos, bridal shower and wedding. Each time my hair and makeup looked flawless. On my wedding day my hair and makeup held up through an entire day of rain, photos, dancing and happy tears - all because Ramona's application process is 100% and she ensures the end result will hold up no matter what. The products she uses are high quality and for someone with extremely sensitive skin I never had an issue with the makeup Ramona used. She is very detail oriented and I felt like I could 100% trust her to make me look and feel beautiful. If you are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, easy to work with and produces a high quality, modern and fresh end result - then look no further - Ramona is your girl!

I hired Ramona at the suggestion of my photography team. I was thrilled to discover that Ramona and I got along great during my makeup trial and I was incredibly pleased with my results. On my wedding day, Ramona arrived on time and was so personable and flexible with my mother and my friends. Everyone was so pleased with their makeup. I was thrilled with my bridal look. My cheekbones were contoured and my face looked incredibly thin, and, yet, I looked not too made up and looked totally like myself. It was the perfect look for me on my big day. Thank you SO MUCH RAMONA!

Ramona far exceeded expectations, which was a particular relief as traveled to the ceremony from out of state, and did not meet her until the day of the event. She was really responsive in the run up to the actual day, and really listened to us about the looks we wanted. Our hair and make up held up perfectly with no retouching for 12 hours in high winds and with our young children all over us.

My sister used Ramona when she got married two years ago and I was so impressed with her that it was an immediate and easy choice to use her for my wedding. She made everyone in our bridal party look absolutely gorgeous and we all received so many compliments throughout the entire day! Ramona truly listens and communicates with you to determine what style you want and is able to execute it perfectly. She is also a pleasure to work with-punctual, professional and accommodating. Ramona and her team were worth every penny! My hair and makeup was just how I wanted it including flawless airbrushed makeup that stayed well through the night (even with my usually very oily skin). I would recommend Ramona and her team for any bride looking for herself and bridesmaids. She is very personable and easy to work with. We loved Ramona!

Ramona is AMAZING. My hair and makeup trial at her adorable studio was my favorite part of the wedding planning processes...so much fun! She did both hair and makeup for our bridal party and everyone was so happy with the results. One of my bridesmaids even booked Ramona for her own wedding in March! Makeup and hair lasted all night after A LOT of dancing! I felt so confident on my wedding and have Ramona to thank for that!

Ramona did an incredible job! We've just seen a few pictures so far, but from the day of, we all looked beautiful while still not looking overdone! She put up with a difficult bridesmaid that wasn't having her hair of makeup done, but still wanted to borrow Ramona's hairspray. She didn't even bat an eye. She and her assistant even waited around for our late Mother of the Groom. I did a trial with Ramona months before and it was wonderful getting to know her and seeing her lovely studio. She repeated the same look on the day perfectly. Ramona could tell I was getting nervous just by the way I was breathing when she applied my makeup. She just quietly helped me take a few deep breaths and reassured me. Amazing! She is excellent for any size wedding party and bridal makeup. Affordable costs especially for the quality of her services. Her assistant was equally talented and they both made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. Book her!

I really enjoyed working with Ramona for my makeup on my wedding day. The trial went well so I was confident in her skills, but I looked even better on my wedding day! She came to our venue (her assistant was great too!) and was very prompt and professional, working efficiently with all my bridesmaids to make them look gorgeous. I didn't plan on having a makeup artist for my wedding but after seriously thinking about it I contacted Ramona a month before my wedding and she was able to set me up. Wrking with Ramona Dauksa Studio for my make up needs was such a pleasure! Nikki is very professional, responsive, and fun. She chose the best look for my Bridal Party & me that we looked amazing! It was a hot day out and our makeup stayed on thru out the day, I never felt prettier! Thank you so much!

I have to start with saying that I had no plans to get my make-up done for the wedding, so I started the search for a make-up artist very late. Ramona was able to take me (1 month before the wedding), and she is AMAZING. The make-up wasn't overwhelming, and perfect for my skin type. She was so much fun to work with and I honestly wish she could do my make-up every day! I definitely recommend her for make-up. You won't be disappointed!

Ramona did an absolutely amazing job with my hair and makeup for my wedding, as well as the makeup for my bridal party. From the trial a few months before to the actual wedding day, she was professional and efficient and everything lasted until the last dance of the night. I would definitely recommend her to any friends getting married.

Ramona is amazing. We booked her through a third party service since we had a large group that needed on site hair and makeup for the wedding. A couple months before the wedding I went to Ramona's studio in Tremont (super convenient location and adorable studio) for my trial. I loved my hair and makeup at the trial and ADORED it at the wedding. Ramona took so much time with my hair and it was PERFECT, everything I wanted and couldn't articulate. My makeup looked great. I cried throughout the day and it did last. I wish I had touched it up prior to my photos (after the ceremony) but I did before the reception and it was fine! She is the sweetest and I loved the results. Completely recommend.

She is extremely professional, friendly and made me feel comfortable within minutes. The end result was amazing! Ramona did the makeup for myself and my wedding party for my May 2015 wedding. I found Ramona through a friend of mine who had used her for her own wedding. My original makeup artist I was going to use fell through at the last minute, leaving me scrambling to find a replacement only months before my wedding. I couldn't believe that she was able to squeeze me in that late, and was willing to go to the venue location! I went for a trial with Ramona about a month or two before the wedding date, and she was wonderful. I had a couple ideas in mind, and she did a beautiful job going off of my verbal descriptions and pictures I had brought. The day of the wedding, Ramona was wonderful and extremely professional. She did the makeup for myself, my 6 bridesmaids, and both the mothers of the bride and groom. Her work was wonderful and lasted all day in the 85-some degree heat! I had done the trial beforehand with her, and she had no problem with me changing a few things with the look we had decided upon that day. I would recommend Ramona to any bride looking for a makeup artist for their wedding day. She was amazing and I felt very reasonably priced.

Ramona did our make up for my August wedding at my home. We didn't order air brush make up, but she brought it because she wanted the makeup to last with the heat and for us to look our best. She really made us feel beautiful! She is great at accommodating individual styles and requests too. My bridal party and I really loved working with her!

Ramona and her assistant provided hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, and flowergirl. Everyone loved the end result! They used natural looking makeup that enhanced without looking overdone. The makeup and hairstyles lasted the entire afternoon and evening. My younger brother has unruly, long hair. He stopped by the room while we were getting ready. Ramona took extra time to straighten his hair, so that he looked more polished for our photos. Ramona personally took care of my hair and makeup. I sent her several photos of what I wanted my hair to look like before the big day. She created a romantic, soft updo that perfectly matched my dress. I got so many compliments throughout the evening. I felt more beautiful than I have ever felt, and I cannot thank Ramona enough! I look forward to finding other excuses to get my makeup and hair done in the future.

I have done bridal makeup for several of my friends for their weddings so I am very picky. I did several trials with other artists and Ramona was the best hands down. I saw another bride wrote she hated her trial, and that might have been because you have to have a specific idea in your mind of what you want. If you go in and say "make me look perfect" you may not like what you get because it isn't your version of perfect. Ramona is extremely talented and would be able to do a range of natural to dramatic. She is wonderful to work with and above all wants you to look and feel perfect. Three of my bridesmaids have already used her for their weddings!
